I ordered a build your own pasta with Alfredo and when I got home it was a container filled with pasta and melted butter with shreds of cheese. It was completely separated and I had to dump out the butter and make my own sauce. I am disappointed I spent $20 on this. They usually do an amazing job and is usually delicious when to-go. We ordered the Eggplant Rollitini for the entree. 4 pieces of fried eggplant stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella cheese topped with a little marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella. Delicious! Glenna and I were in Phoenix again this year for baseball and had to return to this amazing restaurant! First visit was in March of 2020 when we had the opportunity to meet the owner Adi, and his young teen daughter. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very homelike. ADI sat with us for a while chatting and making sure we were enjoying our food. We even tried some of the homemade limoncello.... Outstanding!! A few days ago in our return visit we had the pleasure of meeting Laura who was very friendly greeting us and helpful as we were deciding what to order. Glenna had the lasagna and I tried the chicken Marsala. The food was amazing! Chicken was very tender and the Marsala sauce a perfect compliment. I asked to see the chef and had the opportunity to meet Jamie. He chatted with us a few minutes and shared his 'secret' to the Marsala dish. This place is a total gem inside a non-descript strip mall. Great family owned Italian food. I've had the pizza it's excellent as well. But you got to have a little patience because it is a small place. Meaning they run out of desserts on occasion and maybe entrees I don't think I've ever had that happen to me. Laura is my favorite server. She is a ray of sunshine and is full of great suggestions when you want to price a salad they have two different types and she'll give you her opinion. Get your dinner to go. We just left after waiting for 30 minutes for dinner Lasagna and chicken picatta. Another couple came in about 15 minutes after us and got their food much faster than we got ours. We asked our server to make our dinner to go, which really sucks!! My husband has Alzheimers and being served is a total treat for me......waiting 30 minutes diminishes that treat. Oh yes, they no longer have the 50% off pasta night. OMG. The Pizza Here Is So Awesome! A friend recommended this place to me, I was able to call the order in, I ordered a 24 inch pepperoni pizza, 24 wings 12 honey and 12 regular hot. When I picked up the pizza I was amazed how big it was. It was as big as a wagon wheel ha ha. my guest were so amazed, happy and satisfied after eating this delicious pizza. Bell' Italia Pizzeria 4909 E Chandler Blvd Phoenix, Az  85048 This evening I ate at Bell' Italia Pizza on Chandler Blvd. It's a tiny place with huge flavors. First, they brought out homemade bread with a dish of olive oil and balsamic with a touch of fresh pepper. I could have easily made a meal just out of the bread. Chewy with great texture we finished off 2 baskets of it. Companion ordered the small Supreme Pizza. When it came, it was loaded with toppings and had great crust. For myself, I wanted to try the clam pizza but I also wanted a main course. The wait person brought me a single slice of the pizza and the rest was put in a box to take home. The crust was a true New York style crust and the pizza was loaded with little chubby clams and garlic as I had asked for. My main course was Linguine with Clam Sauce, and it was unusual in that instead of the usual chopped canned clams this was made with  whole baby clams and lots of garlic. People kept coming in for take out orders and one was a huge 24" pizza that could have fed a small army. Dessert was mini cannoli and light as a feather Tiramisu, both of which were wonderful. As we ordered to go, this review is limited to the food. That being said when we went to pick up our food we did go through the small dining area. Tables were spread out, everyone seemed to be enjoying there meals and there was a nice little buzz. Specifically I selected Bell' Italia to try out the clam pizza. When I called they informed me it could be prepared white with a garlic sauce or with red traditional pizza sauce, I opt'ed for the white. The garlic sauce was nice but the clams were quite sparse, I guess being hundreds of miles from any ocean, it was perhaps naive of me to expect a new haven style white clam pizza brimming with delicious mollusks, I would definitely go back and try the Italian dishes, but the pizza fell short of the mark especially for the $20 out the door price point for a medium which were good for 2 people with a few slices for the next day. PSA. ... great way to reheat a pizza is a dry fry pan at medium low heat for 10-20 minutes, worth the wait to have a crisp crust. read more

We ordered an extra large half cheese, half mushroom and onion 24 inch pizza for pick up. Ordering was incredibly easy and friendly, everybody was extremely helpful. The pizza was ready quickly and nice and hot when we picked up. The box is surprisingly Brobdingnagian,...I've been waiting a long time to use that word! Look it up Anyway, the box barely fit through the door, it was like a pizza fantasy! The fantasy continued when we opened the box, the pizza itself looked and tasted phenomenal! The crust was thin and crusty on the bottom, yet moist and chewy and delicious just under the sauce and toppings. Sauce was perfect, not too sweet, not too spicy, smooth and flavorful in the perfect amount. The layer of cheese was masterful, it covered the entire pizza in a thick, chewy, cheesy, stretchy layer. The onions were sliced almost in thin slabs and were soft and steamy and the "bite" was gone, simply sweet and delicious. The mushrooms were plentiful and cooked just right, almost like they were steamed right on the pizza. The staff was happy to supply plates, napkins, cheese and crushed red pepper. Came into town with my family, yelp helped me find this AMAZING pizzeria. The selling point was that it was family owned; I like to support family businesses. The pizza was absolutely amazing. Fresh, flavorful ingredients and baked to perfection. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We also purchased two bottles of wine which everyone is enjoying right now and says they are terrific (I don't drink wine so I can't comment on that!) They sell their sauce as well and we plan on going to purchase some sauce before we leave town. Everyone already agreed we would be returning before the end of our trip in the area. For our entree we ordered a medium pizza, half white clam and half prosciutto and fig. The crust is light and fluffy and there was a good amount of toppings. We also ordered the lasagna. Wow!! I grew up on the east coast and often crave some authentic Italian food, so very happy to have found this place. I was in the mood for some lasagna and they did not disappoint!! Good weeknight pizza! We've been looking for a good tasting and local pizza and Bell'Italia is it! Reminds me a lot of Venezia's Pizzeria which is one of our most favorite weeknight pizza places. Prices are just right. Sauce and cheese have good taste. The pie itself and the crust is a bit thinner than most pizzas, but it totally works. Decided to try this place out a couple days ago as it's right down the street from my house and I was not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly, especially Mario, who I am assuming is the owner. It is a very welcoming family owned restaurant. I only had pizza on this visit, but will definitely be back to try the various pasta options. The pizza was cooked just right and the crust was quite tasty. Disappointing and inconsistent We had the same dinner twice. First dinner a few weeks ago was good enough to go back for a second time. Repeat visit was a disappointment. This second visit, the side of linguine was a ridiculously few strands of pasta floating in a tasteless broth under the chicken and the shrimp prepared "Francese" on our two dinners. Asked for lemon to try to improve the sauce. We were given three thin slices as for a drink total, certainly not enough to repair two tasteless dinners. We told the waitress that we were very disappointed and she said "oh". We explained that we had ordered the same previously and were pleased. Asked if possibly a new cook Answer, "no".
