Titus came onboard a few months ago and is a genuine treat. Easy to talk to and fully engaged, he went over our needs and expectations and recommended a no-cost annual garage and interior treatment. (We declined due to elderly in the house). Today, Titus came to service us, asked how we were and if there was anything in particular he needed to look at, and reminded us that the interior treatments were still available and included if we ever needed them. He also reminded us to look for signs of rodents, wasps, spiders and ants, as the weather was warming, and assured us that if we saw anything, a call to the office would bring him back to remedy it. I researched Bell Pest control and Yelp showed positive reviews -- but then I have experienced poor customer service. Treatment not completed as agreed to in the contract -- if you pay online it is only for your first service and they don't tell you that and then bill you a past due fee. They do not do service on weekends or after hours. They didn't schedule the day correctly and were supposed to call before they came as I have a large dog that I needed to leave in the house for the day. I called after they didn't treat my backyard and had to arrange another weekday. They then came on the wrong day again and didn't call. I was going to cancel but they stated I had called to change the day after the visit They came but did not treat my flower beds nor one whole side yard (including fence and house). So I wrote a letter and canceled service -- now they are trying to charge me a cancellation fee! Yelp didn't show the 41 negative reviews!!!! Bullying, Rude and dishonest customer service but My tech was nice. They came out without my permission and me being present at my home, as I always am with EVERY appointment and after only 5 weeks of my house just being prayed. Their spray is supposed to last three months. I had just told them not to come after spraying my house just three weeks before as they have scheduling issues and don't know when or what services they performed. Instead of just saying they made a mistake, and keeping a customer, they were rude and tried to tell me they came out to fit a schedule even though the spray was supposed to last 3 months and charged me. Brady had to make an emergency trip to my house due to seem ants were making an invasion into my home. Well it happen on Sunday and I left a message for service to come out. Always very professional at the office and they shared Brady will be about at my house between 2pm to 4pm on Monday. Brady showed up even though once he arrived Ants disappeared. He took care of the issue and gave me advice for a friend of mines having a pest issue. Brady is the best; but seems all the techs that helped me in the past have been the best. Ok this is a long review, but it's well deserved. We purchased our home last year, and were told that the chicken coop on the property "hadn't been used in years" and there were "no pests to be concerned about." Within 3 months, it was clear that RATS were a serious problem in the backyard, where they had burrowed several tunnels and roamed freely with ZERO fear. When a large SUPER rat slowly sauntered across the concrete in our backyard in BROAD DAYLIGHT without a care in the world, I immediately called for professional help. We hired a pest control service (that will remain unnamed) and paid them for nearly TEN MONTHS of service. Unfortunately, the problem only got worse and our yard was overrun. The "Nameless" pest control service refused to address the VERY visible tunnels being frequented at all hours of the day and night by these rats. When I called Bell Pest Control last month, I was at my wits end. I told them I was serious AF about these rats and the empire they'd created in my backyard. I wanted to know what they could DO about the situation--and I was serious. The reps at Bell Pest Control were patient and very understanding--even with an extremely frustrated potential client--and answered all my questions. They were also onsite the very next day to assess the situation....but I was still skeptical. However, to my surprise within 48 hours we looked outside to see the SUPER rat convulsing in its final death throes, apparently felled by Bell's fast-acting SUPER bait! Bell continued to follow up, relentlessly baiting and trapping its doomed offspring and after several weeks, they PLUGGED ALL THE HOLES and effectively destroyed the SUPER rat's empire. We've had Bell Pest for several years now, I've always paid my bill online through the website where it says client check in. I like doing it this way, I get my receipt right away in a email confirmation and I'm done. The last couple of times the website won't open and I have to call and talk to someone. Once again I prefer paying online. This is not a knock on service, it is a complaint on their website!!!! COME ON!!!!!!! A company of your Stature should not be having website problems. BEWARE OF BELL PEST CONTROL!!! This company is a complete joke! I canceled my service by phone and in writing over a year ago and they have continued to charge me for services and late fees. I have left several phone messages for the owner Laurie Bell and have sent four letters, and I have yet to receive a response. Their office manager Nancy is rude and unprofessional. Every time I attempted to call the owner I was told she was not in and refused to provide her name, stating they don't give out owner information. I had to obtain the owners name through local agencies. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau about their shady business practice, and continuous charges after I had requested that my service is terminated. Absolutely the worst business practices I have ever encountered. Their pest control is absolutely horrible all around! Read all the other reviews and you will see that I am not the only one that has problems with this company. Can't believe they are still in business!!! I felt the need to leave a review because I survived another summer (yet again) without ants, rodents, or wasps. When I first moved into my home, my children were bombarded by wasps and at a closer inspection, wasp nests ornamented our home. Cockroaches always seemed to find their way into our garage. :/ I had a struggle with mice coming into the garage too as well as running havoc all over outside. AND ants everywhere. We not only live close to open land but also, major housing developments that continues to grow at an unbelievable rate! My contract was given to them by the guy I had who moved out of state always on time never had to call. Bell pest on the other hand doesn't show when they should always have to call. Customer service is awful very rude when you have a schedule service it should be close to same date. I called was told they would be out by Tuesday and come Wednesday nothing supervisor didn't even care. Miles was the one who serviced my home he did take care of a few big issues I give credit for but on my regular services he couldn't of been here but 10 minutes and on his phone durning service a lot. It was switched to Daniel who I seen once he did do more web cleaning and such then Miles. My further issue is The employees we're trying to see who can get more reviews than one another I was hounded by Miles for three days before I finally did the review by text message then when I needed him for a service I couldn't even get a hold of him. He also ask my help my girls here to give him a review so he tried pulling three reviews from one house you don't beg customers for reviews for great service and don't follow through ask yourself before using their service if most reviews are accurate. I would really look into another company for service before using them. Update Daniel called me today to schedule my visit the office didn't even tell him I canceled my contract with them. I started working from home this morning and heard a snap in the Attic, and a lot of wrestling around, so I called Bell pest control and they said that they would send out the nearest technician named Darrel. Darrell called me and gave me an ETA on when he would be arriving which gave me enough time to put the dogs away and take a time out from work. The guy was super professional and had a great attitude and taught me some things about how to prevent these rodents from getting into the Attic. He took extra time out of his day to make a stop to take a live rodent out before it began to disrupt my household with the bad smell so I can never repay this guy! The guy was a 10 out of a 10! We need people like Darrell that are not afraid to face the disgusting truth of the existence of rodents. We all try to ignore them, but they are real, and with heroes like Darrell, is one of the reasons I remain loyal to Bell pest control.
