It is safe to say that Ann had not only held the salon to it's standards, but herself as well. Just as previous reviews had stated, she was very friendly and was meticulous with her work - she did not rush and took her time perfecting my manicure exactly how I wanted it, paying attention to every little detail! Although my manicure here was a higher price than what I usually pay at home, it is definitely worth every dollar!! The products used on my nails were safer than the regular acrylic powders and liquids (so there was also no harsh smells)! I am the pickiest person about manicures of anyone that I know, so I have been disappointed by a lot of nail salons in the area. But this one is exceptional--so much attention to detail and excellent customer service. I got a gel manicure yesterday and before I left, I noticed that the polish was not quite as close to my cuticles as I like (again, something that most people would never notice or care about, it was a pretty perfect manicure). But I asked Ann, who did my nails, if she could just fix it, and she insisted that she redo it so it could be exactly what I wanted. She was so gracious about redoing an entire gel manicure, and thanked me for being honest. Everyone who works there is consistently friendly and does meticulous work. Each time I have gone, they have made it clear that they want to fix any minor imperfection until I'm completely satisfied, and they really mean that. Would highly recommend! read more

This salon is great. I have been seeing Wendy for about five to six years now. She is amazing! I even drive all the way from Northborough to Newton because she is that good! I have been going to coco nail and spa because it seemed like the only local option for me...UNTIL I found Bella lash nails and spa. This place is amazing, they take such good care and place so much attention on their work. It is always consistent and I can always count on the best result. Just finished getting my nails done by Ann. I was a walk in appointment and I was able to be seen immediately on a Saturday at ~2pm. Ann did a lovely job - exactly what I wanted. She had a box of new dip colors and asked me if I'd like one of them - the pink matched with the other sparkly color I selected perfectly! Ann has been doing nails for 19 years and it's obvious - she took a lot of care and made sure my nails matched in length and shape. They have a great selection of dip colors, and lots of sparkle ones which I love! A very nice hand massage and cuticle oil at the end was a nice touch. Highly recommend and I'll be back! read more

I've been going to Tammy for gel fil manicures and pedicures for 10 years! She is the BEST. Tammy is extremely professional: highly skilled, conscientious, clean, gentle, honest and a perfectionist. I have never been cut or caught an infection. She is easy to reach by phone or text and always runs on time. My daughter also goes to her for waxing. Tammy gives her the MOST BEAUTIFUL brow line. This place is so clean, excellent workers, numerous amount of colors to chose from for a mani pedi. Just one stop here and you'll wanna come back every time you wanna feel... well GLAMOURS! My mother takes my sister and I here once a holiday is right around the corner so we can look our best! It's a great place to get your hair done too! Once I got my eyebrows done here and every time someone saw the new eyebrow look they all stopped and commented on how good I look! I have know the Proprietress, Ann Tran, for eight years; first in at the Beacon Hill location she managed and now in her Newton Salon/Spa. I have followed her out there, despite many good options here in Boston. She a superior job, could not be nicer, more honest, or interested in her client's well-being and happiness. Her staff are trained by her and replicate her high standards. Yesterday, she used a non-gel polish that behaves like a gel but is a vegan product and produced a terrific result. This is one of the best nail salons I've ever been to. Anne does such an amazing job and really goes the extra mile to make her customers feel comfortable. I have been seeing Tammy for my manicures for about ten years. She is an expert in Biogel and she does an excellent job for me. My natural nails are paper thin and tear so easily that they can never grow. With the use of Biogel, Tammy lengthens and sculpts my nails beautifully. Whether I choose a French manicure or solid polish, I can go 3-4 weeks at a time without a gel fill. Tammy is a very clean and precise technician. This is a great salon with friendly staff and clean facilities. I easily make my nail appointments with Tammy and she can always fit me in. She does great gel manicures and pedicures and always remembers not only how I like my nails done but also details about me. I always feel welcome and comfortable here in a way I never felt any other place. They are looking for more clientele and are great for appointments, but take walk-ins if possible. Great service. I am very particular about my manicures so I don't like to go to just anyone! Ann always does a great job on my nails and I always leave happy. She's also very sweet! Plus, they carry a huge selection of nail polish, including Dazzle Dry. Great price for the Dazzle Dry polish (other chain salons in the area charge over $30 for it.) I also noticed the Dazzle Dry lasts longer on my nails when I get them done at Bella Lash. I can go 1.5-2 weeks, which is great and it isn't even gel polish! read more

I went to this nail salon to get a manicure and pedicure for my holiday. The polish on my toenails peeled off after two days and my acrylic nails were very thick and uneven even though I tried to point out the flaws to my nail technician and asked her to thin them out. The two ladies who did my nails were talking the whole time in their own language and laughing so loudly that I couldn't relax. They ruined the soothing music that was supposed to be playing. My first time here and had such a great experience with An! I came for a acrylic fill and An did a great job with a design I showed her on the spot. She is so sweet and my friends and I were able to have great conversations with her. They have snacks and my friends and I were eating her peanut butter pretzels and An told us to take the rest of them home even when we tried to refuse. My regular nail salon did a number on my cuticles so I was in search of a new place. After reading reviews, I came in on the day before Thanksgiving and Tom and Sophia were awesome and had me in and out with an excellent "dip" manicure and pedicure. Everything was very clean, the staff were polite and hospitable, and parking was surprisingly pretty easy to find. I love that they offer a student discount and you can pay via Venmo.
