They are very responsive, have always been reliable and answered my questions even when there was nothing wrong they still checked it out when I was uncomfortable. ZERO STAR!!!!!! This store does not offer any tire services without an appointment after you have purchased four tires and supposedly have a warranty. If your tire is leaking or flat or needs a repair they will take care of those things including airing up your tire only if you have an appointment. when I came in today the only appointments were starting Tuesday and today is Saturday, totally unacceptable! they did offer me to leave my vehicle for several days and that they could likely (no guarantee)get to it possibly on Monday. The assistant manager Quinton Griffin is very rude and he doesn't tell the truth. He also refused to even put the spare on without an appt. I will never purchase from them again. From now on I will buy my tires from the dealership who always can immediately take care of me or give me a loaner vehicle to get me back on the road. read more

Belle Tire was great to work with. They were recommended by my dealership after I ran over a screw, and the dealership could not fit me in. I called and, although they were busy, they accommodated me late in the day. Josh and Clinton were efficient, friendly, and honest. The screw was removed, the tire plugged, and I was on my way! The first time I came here was to purchased four new SUV tires last year. They employees here were amazing! I bought my vehicle back to fix my tire that was under warranty and also to get an oil change. There is a Caucasian gentleman, bold with glasses that doesn't pull his mask up over his nose. Well the CDC stated that if your mask is below you nose it is just as if not wearing a mask. I received great service by the gentleman servicing my vehicle. Everything was also done in a timely manner. However, the gentleman I spoke of earlier at the front desk area with the bold head, glasses and Caucasian was really rude and unprofessional in how he spoke to his other coworker that was working the front desk area as well. He was trying to tell him something to do. But the manner in which he spoke to him was rude, disrespectful and definitely uncalled for. Especially in front of customers. Talk to others with respect especially living in the world we live in today. Not to mention the mask over the nose bothers me because I have lost my Father and Grandmother to this virus. I am also someone with OCD and take this whole pandemic very seriously. These things that happened in my last two visit have me on the fence if to return. They will sell you tires, but don't count on them for doing tire repairs and rotations promptly on your new tires like they promise without a lot of fuss. I came in to this location early AM while on business trip with a tire that I had purchased from Belle that had a nail in it that really needed repair. They told me they would not fix that same day even when I was willing to leave car for day! Go to Costco where they service what they sell. read more

My car really needed an alignment after changing both front and rear tie rods out, they helped me out in a very quick and orderly fashion considering they were down a few people they did great the gentleman helping me was very knowledgeable and very kind I would definitely recommend them but I suggest making an appointment beforehand! Great service from every employee and Manager Josh Ottinger always makes sure that everything goes just as the customer wants. Special order on Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires for a 1993 Corvette 40th Anniversary Edition collector car came in promptly and were installed exactly as I wanted, the same day they were delivered. keeping my rims in perfect shape. If I trust these guys to work on that one for me, be assured, they will take care of any tires or service that you might bring them !! Pricing on all the different brands that they work with is very good, but they were extremely meticulous with the install and that means more to me than just bottom line pricing.
