I came in for a removal of my gel x nails. It took about an hour for the removal, my skin was constantly getting sanded off on accident and I was left with the thinnest nails I've ever had. All my nails have uneven dents in them from the heavy sanding. I'm so heartbroken.. left the place crying . My nails have never felt this way after a removal. Not only did he's over sand the top layer of my nail, but he also went in with the sanding bit underneath my nail, which made it even thinner! Leftover glue stuck to my fingers...

I have been a long-time customer, and I left so disappointed. I am not one to make a scene, so I paid and left. Today, I got a nail dip and a pedicure. I've never seen the woman who did my nails before, and I didn't get her name. I will never let her touch my nails again. She was sloppy and injured me a couple of times with the drill. She tried to blame the poor guy doing my pedicure, but it wasn't his fault. All of my nails are shaped differently, and I was left with product all over my skin that I had to scrape off. The dip is so far away from my nail bed that it looks like I need a fill already. What a waste of money. My pedicure was excellent. Brian did a great job, and the foot massage was amazing.

I always go to Doan (Dawn), and she is consistent with her fills and gives one of best pedicures I have ever had. Doan takes her time with my pedicure and is always very thorough. The spa has a nice, calm and relaxing ambiance. They have wine in a display case at the front, but I have never been offered wine. It would be a nice gesture, to add to the relaxing environment and experience.

Every time I go they never disappoint with my nails! They're such nice people, their service is amazing, and the salon is always so nice and clean. I had gotten my nails done here multiple times and I will continue to go. This was the nail set i've last gotten, unfortunately one of the gems did fall off which I suspected, came back to see if they could fix it and the guy who had helped me did it no problem, I offered to tip him for it but he said "no, its okay" and just smiled. 10/10 recommend!

The staff is super friendly here. It's extremely clean. They play soothing music and it isn't loud. All the techs are very good at what they do. Kevin always makes sure I leave happy

Went there for the first time today and I did not regret it. The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. The place is spacious, not suffocating (which i like), clean and the ventilation inside is great it doesn't have that strong smell of chemicals. They did very well with the nail designs that I requested. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service. Will surely comeback.

Paint already chipping.. not even a day later

The same day my nails started chipping. Not only that the lengths are not even, some longer than the other and they are lumpy.. never going there again

all these pictures are my hand and picture three it was my nails that I've got done in another place and for my 16th birthday I would like the same exact nails cause I think that it looks nice on me and when I went to the store, I asked if they could do it they said yes and it's gonna cost around 120 bucks and I was fine with that and I asked like how similar it would be. They said about 90% similar than when I was doing it I asked to change the color three times because the color match was really off and then when he was trying to draw the middle finger and picture too, I asked to draw it lower as you can see in the photo it's lower down and not as high up like a French tip, but the guy couldn't speak English at all no one there could help and the guy to start getting frustrated and started screaming at me and said how he had no time and how I changed the colors too many times and the colors I asked to change was already in front of me he didn't have to get up to get the colors I told him to draw the line downwards towards me more down towards the middle of the finger, but he just wouldn't change it and kept on drawing it as a french tip but he just wouldn't change screaming at a 15-year-old is crazy and the fact how he blamed it on me on how I had kept changing the choice on my colors. when I told him to change the design as you can see on both of my hands, they look nothing like the photo in picture. One he kept on saying how he can't do exactly the same, but I know that they told me at the start that they could re-create it around 90% similar, but this is way too off and I tried to tell him, but he would just not listen. At the start when he was removing my nails, I told him that it hurts because the filer was going too fast and my nail was hot. He ignored me. He started applying a gel base for a structure. He did it and forgot to get rid of my dead cuticles at the start and he applied the gels on my cuticles when I ask him questions, he would ignore me. I asked if he's gonna remove my cuticles because I want this nail to last longer, he had ignored me, and then after finishing up with the gel base structure, he was removing my cuticles, but in a really painful way he kept on pressing my cuticles to separate the gel in my cuticles as he applied it on the wrong spot. I told him that it hurts, but he would just ignore me and kept on going. If I could read this place a zero I would definitely rate a zero out of five. I have never had such a worst experience, especially on how important this nail meant to me. Before going to the nail salon, I had searched up on the reviews and the types of nails is done. I have seen them do similar nails, but they did it way more better so I don't get why they just couldn't get this right. also, if he couldn't do it, he could've swapped persons instead of speaking Vietnamese and saying bad words and bad stuff about me as if I couldn't understand if he couldn't do it. He should've just told me at the start and I would've just changed my design, but he told me that he was able to do it and get it almost the same around 90%. I paid 65 bucks on this piece of crap and also wasted three hours. He didn't know how to do nails at all when he was trying to make the flower he's the wrong type of gel and then he got so frustrated that he took around 30 minutes, not even been able to make a finished product of a flower. When he yelled at me, he had also threatened me by asking if I like the white line drawn on my middle finger while holding a nail remover and cleaning up everything saying that he can't do anymore. After starting the conflict, no one even bothered to come and help out or offer help. Everyone just watched, including the owner of this business. I really disappointed and honestly, the example nails, you guys have up on here. I really think that you guys aren't even able to do half of that quality

Went here today and as soon as I walked in I didn't feel welcome I was later asked what I needed and I asked if I can get A fill the rude lady said wait n minutes n turned her back on me I waited 30 minutes while two People got done turnt there lights and for and just sat at the desk no one once offered to help me almost felt like I was being judged horrible place will never return need to be n A location were only can service the type of people they like say some people are still like this n world from the reviews I'm not the only one read more

So I was just told that they were closed at 6:25pm. What's funny is that he said they take the last appointment at 6:15pm when online it says that they don't close until 7:00pm. I only wanted to get my eyebrows done but they didn't even bother to ask me what service I needed. Definitely will not be patronizing this business. I would give zero stars if possible. Reply to the business owner: So your statements conflict with what your nail technician said that the last appointment is taken at 6:15 pm. You completely missed my comment about the only service I needed was my eyebrows waxed. So your response is irrelevant as you mentioned time frames for services that I wasn't seeking. Thank you for attempting to clear up the review. Your business should reflect on this review as a learning opportunity for customer service. read more

I never get pedicures but being 8months pregnant I needed some help with my toes ! Lol I like that they were clean , and were totally ok using my own nail polish, the massage chair was pretty awesome . I have my mother going with me now , I will probably will be coming here on a monthly basis . Really feels like a treat ! read more

My cousin and I decided to come here for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, and did not have an appointment. I found them on Yelp with good reviews and they were able to accommodate us when we came right when they opened. I noticed that they have a nail check in system, which they honor (and I appreciate), because many nail salons can promise to accommodate a reservation but fall behind. They are all very kind, and my nail technician Veronica was SUPER nice! We chatted almost the whole time and she's very personable. All the employees smiled (under the mask lol) and said hi to all customers. We are visiting Riverside for a wedding and if I was ever in the area, I would come back here! I apologize in advance for my grammar/punctuation. Math orientated... I called in ahead to make an appointment and was Scheduled right away. Johanne so sweet, whom I talked with on the phone, was very attentive as soon as I stepped in. I Went in to get a manicure and pedicure. She confirmed right away what I wanted and didn't push any other up sales on me. She did my manicure and my pedicure was done by Clara who was also very sweet! Both were firm enough how to get the job done but were gentle and cautious not to hurt me accidentally. I am not a regular to a spa but have been a few times before. This experience was way above my past experiences. 10 out of 5 stars. The spa itself is spotless and added to the zen I was enjoying! Oh something I forgot till about half way and this is a first timers fail is the massage chairs. Amazing! I lost about 20 min of not using it. That's like $15 at in the chairs at the mall. Just saying... The location also is great. In a quite area where you can slightly hear the rolling sound of the freeway which sounds like a rolling river and the windows are in the direction is the sunset. I was lucky enough to go right before twilight and sunset so on top of the amazing service the location and timing added to the experience. read more

This is being written by a guy. Deal with it. This nail salon is VERY clean, friendly, customer centric. I apologize that I did not get the name of the lady that did my mani-pedi, but I was just too relaxed. I was probably in the spa chair for about an hour so so. She was very thorough and took her time, which I appreciated. The last salon I visited gave me the impression of get-em in and out. I would give Bella 6 stars if it was an option. read more

The ladies are super nice here but the first time i went i had an apt and waited forever. Stressful when you are on a time crunch. I got gel with chrome and my pink nails turned yellow within a day. When i called to ask if they could fix they said sure come in. They did fix but then i was charged for color change. I paid it only bc I'm just not really the type of person to complain about $25 especially when a service is provided. However now i have a nail infection. Sad bc i really wanted to like this place :( read more

I always work with Joanna. Her work is PERFECTION. First place I've been able to sit in the chair, fall asleep, and be pampered while not having to worry that they will look bad or not consistent. The one thing that I will say that I really don't like, is that this is the first nail salon that I've been to that won't fix your nail for free if it breaks. All other salons I've been to will fix your nail if it breaks Regardless of if it's been longer than a week or not. So I do suggest that this location changes that are willing to fix one of their customers nails if it breaks read more

Today was my second time visiting Bella Nails and honestly I'm starting to like this place a lot! I got basic mani and gel design both time and I'm very satisfied with the results! First time I got a cute Disney inspired design and this time I got a summer floral and girl design and I love it! Ken is great! Staffs are friendly. I can only speak for pedicures but I love this place. They do a great job and I'm picky! I bring my daughters here as well (4 and 6) and they treat them like little princesses. They have special little chairs for kids. Also their green tea lotion smells AMAZING. read more

Honestly so disappointed after going here. It looked clean and the women who worked there were friendly. I had a pedicure and the man who did it kept digging his nail into my toe instead of just resting his palm on my foot to steady it while he cut my cuticles, etc. I had to ask him to stop multiple times before he finally did, and it left marks like someone digging their nail into your skin until after I left. He kept his tools in a plastic basket (like fries are served out of), that didn't look clean. Using his dirty gloves he pulled a broken plastic spoon out of a jar of exfoliater, swiped it on his hand (with the dirty glove), shoved it back in the container for more, and then wiped it back on his dirty hand. The jar was watered down and halfway empty so I'm sure this was done many times. I was so disgusted I didn't even let him finish. I paid and got out of there. I don't understand why people don't care about the quality of their work anymore. It was like he was intentionally doing a bad job, taking a long time, and being rough. It was beyond bizarre. read more

Pedi is much better than mani! Came here once and got both the pedi/mani w/ hot stone massage. I admit I'm not a padi/mani girl. I have my own foot spa at home and the idea of sharing those pedi equipment w/ others disgusts me. For mani, I hate nail art b/c they are so tacky IMO and I can apply my nail polish much better than some of the nail techs. So why pay?! Regardless I wanted to try this place b/c it's not too far from me. Lisa did my pedi. She was actually really good. She was very skillful and didn't rush my pedi. My toe nails looked nice and pretty afterwards. And I enjoyed my hot stone massage as well. My mani was a different story. Ken seemed like a popular tech so there were a lot of ppl waiting for him. I thought I'd just use any tech since I was not gonna do nail art. Big mistake! This lady I forgot her name (not Lisa or the owner) did my mani. She was impatient and rushed through it. She was so terrible at applying nail polish that quite a few of my polish got smudged. Mind you, I only have ten fingers. How many can you mess them up?! Instead of redoing it, she tried to fix them twice and ended up messing them all up. I was over it towards the end so I left with ugly nails that looked like they were done by a two years old. Why would I spend money at a nail salon when I can do a much better job myself?! Another thing bothered me was that they asked to charge my credit card and demanded tips when my pedi was half way done and before they even started my mani. They said I should pay before my mani so I wouldn't accidentally mess it up. Seriously?! The problem is you not me! I would recommend booking Ken for mani and Lisa for pedi if you decide to come here. The owner also seemed to be doing a good job. Avoid the other lady at all cost. For me, I'm sticking with my home foot spa and my own mani. My nail polish is way better than the OPI they use anyways. And my nails wouldn't look like a two years old's master piece at least!!! read more

This was my first time here & it was a slow day so I was excited to get my mani done quick. There was only a few people there and I had made an apt at 4. I had to wait about 30 mins before Ken was free to do my mani. He cleaned up my nails quickly, but they came out great. He took his time applying the polish so they would be perfect. Overall, i liked my mani, but the waiting time on a slow day with an apt, took too long. I will be back depending on how long this mani lasts, hopefully the wait time will not take as long next time. (Also, it was $25 for a gel mani + $3 for gel removal) UPDATE: I've had my gel mani for over a month & it hasn't even lifted. read more

After spending all of lockdown doing my own pedicures I was dying to get a real one again. I called and they were able to fit me right in on a Tuesday afternoon. When I got to the salon, I was immediately welcomed, asked to sign in, and they took my temp. Everything is immaculately clean and beautiful. I didn't wait more than 3 min when Zyn said he would get my chair ready. The next hour was pure bliss. Zyn is so so so attentive and detailed. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The hot stone massage was a first for me and amazing. My legs and feet have never been so happy. The polish on my toes looks better than most places I've ever been to. Zyn is my guy! I will most definitely will be coming back!!! read more

Super nice staff. I would have to say they were extremely clean, however my nails came out ok. I have short nails as I am starting over from wearing acrylics. The lady who did my gel polish really didn't paint my entire nail so to speak and left the sides without polish. Super sweet, took her time, but the work was sub par . I'm glad they honored the 15% off check in because it was not worth the money . I won't be going back anytime soon. read more

I really enjoyed this place. I was sat right away. They have a large selection on gel colors so that was great. I got a fill with a chrome, gel polish, coffin shaped. (Even more beautiful in the sun.) The lady Lisa was very nice and did a great job. I told her how I wanted the shape and she did what i asked and showed me. I asked for a little more narrow/ tapered towards the tips. She told me that's what they call a coffin shape. She asked if I ever been there before. I told her Ive love here for a few months now and I'm trying to find a place I really like. She asked me before I went to pay if I liked them and if I was happy with them. And if I did maybe I'll come back for a fill. Which I liked cause it made me feel like they wanted my business and that they liked me too. Overall: I'm really happy with how they turned out. I'm obsessed. I will be returning back here in two weeks for my fill and a new fun color. :) read more

My wife always comes here to get her nails done. This is the spot to go to if you need a full set or just a fill! Ask for Ken and he'll bless you with his Skills! Make sure you make an appointment because he gets booked quick. I'm here today getting my Man Pedi ! Part of my Christmas present! I highly recommend this place and if you come here for a Pedicure, ask for Lisa, she is Amazing! She makes sure you're comfortable and is super nice and sweet! A++++! read more

I usually don't get my nails done in Riverside just because I've had a bad experience with many nail salons out here.. BUT IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA YOU MUST GO TO KEN!!! He was incredibly attentive and gentle when filing my nails and he was extremely precise when cleaning/painting my nails. I had one broken nail so he took the extra effort to put powder on it. Looking through the pictures on Yelp, it seems as though he can do nice designs as well. I opted out of doing any designs but I was extremely satisfied with my gel manicure. Gel manicure was $25 and I paid a little extra for my broken nail. Only -1 star because I had to wait 40 mins after my set appointment time for 11:30. This review is for the gel polish and how well it held up. It has been two weeks and 3 days since I had it done at this salon. I made numerous dinners, including 2 holiday dinners, plenty of dishes, laundry, house cleaning, including scrubbing showers and tubs, plus holiday gift wrapping and these gel nails didn't chip, crack or break! It was so worth the money. Yeah, you can see the nail growth but it's not a big deal. The color even held it's shine, check out the after picture. Walked in and didn't wait too long maybe 10-15 minutes, but I didn't have an appointment so I anticipated waiting. Got the deluxe pedicure. Doan took care of me and she was amazing! I found this nail salon on yelp, and after reading the reviews figured is give it a try. I'm out of town on a business trip so I wasn't familiar with the area. WOW!! This place was amazing and the did a WONDERFUL job!! I had a gel manicure, which was awesome. The man doing it took his time, was very meticulous and did a fabulous job! I didn't catch his name but he was a younger man. I also choose to get a spa pedicure. It too was amazing. The price for each service was $25, which was VERY reasonable for what you get. Lisa is a great technician but the customer service here is HORRIBLE! The owners need a lesson on what makes for a successful business: customer service and efficiency! Ive been here roughly 5 times, each time I make an appt. and outline the services I want. EVERY TIME, there is a delay, today it was 20 minutes! I live a very busy life and make an appt for this reason, but my time is never honored nor respected! WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPT!?!?! When I address my concerns, the owners have a BS response AND they have the audacity to speak amongst themselves in their language! Also disrespectful! The other issue is they are not efficient!!! I always book 2 services: Mani by Lisa and Pedi by whomever is available. Any business owner that is customer service oriented and efficient would ensure that the services are provided CONCURRENTLY!!!!! Nope, not the case here! When Im done today, I would have been here 3 fn hours! LAST TIME comin here! If you are looking for basic customer service, respect and efficiency-THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!! Great shape on my manicure and perfect thickness. They fixed some of the errors from Hot Nails that were really obvious. Thanks a bunch! I would recommend you guys to others for sure. Also, they do really nice nail artwork. One issue... they let you leave with your hands looking dried up, cracked and crusty all around the nails. I was embarrassed to take a picture right after leaving because my finger tips looked crusty and gross. But the nails were perfect! Suggestion, let the customer wash and lotion hands at some point to avoid the 'post manicure crusty fingertip' syndrome. read more

Decided to try this place out. My best friend's mom used to come here all the time before she passed away and her nails were always fantastic. JoAnn attended to me and did an amazing job. I asked for SNS and the results are great! She's gentle on hands and performed the her first ombré dip for me and they turned out really pretty. This place is great! Brought my dad here for his birthday this morning and he's been talking about it all day haha. He'd been going to that sad place in the chipotle/ralph's shopping center on van buren but I refused today and looked this place up. I haven't been everywhere in Moreno Valley, but this is probably the best. The only gripe I have is this is on the expensive side, at least in comparison to Lindsey's in Riverside. $25 for a spa pedicure which includes exfoliation, callous removal, opi available nail polish. Eh I guess that's not too bad, I just know it's possible to get great mani-pedis cheaper at Lindsey's. The technicians were great, hardly spoke to each other so you don't feel like they're talking about you, unlike at horrible Cuccios. Yeah I'm calling you out Cuccios! If you're by the Moreno Valley mall, there's no contest, this is the best nail place. Anyway, they're really personable and funny and patient. They do really detailed work. The chairs are comfortable, the shop is cute, they have water bottles, great service, great products, they have great fragrances for their oils, and do real massages with hot stones and everything on your legs. You'll feel great! They're all pretty too haha, if that matters, my dad sure liked it ;-) read more

Then to take the material off they provided her what I can only describe as a towel that was soaking in someone's vomit. Even the staff recognized this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. admittedly: i am not a frequenter of nail salons, but that is not to say i've never been. i've had a few pedicures though and this one was right up there. my feet feel so soft and silky now. My wife said they look clean and smooth. I found the employees to be very pleasant and competent. i also learned that my left foot is more ticklish than my right. the water was a little warmer than i'm used to so i had to fight the urge to pee for a while, but I digress. the chairs were in an outward facing semicircle so it's either private and personal or too far away from the people you came with, depending on what you are looking for. the price seemed fair to me, which is to say that it wasn't more than i expected to pay. My daughter and I were here earlier this evening. She had a wonderfully pampered time soaking her feet and picking out pink and purple glittery polishes. The lady doing her nails was very sweet and even drew a heart design. Lisa did my pedicure and she is amazing, one of the best pedis I have ever gotten!! I sprung for the pedi #3 with the extra callous removal and massage and the whole experience was to die for. The best nail shop around!! Very friendly and courteous nail salon. My nail tech Ken is AMAZING! His work is so precise and very clean. His designs are intricate. The salon is very clean. I also have been helped by Lisa and she is so kind. I won't go anywhere but Bella Nails. read more
