Thanks to Bei Express for delivering more than decent sushi + sushi burritos when we're in a pinch... I suggest both take-out and delivery as long as you keep your expectations in check. If you go in to pick up your food, you'll see that it's not somewhere you would go for a destination or night out. Is this the best quality sushi? No. Will it fill your craving? Absolutely! We typically keep it simple with rolls and sushi burritos when we order, but have also done edamame and a bento box. Salmon, tuna, cucumber rolls, etc... I suggest going for the basics as well. I am not the type of person to leave a review however, I am absolutely mortified. I just placed an online order directly on the website through my online account with this establishment. The salad I ordered on the side came with a dead fly. Yeah one would think you find the bug you throw the food away. The gag about this is I was almost completely finished eating the salad until I realized what I was about to put in my mouth. I literally threw up everything I put into my stomach! that fly was mixed around the salad and the sauce so not only did that dead fly touch one piece of lettuce but the entire salad that I had majority consumed. I then proceed to call the business establishment because my online portal says if I have an issue to call the store directly because that's how I order directly on their website I request to speak to the manager, although she was fairly understanding and nice she didn't do enough. She provided me an email to send over video footage to show proof of the dead fly in the food because I'm requesting a full refund. I don't feel comfortable eating the remainder of the food that I ordered so now I have to wait until she calls upper management to figure out how they can issue me a refund once she receives the proof of the dead fly in the salad they provide made. I am absolutely fuming with disgust. I want to wash my mouth out with bleach. read more

I went there just before close on Friday night and ordered take-out at the kiosk. The store abiance was very cold, uninviting, and procedural, so it seemed better to leave with the food than to hang around (even better to eat in the vehicle than inside). There was very minimal interaction with the employees in the front. They seemed to be underutilized, bored, and anxious, because they had to stand there helplessly waiting for the orders to be prepared while trying to avoid eye contact with the growing line of customers waiting for their orders. It was apparent that I should have ordered in andvance, because the other customers that artived after me were served before I was. I saw my miso soup and edamame sitting on the counter at least 5-10 minutes before the rest of my order was ready, and I worried that they would be cold when I got them. When my food was finally ready 20-25 minutes after arrival, I took my order to the car and watched the employees clean up while I ate. The edimame was nicely warm and plentiful but a little undercooked. I ate them after the rest of the meal and was glad that I had ordered them, because they helped to fill me up. The soup was lukewarm but gladly not cold. It was a small serving for the $4.50 price and not a satisfying item, because it was not hot enough and had no tofu. The Yellowtail sashimi was delivious and fresh. I enjoyed every bight. The california roll was very good especially for the price of $6.50: definitely a solid choice both times I have been there. The bored wmployees in the front were very reliable at the job of preparing the orders with napkins, chopsticks, soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, and packing up the orders. I will definitely get the edamame and california roll next time and order ahead! read more

We ordered from here one night and I got the Sushi Bento box, which was definitely worth it since it came with a small salad, 4 pieces sushi, 4 pieces of Spicy Tuna Roll, and a small order of white rice. BEI Express is a takeout staple in our family The chicken katsu bento box is the perfect amount and combination of food for my girls. My husband and i enjoy the states roll platter, and recently ordered the chef's choice sashimi platter which was excellent. Each piece was very fresh and there was a great amount of food for the price. The restaurant is always clean and well kept when we pick up. Wow. Sushi Rice- cooked to perfection. They washed their rice and you can tell because the rice isn't mushy. They added rice wine vinegar which give the sushi rice more taste and better texture. Nori- Fresh and crispy Soft Shell Crab- had lots of meat and perfect breading. Eel - big thick meaty slices. The sauce is not too sweet. Sashimi - Big portion, fresh and delicious. Shrimp Tempura- The batter wasn't too thick and the shrimp was decent sized. Salad- Fresh, crispy greens, and tasty dressing. Avocado- I can't stand when restaurants cut the avocado into paper thin slices and their slices were appropriate. I only wish they had delivery menu with selections for hand rolls! Great place!!! Fun sushi/poké spot! Much like the restaurant that was here prior, this is an eatery where you order on an ipad and then hang out until your order is ready! The service was friendly, although a little slow. We dined in and were the only ones there, and it took a while to get our poké bowls. The food was really good though! The bowls arent quite "bowls" more like trays, so not as deep as a bowl, but I was still satisfied after. Lots of options besides bowls as well, ie sushi combos, rolls, nigiri, bento boxes!
