That jalapeños jack croissant caught my eye. Soooo yummy.

Stopping at Bella for coffee and light breakfast bites has been a regular habit for my friends and I when spending a weekend in Calistoga. It can get pretty busy at times, but the short wait is worth it. These ladies hustle and the line moves quickly. Coffee is good like a diner unless you want something more fancy like a matcha latte. If you have a sweet tooth. Bella has so many exquisite looking sweet treats I've never tried, but they sure are pretty! I'm sure they're good based on all the delicious breakfast offerings. I always get the jalapeño cheddar croissant. It just hits the spot for my savory craving in the morning. My gf loves her almond croissant which is also very good. Looking for more protein and less carbs? The quiches are quite big and pretty good but light on the ingredients inside. Bacon quiche could have used a bit more bacon but still fulfilling. If you want a proper breakfast they have chorizo, ham or sausage burritos also. I've never had one but maybe in the future before our morning wine tastings. Nice people behind the counter and so many delicious treats for the afternoon or morning! I look forward to another Bella breakfast next time I'm in Calistoga!

Visited Bella's Bakery in Calistoga and it's such an adorable little spot in this charming small town! Started my day with their breakfast English muffin with ham and egg, and it was honestly just so good. Perfect way to kick off the morning! I also picked up one of their pre-made sandwiches for later, and it turned out to be a winner too! I think it was turkey with Brie cheese, and my partner absolutely loved it, saying it was amazing. I've heard through the grapevine that it might be one of Oprah's favorite bakeries, but can't say for sure--can anyone fact check that for us? If you find yourself in Calistoga, make sure to stop by Bella's Bakery for some tasty treats!

Coffee/bakery on the main street in downtown. We were looking for road snacks, but ordered breakfast sandwiches, coffee and a scone. Gorgeous baked goods and sandwiches. Mellow vibe. Decorated with local art. A great stop to start the day and/or snack latter. Two thumbs up from this guy!

There were so many delicious looking items to choose from. The staff were efficient and friendly. I had the breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. It was nothing special. My spouse had the raspberry pastry. He loved his. I would definitely be eager to return and try something else.

I have been staying in Calistoga for the past 3 days and every morning I have taken a walk down to this Bakery for the best quick breakfast. I had the breakfast burrito, the croissant breakfast sandwich, and the English muffin (which they make fresh) breakfast sandwich. Everything thing has been so yummy and fresh. I love their cold chai as well. Such a cute place with a friendly staff.

A wonderful place. Obviously popular with locals and tourists alike. Great coffee (strong like I prefer) and an overwhelming selection of pastries and sweet or savory morning offerings. Line can get long but it moves fast; service is very good!

Love Latin family owned shops like this one. Had one of the biggest conchas I have ever seen. It was delicious. Also had the matcha latte my niece had the frappe and mentioned it was not sweet at all!!! so for my coffee lover get the frap. Must check out

Easily some of the best pastries I've ever had. I've been here a couple of times and it has yet to disappoint. Their coffee is great, breakfast burritos have tons of meat, egg, and cheese. I've had a chocolate croissant, spinach and feta, almond croissant, peaches and cream danish, bacon Asiago quiche, and all have been amazing. I love stopping in after work (I work night shift) and getting something on my way home. I've never waited more than a couple minutes in line or to get my coffee. There's plenty of seating and the staff are always kind and patient, especially with so much to choose from. Plus they're always playing good music in the mornings which just adds to the experience. I plan on coming many more times.

We were dining in the area and I was looking for a baguette to go along with some charcuterie we picked up earlier in the area. We had just eaten so this particular visit was really to come in and get some bread (although I really want to come back to try their pastries and other wonderful looking creations). The service is friendly and they try to help you as soon as you are ready to order. It was also later in the day so it seemed like the options, at least on display, were limited. But I didn't take too much time looking because we already knew what we wanted. There is also a variety of coffee or caffeinated as well as refreshing beverages available to order and it looks like they have a beer/ wine license here in case you wanted to dine in. Just a really great place that left a great impression and I will definitely be hitting this place up the next time I'm in the area.

The almond croissant has a sweet taste a bit and it's because there's a bit of orange mixed in with the topping. The staff was polite although they gave my friend the incorrect item and later found out the correct item was given to another person by mistake - mislabeling the displays. This was during the last hour on a Sunday. I wouldn't return, I can find better pastries elsewhere.

We ordered the Oatmeal Everything Cookies. Oooooh so delicious!! Crispy edges and soft and chewy middle. It consists of oats, walnuts, pecans, pistachios, coconut, cherries, and raisins. It was so good, I had to ask about the ingredients!! We also had their seasonal pumpkin spice cake with burnt butter cream frosting! It was so moist and delicious! The Cardamom Vanilla Latte was also good. After our snack, we went back in line and ordered a dozen to-go pastries to take home!!! Station is a gas station! On our drive back from Calistoga to Berkeley, my bestie and I needed a quick snack, and this stop in St. Helena was perfectly timed. She's been here plenty of times; it was my first visit. I went the smoothie route (solid, refreshing, did the job), but I couldn't help noticing that most people were walking out with pizza. That seemed to be the move. The place had a steady flow of locals and road-trippers, which is always a good sign when you're pulling off the highway. It was quick, easy, and exactly what we needed in the moment. Will I be back? Probably not, but this might be perfect for you.
