The problem started when Brandon said I was a liar and basically fuck me. He began to argue with me on the phone and being to get real disrespectful to me on the phone. I asked him why did my credit get ran in the first place and I didn't even go on this car.Then he had the nerve to say well we don't have to give you your Credit score if we do not want to. It started off with us deciding to return the car and going to a different dealership to get that same car because my social was ran without my consent. , Papers were unsigned that needed to be signed, He lied and said well come up here then I'm looking at the papers right in front of my face there signed. So we get there and those papers that should have initialed saying that I am consenting to everything I and that I agree,Had absolutely no signatures on it so he knew he was wrong about how he treated us about everything about the social and that is the reason why he decided to give us the car back and then said do not make a review about this I will give you a $25 gift card. when in reality he already has a lawsuit with someone else. You think $25 is going to try to shut my mouth and Not give you a review on how you disrespectful you me and treated both of us. you have a lawsuit with someone else because you're a shady person because you're a liar and you're a horrible customer service Individual. You do not know how to talk or treat people I'm confused on how you even have your job still. He didn't want one with us so that's why he did what he did. He did not follow the 12 step rule that you guys took off the Internet that nobody knows about bIut unfortunately I know about it and my whole family knows about it so that's where you guys thought you could get away with whatever you want to get away with. And then the funny part is he knew it was supposed to charge us for the miles on the car and he didn't because he knew he was wrong. We then told Brandon since were liars please go ahead and pull the videos as well as the tapes that record. And then all of a sudden he didn't want to that's kind of weird. You said were lying about what we're saying so prove it oh he couldn't prove it huh why not?? So that's why he gave us our vehicle back. We asked for all the paperwork and he only gave us copies of a couple of items.I asked for all of the paperwork for everything couldnt provide that for me.I didn't speak to him and he has a random people calling my phone number pretending to be someone there not and when confronted all he can do is deny it. I am just confused why sit in peoples face and lie why disrespect a customer that's gonna put money in your pockets. I will definitely never ever come back to Bell Honda to be disrespected like a underground slave because let me tell you something I am nobodies slave and I don't appreciate my social being ran if you told my fiancé that it would be best for her to go on this new car by herself so at that point when that was being said my social should have not been ran and when I asked for my social report since you ran it without my consent you want to sit here and tell me I can't release that information to you. And then he had the nerve to throw the person that sold us the car under the bus talking about well I don't know why she wouldn't give you your social report like I just don't know like that's weird I'm gonna have to talk to her. Please don't waste your time here, even if you find the perfect car. You'll be the victim of a perfect scam. I don't care if they're giving away new accords for $10K fully loaded, I'll never be back. Unless to see them lock the door as they go out of business! After mentioning all the bad reviews, cause they're nice to your face at first, they said there's always 2 sides to the story. For them it's their way and only way, here is my experience of dealing with a thug company. Sales rep Ramses, Mr award winner in sales is a scam artist as well as the managers and sales rep. They might as well grease their hair back, wear gold chains and chew gum. I can guarantee you all the negative comments you read are 100% true and accurate. From being at this dealership I wish they would go out of business. I dont feel sorry for the crash of the automotive industry. I feel sorry for the customers who get suckered into their scams. Here is my story: my wife met with Ramsey one morning, she told him the vehicle she wanted and the price range. He was very interferon, understanding, tellin her everything she wanted to hear. He even told her the price which was in our price range. They set up a time to come back and for me to look at the car. I go there the next day, meet Ramsey who apparently is helping another customer and get passed off to all smiles Justin. I could tell from his mannerisms that he was fake and couldn't care what we liked or wanted he just saw $$. 1. After they tell you a price, they pawn you off to another rep. Drove the vehicle around, it's what she wanted. She repeatedly told Justin Ramses price he quoted her and he gave a weird look at her when she said that, but he went along with it. Step 2. Paper work with new rep. We asked where Ramses was several times and got either he was helping another rep or I'll see where he went and have him come over. Ramses desk is where you first walk in on the left. If he was helping another customer why wasnt he at his own desk? We told Justin at least 10 times the price we were quoted, then he leaves to see what numbers he can do. Assistant manager Don comes over and we knew we just fell into the trap thr EVERYONE else writes reviews about. We told him his own companies plan to screw their customers over and do the bait and switch. Fortunately we aren't attached emotionally to cars because you'll always ind a better deal if you wait. So in an impleasant tone we left. Don played stupid like he had no clue what was going on. I'm sure he did, unless managers are completely unaware that their subordinates are low balling customers and then switching the prices on them. I will never go back there and am writing a complaint to the BBB and contacting local news like 3 on your side. The moral of the story is they tell you one price, then change it on you and expect you to pay what the new price is. Also they talk about all the nice incentives are that come with buying from them, but they tack that into the final bill. I don't give a damn about free car washes or getting a new coat of wax that's supposed to prevent your paint from fading. If you have to do that then your Hondas paint isnt that good. Oh and the car we were looking at was a 2007 and they wanted $22K for a 5 year old car. $6k more and I'd buy a newer Acura or Lexus If you purchase a vehicle from them, them you are not very smart at all and just got scammed out of more money than you needed to be. *******************************UPDATE*********************** After posting this review I heard from the GM of the dealership Scott who assured me he would listen to the tape of my interaction with the finance guy in question. To say it plainly I did not believe him based on my previous interaction with his employees. To my surprise he advised me no matter what was said on the tape, that since I left thinking that I was buying the full coverage he would honor that for 3 years. He would replace the tire and make sure the warranty was in place. I was pleased by this and would have been satisfied there. If this surprised me, what happened next shocked me!!! Scott called me back about 15 minutes later and said he had listened to the tape and that I was absolutely correct I was sold one coverage and given another. He apologised profusely and assured me this was not the way they do business. first, let me say, he had no reason to continue to look into this and even less to tell me that I was correct since he had already appeased me. This above and beyond approach to customer service was not expected after my initial encounter with Bell Honda. On this conversation Scott also informed me that he would extend the coverage to match what I was told in the finance room to 5 Years for the tires and paint and he extended the bumper to bumper to 7 years 125,000 miles. I was now completely blown away!!! Scott set my daughter up with Steve in service who would help her get the tire changed today. My daughter called me afterwards to say that not only was Steve very nice, he was waiting at the door for her when she arrived. He had her new contracts for the warranties in hand and ready to be signed and her car was taken back immediately. She was out of there with her new tire and new warranty paperwork in less than 45 minutes. Then to my surprise yet again, Steve called me and said he had read my review one last time and noticed that we had never received the $25 gas card we were promised either. He verified my address and said it would be in the mail today. To be honest this was the first time I have ever reviewed a company, but my initial experience was so bad I could not stomach just sitting here and taking it. I did not know what would happen by writing this review but I knew I had to let people know about my experience. As upset as I was yesterday, I am equally if not more impressed and satisfied with the attention and concern placed on my complaint by Scott and Steve. I never in a million years expected this to be resolved in such a speedy and customer-centric way. If you would have asked me yesterday if I would ever go to this dealership again, I would have said a few curse words followed by and exclamated NO!! I can now honestly say that I would trust Scott as a man of his word, and would do business with him or any company he runs at any time in the future. Scott told me he did not expect me to remove or change my review because it was accurate and he was embarrassed that it was all true, but the way he jumped in with both feet and made the situation right, there was no way I could leave that last review up. I noticed my 2013 honda civic was vibrating when parked or a stoplight with the air conditioner on. I called to make an appointment with Nathan Garcia, I was told I could bring the car in on Monday July 2, 2018 at 9am. Monday July 2, 2018 I waited in the lobby for 6 hours before they offered me a ride home because they need more time working on my vehicle. I was told they would pick me up before they closed and that it shouldn't take too much time. I was picked up around 4 pm. I went to the dealership, I was told they fixed my car and that it was just the motor mounts which would be $544.73. I paid the full amount. I drove the car home, put the car in park and the car starts vibrating again. I immediately give them a call and was told to bring the car back in for inspection the same day. I take the car back to the dealership before they closed, and sat in the lobby for another hour as they inspected the car ...AGAIN! Then a specialist approached me in the lobby and advise me of there being a different issue with the vehicle that's causing the vibration and that they wouldn't be able to fix it the same day because they would need to order a part and that I could bring the car in 7/5/18 at 7am and they would install the part for me free of cost because they didn't diagnose the right problem the first time and i waited so long on 7/2/18. I already missed work on 7/2/18, wasted the day as they were not able to fix the vibration. I return on 7/5/18 and i'm told by George the manager that they will replace the tensioner belt free of cost because of the issue that occurred on 7/2/18 with the technician no being able to fix the issue with the car. He thanked me for being patient. I waited in the lobby for 4 hours, the manager George advise me the car was fixed and ready to go he just needed a couple signatures. I drive the care to work, driver the car home just to feel the return of the vibration. I'm upset that so much time and money has been wasted and the issue was not properly fixed. At this point, I do not trust their word as they have only wasted my time and robbed me of funds as my car is still experiencing vibrations apparently there's another issue other than motor mounts and tensioner belt. Also, I'm afraid the real underlying issue they were not able to find or fix will escalate. At this point, I will be taking legal action and reporting this issue to anyone who will listen because I have received bad service. If they couldn't fix the real issue they shouldve been honest. shamfeul. Furthermore, I receive a text message a few days after 7/5/18 from Nathan G assuming it's his personal number saying they have received the tensioner belt which leads me to believe one again nothing was done on 7/5/18 and time was wasted. A+ service, quality, professionalism, everything. We bought our car, or I guess I should say leased it, yesterday. I got out of my car and only one salesman approached me. Only one! I didn't get swarmed like a fish thrown into a pool of blood thirsty sharks. And he took me straight to the receptionist who, even though she was training, was delightful. Our salesman Tracy was wonderful. I didn't feel pressured one bit. I was worried because 1. I went without my husband, and 2. I was a first time buyer. That's a recipe for high pressure sales if I ever heard of one. Tracy was very detailed and patient in his explanations, and I needed many. He walked me through the process of buying for the first time, what the costs truly were vs. the ads online, and what my best option financially was. He actually acted like us being able to make our payments was their paycheck. I never understood how some salesmen set customers up to fail. He made sure that I was able to talk to my husband throughout everything, as I was NOT about to buy a car without talking to him. I was there for a total of 5 hours from entering the door to driving away. Tracy and the financing department worked really hard to make sure I got an incredible and affordable deal. I know they gave us a killer deal, so thank you Bell Honda! Seriously. They have a current program where if you graduated in the last year you get a great rebate. So that was cool. I think I shook 5 different people's hand as they all made sure I was having a good experience. Great eye contact, spoke to me professionally and respectfully, and explained everything in great detail. It really made me feel valued as a customer. Something that all car dealerships could stand to learn. I felt they were being honest and of integrity. Ramsey in financing was hilarious and very respectful of us first timers. He's a car vet and we were in and out in 15 minutes. We did buy the warranty but not from being pressured. Ramsey explained in great detail the benefits of having it and it was so worth it to us while we leased. I left there knowing exactly what was my responsibility and was was Honda's. As we are first timers, we had no idea we had to pay the first month's payment upfront. This was completely our error for not doing our research. Shoot, I wasn't even looking or expecting to buy a car yesterday, let alone prepared to know what was needed. So Tracy, Ramsey, and Financing actually covered our first month's payment so we could walk away with our car. We are so incredibly appreciative of that. I left with a beautiful lease car and an affordable monthly payment. Hands down the best dealership experience I've ever had (with my parents). In 5 years, we will be back, most likely to purchase the car, but if not, to purchase another! read more

DO NOT GO TO BELL HONDA. We did not buy here, but went because the COSTCO Auto Program refered us to them as we wanted to buy a 2012 Honda odyssey. Lets start with the call from STEPHANIE the Fleet Manager. In her call she promised that if we came and test drove the car today she would give us a $50 Visa gift card. We called and arranged a time for our test drive that night. When we arrived we were told that Stephanie was busy but that Isaac would take care of us. We test drove the vehicle and inquired at least 4 times as to what was the Costco Program pricing. Each time the question was either ignored or past over with let's just agree on a price with the guys in the back. After far too many hours of this back and forth asked Isaac for our $50 gift card and we would be on our way. Isaac said that we would have to take that up with Stephanie and that he knew nothing about it. The next morning, I sent Isaac an email with Stephanie's voice message (see Below) and ask that he forward it to Stephanie with our request for them to mail us the gift card we were promised. I also called the dealership the next afternoon and asked for Stephanie. The man who answered the phone said that she was not available but that he would take a message. I requested to go to her voicemail but he said she did not have voice mail and he would give her the message. We never heard from Stephanie until today June 1st. In her message she said she was following up on our car buying. I called her to see the status of their sending us the $50 Visa gift card. Now she indicates that they were while supply lasted! I told her that we were there and test drove the car the night she offered it and we expect to receive it. She said "what is more important to you a good price on a car or the $50 gift card? I told her that this is a matter of integrity and if they did not live up to the $50 gift card then they were not someone that I wanted to do business with. After seeing these reviews I should have realized NOT TO GO THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. This is like a 1950 car deal place with back and forth and try to beat you down. Come on guys get with the internet we know car pricing. They also did the $3000 of add ons options you do not want in the upcharge of the car. Buyer beware. This really applies to most sales organizations and certainly to auto dealers. I specifically went through the Costco buying program to attempt to reduce the hassles when dealing with those that work hard to separate you from your money regardless of the benefits to you. The Costco buying program forces the dealer to reveal the dealer invoice. For the car I wanted: Invoice = 19k and change, dealer sticker price 25k and change. Thousands of dollars in dealer adds, $900 for a "security system", $274 for dealer installed tinting, $400 for a "paint protection", hundreds more for a beauty package (I was totally tuned out by this point), and more. I was in no hurry so I indicated that I was going to order a car to spec to avoid all this needless crap. So they dropped all the adds except the tint (which I liked) and the paint protection (worthless). They left part of the beauty package (mud flaps and a plastic trunk lining) and "disabled" the security system. I essentially paid $500 over invoice as the Costco program starts at $100 under invoice. We qualified for 1.9% financing via Honda. The next stage was the paperwork and the manufacturers warranty explanation (this is a tactic to prepare you for the extended warranty sales pitch). I specified that I would not buy the extended warranty and that I did not want to hear the pitch. Then a personnel switch took place and a new slicker salesman entered. Allowing a minute for the new crap to spew forth for the extended warranty, I declined yet again. New tactics were brought forth (a reduction in financing charges??..either we qualified for the best rate or not...) to which I said, "MY DECISION STANDS!" Yet another attempt came at me and I threatened to walk from the sale...be prepared to do so as I was. I was buying a Honda that includes a price premium above the American manufacturers due to Honda's perceived better build quality. I was prepared to "self insure" future repairs on the car and stated as such to the slimy sales pitch. Be prepared to be worn down. Make your decisions prior to working with any auto dealer and stick to your guns. Make sure that you don't need the car that day and be willing to wait if need be. Bell Honda is like any other auto dealership and thus I cannot recommend them. Do your work in advance, stick to your goals and be prepared to walk. Perhaps some day a dealership with the interest of people before profits might become reality. Bell Honda has a lot of work to do. Ultimately, I should have worked harder for a better deal and to call them out for their slimy tactics but even I began to feel fatigued. It's nature of the business....very sad. read more

Let's be honest. Every dealership is the same. They have cars, you need a car and they want to sell you the car. I recently bought a very nice used car from them. From the beginning to end, their professionalism, customer care and attitudes were impressive and much appreciated. Buying a car is no easy process and we (the customer) are always afraid of getting strong armed and pressured. Bell Honda is not like that at all. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Chandler. Chandler simply asked how he could help me out that day. I told him here was the deal, "I have a trade-in, I cant put much down, and this is the monthly payment I can afford." He said no problem and took me right to the car I came into look at. He let me in and let me just look at the car. No fake knowledge, or "Oh you are gonna love this" speech. He asked simple, intuitive questions about my interests in the car and where I felt comfortable with payments. After looking at it for awhile, I asked him whats the next step. He said we'll take a look at your trade in and well take the new one for a test drive. After we came back from the test drive we sat down and talked some numbers. Chandler was a great salesman, meaning he was honest and wanted to make me feel comfortable. With no fault of his own, I simply just could not afford it and was ready to leave. Chandler had his manager Will (William) explained my situation out financially a bit more. We even wrote out my entire budget to make sure I would be alright. After a lot of number crunching and offers for the trade-in, I was happy with what they offered and rang that big bell (which is what you do when you purchase a vehicle). The next step was to see Roy and finalize all the paperwork and financing. What Roy was able to do next with a warranty program and recognizing me being a veteran, was truly remarkable and very much appreciated. Overall, I spent the whole day here (about 8 hours). This included me pondering for over 3 hours to make a decision, but it was an important one. If you are looking for a car, and especially if you are a veteran, go in to Bell Honda and ask to see Chandler and have Will and Roy help you get into the car that you want. Thank you all again! Wow. Great cars.. Decent price. Some honest people... However. A vehicle sold with a Tow package isn't equipped to pull. WIRING IS INCOMPLETE. here's the down low on this disgusting company... 600.00 for two wires about a foot and a half a piece. And pre-wired... 95% complete. They plug it in to existing wires. And tell you they did some magic work. BS. Tip wait for your warranty to be voided which won't be long. Then install the crap in less then ten minutes. They act as if they are in compliance with the dmv. I could do this in my sleep. I could only imaging what fog lights cost. And that "more complicated ". Ha.. You think that's it. They treat customer like crap. This was my third and final Honda from bell honda. The first deal. They sold me a car great rate. And it was a used Toyota. Best part... They gave a better warranty then the honda. Second I traded it in because I was told by a manager Irin that if I trade that in i could get a better deal on the next car and have no negative equity. Wrong. More lies. So I get the next vehicle and a wreck occurs. So I figured they keep helping me sure. Ill let the past go. And have to get another one. I bought a pilot. My ask of a vehicleis a tow package require because I own a small boat. These pukes lied again. Also. During the ownership of car two. I get calls weekly about car 1 that's already traded in. When I bought number 3 due to the wreck. I get calls weekly about car 1 and 2. Plus service emails. This company sucks. They won't give you any incentive to buy either. They tell you some bs. About different departments. And tell you unlimited car washes that come out hazy and dirty you may as well wash it your self. BELL HONDA, I wish I never came to sales floor. Oh the best... The guys selling the cars don't know jack about cars. They act like honda built the damn world. Ps. Honda didn't invent everything. I can't wait till next year. Going back to toyota forever.
