This is the second time I have hired Bell Plumbing recently. I asked Bruce who owns Bell Plumbing to troubleshoot my solar thermal Noritz tankless hot water heater. I had been experiencing waves of cold water while the hot water was running in the shower. We bypassed the solar panel and it stopped the waves of cold water. He also determined that there was an internal water leak on my 10 year old Noritz tankless water heater. Bruce recommended replacing the Noritz tankless with a new Rinnai tankless water heater and removal of the solar panel which was deteriorated. It was a Wednesday so a new Rinnai tankless was ordered the next day and an appointment setup for replacement install the next week. The installation went smoothly and quickly in less than a half day. The pricing for the job was fair with one small water drip appearing after the installation. I called Bruce about the small drip that same day. He had a helper out the next and the drip was fixed. Very pleased with Bruce and Bell Plumbing and will hire them again. They are experienced, knowledgeable, hard working and completed my job in a reasonable time and at a fair price. read more

Excellent work by Bruce and his crew. I had to replace my water inlet pipe from the meter to the house this past July. It was very hot that day, but Bruce and his crew worked very hard to get that water line installed, even going under the driveway. The water heater also needed replacing and everything was done in one day. As a follow up my kitchen sink drain was slow and I called for service Oct. 18th. Henry came out and did an excellent job of replacing a clogged drain fitting that he had to access from outside the house through the stucco. I had this company come to unclog our main sewer line a month or so ago. While they were here they suggested we move our main line for easier access from under the house, and so we can dump our trailer black tank from home. They gave us a quote, and we just had them come back out today to relocate the main sewer line! They work great as a team to get the job done, and are so very nice, courteous, and incredibly professional. And I can't forget to mention the woman who schedules the appointments for you. The plumber showed up on time. When I answered the door he had a mask on, gloves and shoe covers. He stayed at a distance. He fixed the clog in my kitchen sink and fixed the water pressure. After he finished I walked out on my porch and found he had taken the trash bag out that I had on the porch planning to take down to the trash.
