I got a family member a reverse osmosis unit for Christmas. I have the same unit at home, but unfortunately traveling I didn't have any tools to complete the install. I called 3-4 plumbers in Seattle explaining to them the exact valve and everyone had no clue what it was even after I sent pictures! Finally I got in touch with Bee's Plumbing and scheduled an appointment with their dispatch team. I've hired a lot of general contractors in my time, they were by far the most professional and responsive. Marcus & Tavien showed up and even taught me a few things to help me understand the pipes for the house if I ever needed to work on it my self. I wish I had them where I currently live! Julio provided amazing service. We had a very odd leak coming from an old galvanized pipe in the ground at our home. He came to inspect, discovered the issue and provided concise details about what work was going to be completed and how much it would cost. I had a project to replace 3 toilets in my house. Contacted Bee's plumbing due to all the good reviews. They responded fast, and come out for the job in 2 days. The toilets I bought are not easy to install. They are heavy, and with concealed trapway. The design makes alignment and tightening the bolts very difficult. Sam and Luke are true professionals. They arrived on time, did perfect job, and cleaned up everything afterward. I'm very impressed by the way they handle tough job with ease. Our 22 yo water heater finally failed on a Saturday morning back on 11/12/22. After calling around, Bee's was the quickest to respond and attempt to schedule us in for later in the day. The plumber, Josh, was super friendly and explained all the work and pricing accurately. Pipe froze so need a repair and also installed a shut off valve to keep water from going to outside hose bib. The were responsive and friendly and were able to come out next day. Was on other companies lists for service but they kept pushing me out. PJ was great to work with and help me understand the best way to solve the shut off valve I wanted installed as well as fixing the broken pipe ( hose bib split as well so had to replace also). PJ Straight from Bee's saved our day. Called them for emergency to fix a gas leak. He figured long standing issue with fixing that was not done right with installation pf the range itself and fixed everything and got us back on track very quickly. It's very important that I cook in the home tomorrow and without Bee's Plumbing and hearing on time help I have no clue what we would have done. On top of fixing the critical issue for a very reasonable price, they gave 1 year warranty too on the fix. Bee's was super easy to work with, from the friendly and communicative scheduler, to the fast service call, timely technicians who arrived on the early side of the large time window, with multiple texts and calls to let us know their ETA, to the friendly plumber who helped talk us through the maintenance issue our tankless hot water heater needed. He was very patient and thorough in explaining all of the steps required so that we could do it ourselves in the future if we wanted, in an effort to help us save some $$! Much appreciated. He also quickly helped us with another small issue that was an easy fix for him but had been a months long malfunctioning headache for us! I needed to have my water heater replaced and called Bee's because they were highly recommended. I asked for a quote over the phone but said that they would need to come to my house to assess the situation before providing an estimate - a 'service' for which they charged $100. The quote was incredibly high, and, when I asked for an explanation, I was told that "to protect me, they charge an extra $1000 to cover unexpected expenses, like going to the store to get additional supplies or equipment." Seriously?! They charged me for the assessment and then asked that I pay an additional $1000 in case they need to go to the store for additional supplies?! Isn't that why I am paying the $100 for the assessment? And it's a water heater, NOT COMPLICATED. The plumber who did end up replacing the heater for me charged half of what Bee's quoted. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for any plumbing services. read more

We had a disaster of experience with a different company -- immediately went to Yelp, found Bee's, and they lived up to their rating -- everyone we spoke to at the office was super helpful, and they sent a rockstar plumber (PJ) the next day -- he and his apprentice Matt were so kind, thoughtful, and professional -- PJ diagnosed our problem immediately (something the last plumber we called couldn't do) and had it fixed in under an hour -- expertly explained the situation as well as what he did to correct it, gave us guidance on what to do next, and solved our problem for far less than we were quoted by another company. I was super impressed by the level of customer service and the speed with which we were helped. We had a leaky water heater which was not working efficiently, and so I reached out to them on a Mon morning, they came to my house to give an estimate the same day and had the water heater installed THE SAME DAY as well! I was very pleased with the communication that the company and the technicians provided. On top of everything, when I noticed they had charged for the service, and I contacted the head office, they sent me a check refunding for that! I gave these guys a try given that they don't charge by the hour but rather by the job. As it turns out they are crazy expensive, far more than paying an hourly rate. Their business model is to come out for your original issue, then look over the rest of the house for extremely expensive upsells. You pay $99 upfront for a visit, they then give you an "evaluation" of the whole house's plumbing which is really just a front for ripoff upsells. All of a sudden your plumbing is unhealthy with all the newly discovered issues. It reminded me of those quick oil changes places with their expensive add-ons. Their prices are literally 2 to 3x over the going rate. Example: $650 to install a new toilet, $415 for a shutoff valve, $430 to replace a kitchen faucet cartridge. For comparison, with a traditional $350/hour plumber a toilet install is $350 (1 hr), shutoff valve is $175 (0.5 hr), and that $430 faucet cartridge is $50 plus 15 minutes of labor. It's clear they've been trained to look for upsell opportunities, and more importantly, operate on commission. read more

Like others have mentioned here - they did a good job overall, but their price makes no sense and was above what I was expecting. Plus - before they were dispatched I tried to get the hourly cost for their work or for "a similar job" - the person on the phone was very adamant that they will provide pricing on-site and would not give me their price. Again - they did a good job but I feel like their pricing structure, lack of transparency, and overall price for the work (north of $1,250 for about 3 hours of work. Ah - services like this need to charge double + what they used to because they feel the need to travel in twos for 'safety'? Demeanor was like they were performing a welfare check and likely the same to anyone living in a non-mansion. It's fiction that no receptionists can price out a job. Electricians / plumbers / contractors have a bible now giving price for job, no longer hourly, and they all attend this church. My future hopefully interesting time-consuming / engrossing hobby would seem to be fixing things to the best of my ability. Quick, responsive, caring and honest. Our tankless water heater took a poop on us the other day and we frantically looking for a plumber who had availability and time to come fix the issue. They are not authorized services for Bosch (5 years old, 3 months out of warranty)so they would have to order the parts and mark up the price (which I totally understand) but the tech gave us an option to save money to order it ourselves, which is awesome he could have totally upsold us to a new unit or order the parts and just charge us but he gave us a few options which I appreciate so much! Used them recently to fix a water burst from our toilet. Learned about them through a friend, who while they didn't have much to say besides, "just get whoever can come over the quickest," I was relieved to find the yelp reviews to support my friend's recommendation to proceed with them. Pros: Everything is digital, they send you text reminders, email invoice and appointment confirmation. They don't charge extra for weekend visits either (others I called around did for the weekend). This was our first plumber experience - so we probably made some rookie moves, but that was more on our end then theirs. My only tip for others out there who also may be calling a plumber for the first time -do your research to better understand what might happen on these visits, and have an opinion on what kind of toilet you might want to replace with if they can't repair (or don't recommend repairing). We were caught off guard by the array of options presented for what I thought I was just calling for a repair (e.g. I was looking to just fix a toilet, but they offered to replace with a basic they had on the truck or go with a premium toilet). Looking back, I probably would have picked a different option to proceed with, but that's on me, not them. Bottom line: pleasant experience, would still call them in the future if needed. read more

The whole process with Bee's was pretty seamless and easy! We had some pretty weird water heater issues, including alerts with vaporizer errors (we have a hybrid heater), random reduction in water pressure in certain rooms, etc. We had a great experience with Julio (the plumber who came to the house). I didn't feel at any point that I was being "sold", and he took the time to explain the issues and also walk us through DIY fixes for certain things that would save us money from having a plumber come out. When dealing with home repair/contractors, it's hard to find vendors you can trust that won't gauge you. I would 100% recommend Julio and the company as a trustable vendor that does great work. Josh and Teardrop were amazing! We never expected to have such a positive experience under this circumstance. Our Rinnai tankless water heater stopped producing hot water with error code 79 around noon and they were able to come to our house at 4pm on the same day. We truly appreciated the same day service!! Josh is not only an experienced and skilled plumber but also a kind-hearted person. As a mom of 2 kids, I was overwhelmed with the situation without hot water, but he was able to get the water heater working for the night and came back to replace the tankless water heater for us. Called Bee's plumbing. Had a job to move a refrigerator water line in the kitchen and move a kitchen faucet water line (and disposal) a couple feet. Two guys arrived at 10:00AM. After picking up materials, they started around 11:30AM. The job was completed by 3PM. While other plumbers were three weeks out for this work, Bee's came out the day of my service call and finished the work. read more
