Even called me to make sure the schedule would work before they booked the time because it wasn't at my preferred time block. Very professional from start to finish, sent a photo of plumber and a bio to alert me who was coming. Very knowledgeable and experienced tradesman (Garry) showed up who genuinely wanted to help. We had a whole laundry list of things we needed done in our 100 year old house, and they were very responsive in getting us scheduled for multiple visits over the course of a month (including during a deep freeze/snow when they had plenty of other folks they needed to see). I'm going to make this a long story short, made an appointment with Bee's plumbing because my moms bathroom sink faucet was leaking. Technician came out got the job done in an hr. The invoice was way MORE then we expected plus I wasn't there for my mom to talk about pricing or what the technician was going to do because English was her second language. Contact the company a few time and finally I was able to talk to some who was able to help me and that was the manager George. I have used Bees Plumbing for numerous plumbing repairs - several times when I needed emergency repair and then on an ongoing basis as my plumbing fixtures and pipes needed repair. We called to have them come and check out a possible leak from our bone year old shower remodel. We were absolutely dreading the cost of having to go through another huge expense. He came and saw it. Took his time inspecting it and told us it was not what we thought and really didn't need anything done. It was just moisture from towels dripping. He charged us nothing even though he came from west Seattle. I definitely will use their services and recommend this company highly for their honesty and reliability. Update: The owner of the business reached out and offered to make the situation right by sending the plumbers out again to do the work free of charge. Normally, I would have had said no, but I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the conversation and assurances from the owner that they were going to review the invoice to understand how the quote had gotten so out of whack. They came out, opened up the ceiling and found the source of the leak. Unfortunately, the drain crack is part of my shower pan floor and they weren't able to do anything other than a patch until I get a general contractor in. Not their fault, so the 4 stars is only because of the initial interaction which I believe they made right. Original review: Got a quote from Mike's plumbing over the phone with some pictures for a shower drain leak that damaged the ceiling of my dining room. It was $530. I shared that quote will th Bee's dispatcher (who was super nice), and she said they had a $99 dispatch fee, but thought they would be able to do the job for similar so I said that works for me. Arrived a few days later (fast turnaround) and I showed them the shower. Their quote was $1480. I don't understand why they would waste my time and theirs since I had a quote already for $530. I also asked them a quote for replacing a toilet and it was $800. I had a quote from 2 months ago for $500 from yet another plumber (still trying to find one I like), so again a gross overcharge. Feel free to use Bee's, but make sure you get at least 1 other quote. read more

When a funky smell turned up a leak in our main bathroom onto the ceiling of our lower bathroom, Bee's was exceptionally responsive in helping us get it fixed. When other shops either didn't respond to calls or said they'd be out in 7-10 days for an active leak, Bee's assessed the situation, helped me temporarily mitigate the problem, and came out next day. Scheduling was a breeze and I was happy to hear the gentleman who I got to talk in the phone with was a fellow ex-Missourian as well. He was patient with me in understanding our situation, and expedient in getting us on the schedule. They called ahead to confirm the appointment then sent us a text when the plumber and apprentice were on the way. I thought it was thoughtful of them to include a photo so I knew who to expect and who I was letting into my home ahead of time. Julio was AMAZING. Not only did he confirm the source of the smell (not plumbing or off-gassing) but he was able to resolve my problem within an hour of arrival. He and his apprentice were exceptionally tidy, and when finished he took the time to explain how I can address similar issues in the future. Julio also did a quick inspection of the handyman special I inherited and provided a very fair quote for remediating that mess in addition to re-roughing in the lower bathroom and removing our deteriorating galvanized pipe. I cannot recommend Bee's highly enough. Their work on this small leak has landed them our much larger jobs because I know it will be done right. read more

Julio was completely professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and provided solutions to assist us in a time of need. The manufacture sent us the incorrect parts twice. Julio was able to provide a temporary fix so we could use our kitchen faucet at a crucial time - Thanksgiving! He proactively provided this temporary fix, and it saved us. He also gave recommendations that provided a better overall solution, and I am so very thankful. From making the appointment, to proactive notifications of who was coming to our home and a call to inform of us a 30-minute window for arrival, Bees Plumbing and Heating is downright awesome. read more

Ryan has been to my new house several times in the last month. First, I had him out to review some findings from an inspection report. He could have charged us a bunch for all the work the inspector said we needed, but instead he was really honest and helpful about what really needed to be done. As a result, I hired him to install a disposal and water line for the refrigerator. He and his colleague were efficient, clean, and friendly. They had to come back after I had a new dishwasher installed, and it was such a quick fix, they didn't charge me. Unrelated to this work, my kitchen sink backed up on a Friday night (we have an old house). I called Bee's on Saturday morning, and Conner moved around some appointments to send out Zane to fix it later that morning. He fixed the clog, tightened up some other stuff, and provided us with some maintenance stuff and advice to help keep the pipes clear. I will continue to use Bee's for any plumbing needs! read more

They are responsive and were the only ones who could send out a tech the same day (Sunday). PJ was professional and took the time to understand the issue with the clog. Their work was clean and he addressed any questions I had. He even came back to loosen a cap that was too tight and gave me a discount after the job. However, this company was my last resort. I knew their prices were expensive but boy they sure didn't fail to surprise me some more. For a job, to use a snake without cost of scope included, the price is way too high. I think that's also the reason they don't provide any estimate on the phone. Every other good company was half the price for a snake and were upfront about it ($ per hour or ballpark estimate). With Bee's it's $100 for a dispatch. I could have paid for the dispatch and hired a different company for Monday and still saved a few hundreds. But a clogged drain over the weekend is not fun and I had to go with them. Would I use them again? Not with these prices no. But if there's an issue that can't wait, I know they will send someone reliable. read more

We had a leak in the ceiling of our house and had decided to call Bee's Plumbing to come out to diagnose and fix the problem. From beginning to end, the service was exceptional. They were extremely communicative on notifying me of my appointment date, confirmation of my appointment date, and they even called me promptly at the very beginning of the day of my appointment, as soon as the company opened, in order notify me of a narrow window time for when the plumbers would show up. This level of communication is a rarity at other companies. The plumbers came during the expected time and were efficient at diagnosing the source of our leak. We were given a list of the options to fix the issue and the pros/cons of each of them. Their pricing was competitive and they even helped unclog a toilet that my toddler keeps clogging while they were there! We were very grateful for all the help, efficiency, and communication from PJ and his team at Bee's Plumbing. We will be using them from now on as our go-to for any plumbing issues in the future and highly recommend them! read more

We had a water main break in the middle of the night. They were immediately responsive, and on time first thing in the morning. They shimmied down into the tight crawl space and fixed the issue. They took good video and pictures of the work and gave me a quote for another much larger pipeline project while down there. The service was great, the guys professional and the price was perfect. The day following the work, Jonah from the office called to check in on our project, asked if I had any questions, thoughts or concerns. I was impressed by the care before, during and then the follow up call. For the great review, they refunded 100 dollars back to me, and let me know to have a merry Christmas. They were friendly and on time. Got the job done but their prices are high! I used them for one project which was completed successfully, but I didn't do my due diligence of shopping around. I chose not to use them for my second project because the price was the highest of 4 quotes and they didn't give me confidence about the job being completed without any potential complications. It just felt like the plumbers either didn't want the work or really didn't know what to expect. Anyway, I found another company that got the job down for 1/3 of the price and with confidence. *UOFATE*after the original review I received a pleasant phone call from Melissa. Money hungry dad. Had to pay $100 Just for an estimate, then he said since my house is old I needed a whole new plumbing system which he estimated at $8k. Next Plumber I got gave me a free estimate, it ended up being a $2 plastic piece that was leaking. Beware of this company they will try to squeeze you for every penny you have. read more

It was a terrific experience from the first call. The communicate great via phone, email, text, etc My kitchen sink, toilet and tub were all backing and were able to fix it all in the same visit. My shower pipe was leaking into my daughters bedroom down stairs so I called and the were able to get someone out and explained what was going on and gave us the information on how he was going to fix it, they sent me 2 quotes and I chose the best option. What's nice is they also have financing which I really need since I have several projects going on with my house. Jose and his coworker did an awesome job!!!! Bee's came out to look at a sump pump problem I had. The sump pump had become disconnected from the drain line (pvc pipe). It needed to be reconnected. Since the sump pump was 20 years old, I asked about getting a replacement. They quoted me over $2000 to reattach the sump pump and over $12,000 to replace the pump. The pump retails for about $1000. The amount of time to reattach the pump was less than 1 hour (completed by a different company yesterday). I asked the Bee's repairmen when they presented their bid why it costs so much. They couldn't explain it. I sent the bid back to the company (email) and asked them, they haven't responded. They got their fee ($99 + tax) for showing up, but they obviously didn't want the job so decided to way over price their bid. What a waste of my time and money. read more

Fixing up our relative's small, old home that we do not live in, we had a minor flood a few weeks ago after having the sink removed. This week it was hard finding another plumber who had time to take a look, and we were referred to Bee's. Several reviewers have dinged Bee's for charging to do an estimate. Customers like us are a case study for why a company would do that. We are all over the map with what we are trying to do, and think we should maybe do. Called Bee's Plumbing after being referred to them by a neighbor. One of our drains started to backflow suddenly and ended up flooding our laundry room/basement. Bee's was able to send Josh & TD out the next day. Our house is old (1952) and we knew that a lot of work would need to be done eventually with the plumbing and piping in the home - plus the previous owner seem to have done a lot of the "work" himself so there were some weird things that just didn't make sense. Despite this, Josh's investigative work was truly amazing and he was able to eventually figure out the problem and clear the clog for us. Not only did he fix our sewer backflow but he also noticed a problem with our water pressure - turns out we had a 20+ water heater that needed to be replaced. He was able to replace our water heater and then also referred us to a water remediation company to take care of our flooded basement. Josh was able to clearly explain everything, gave us fair pricing, went above and beyond what we expected, and was kind/considerate with our family (we had a toddler running around and a newborn). We couldn't be happier with Josh and TD's professionalism and time. This also goes for the entire Bee's staff from the people calling to tell us the technician was on their way to the person who answered the phone when we called about the problem. Bee's plumbing has helped us in two different scenarios. The first time, we were plumbing gas to our kitchen. To plumb pipe, they needed to tee off a line installed as part of a gas fireplace install, where the piping used for the fireplace was flex pipe. Bee's plumbing couldn't tee off that, and run the length necessary to get to the kitchen. Also, the line was run in the crawl space and run poorly. Bee's corrected that, we increased the size of the pipe, and I really think the fireplace runs better. The lines are run clean and we now have several logical shut off points. I love the gas burners! The second time Bee's plumbing helped us with a significant increase in water pressure situation (thanks Washington water), and I had them sweat a new copper line with a shut off for water to my garage refrigerator (or future sink). Those $10 barbs to puncture water lines for the fridge are leaks waiting to happen. Every job they've done for us has been with first time quality, and I find their prices to be fair. I was having issues with a couple of my toilets and decided to give Bee's a call after seeing all of their great reviews. I had the pleasure of speaking/meeting with both owners Melissa and Ben. It was quickly evident they operate with a great deal of professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction. Ben and his associate Daniel took a look at my toilets. While they could take the time to fix them, they helped me understand a rust problem occurring in all of my toilets (including my 3rd). I asked for their opinion on what to do and decided to proceed forward with replacing all of my toilets. The turnaround time for Daniel to come back and install new toilets was quick! He came on time as scheduled and was diligent as he worked bathroom to bathroom. When he was done, he summarized what he had done and advised me that the sealer was still drying at the base of the toilet so I should make sure to keep the area dry. He asked if I had questions and then kindly headed on out after ensuring everything was left clean behind him. If I ever need additional plumbing services, I'd work with Bee's again. We noticed some water leaking behind our toilet, so I reached out to a few plumbers. I originally thought I'd use another company since that company did free estimates from pictures that I emailed them and Bee's asked for a $99 flat rate to come out and diagnose the issue (the $99 is credited toward any work done, though). The other company said their first availability was 14 days away, so I called Bee's back at 3PM and they scheduled an appointment for the next day between 10AM and 2PM. Their communication was excellent - I got a reminder call the morning of the appointment as well as a text and email when the plumbers were on their way. They showed up around 10:30AM and gave us an quote. Both plumbing companies I spoke to said that re-seating and resealing the toilet was what needed to happen, the other company quoted this at $400 and Bee's was $500, but I was happy to pay $100 more to not have to deal with a leaking toilet for two weeks! Once they got the toilet off, they showed us that the previous install only used two of the 8 screws on the flange and told us this may cause problems down the line since the toilet was able to rock and could eventually break the flange. They asked if we wanted them to drill into the concrete and add anchors to the other 6 points to make the toilet more sturdy, and gave us a quote for that as well ($250). From the moment they showed up to the moment they left was only about one hour, they were fast and exceedingly professional starting as soon as I reached out over the phone, and as far as I can tell the work looks fantastic. They sent me pictures of the work I can't see under the toilet and from what I can see the toilet is now seated properly, attached better, leveled and re-caulked. It looks great. Judging by the quotes I got from Bee's and one other company, if you've got a problem that can wait, you may be able to find someone to do it for a bit cheaper, but if you want something done quickly and done well, definitely reach out to Bee's. I wish I could give Bee's a ten-star rating. To say they are fabulous would be an understatement. I was so impressed by how they do business. Firstly, they immediately send you both a text and an email to confirm your appointment and their understanding of the service you want done. They also contact you the day before to provide you with a two-hour arrival time window. But, wait, there is more. On the day of your appointment, they send you a text containing a photo of your plumber along with a little information about him. Ben was the plumber assigned to my project. I was so impressed with his professionalism, his customer service skills and his experience. He explained my options as well as describing the benefits and drawbacks to each option. He is an excellent representative of Bee's. Dan will be doing the second part of my current project in December. I will definitely be using Bee's in the future not only for my projects but also for any projects our condo may have as well. In my opinion, you cannot find a better plumbing solution than Bee's. There are a lot of plumbing companies out there who do not care about the quality of their work or their customer service. Why take that risk? We had a great experience with Bee's. We found water leaking into our basement. Bee's sent Tate out within a few hours of our call, and he was able to identify a likely cause within a few minutes: a sewer drain backup. Tate not only successfully snaked what turned out to be a pretty nasty root ball growing into our main drain line; he felt so strongly that we would benefit from a camera inspection of the line that he threw it in at no cost when it became apparent that it wasn't within our budget at this time. Tate took the time to explain what needed to be done at every step of the process. He even helped us unclog the faucet head in our kitchen sink. We appreciated his knowledge and kindness, and will be calling Bee's again in the future when we need a plumber. read more

We had water leaking under our house from somewhere in the kitchen possibly the dishwasher. Mick and Issac came out and checked everything and we discovered our kitchen sink plumbing had not been installed to code and our dishwasher was not hooked into the drain properly. Everything had to be plumbed over again with better pipes and vents, etc and done to code. Now everything is working well and we have peace of mind that our system is installed professionally.
