Went here at 12:30pm and had slow leak in front tire. They got me in 5 to 10 min after I got there ..Had them do tire rotation and check alignment . Took about 30min. And it was just the seal around rim..only charged for rotation and did not need alignment..I have been going to these guys for quite a few years and they will be the only place I go..very nice people and don't charge for anything you don't need...I really appreciate that ! read more

You will be ripped off by ROBERT L. GRAY or EYAD RAMOUNI. They suggest work that isn't needed and Robert will lie and tell you calipers get replaced in pairs. Brought my car in to get the brakes inspected and they told me I needed calipers and they both needed to fixed because they get fixed in pairs and were malfunctioning. I own a 2014 edge with 69k miles on it. I worked as a service advisor at a ford dealer for 4 years and recommended plenty of brake jobs/repairs. First off, calipers typically don't need to be fixed at 69k miles. its very rare. 2nd off the guy that clearly thinks they get repaired shouldn't be advising people on there car needs if it cant explain what's needed and why. I asked to also speak to the Manager at this location and he didn't really care about the situation and was very defensive as soon as I started asking questions. Clearly he knows what's going on or he wouldn't be so defensive and would have looked into it while the car was there. He lost a sale and didn't do anything once I called him out to save it. Sounds like he doesn't care about his job or performance of his employees. After this, I took the car to Suburban Ford and had my brakes fixed for 200 dollars cheaper than what belle quoted me along with a brake flush and coolant flush. Saved my money off the part and labor upcharge at belle tire for unneeded work. Wanting to save money is important to me just like anyone else and that's why I came here to start but I recommended everyone to run for this location and get a 2nd look on any work recommended here. Beware of price gouging. I took my car in for My radiator and they told me I needed all new hoses, I took their recommendation in consideration and got the work done, I also got a wheel bearing replaced over $1800 dollars, a month later the dealer tells me I need a new wheel bearing which they replaced, so they had to replace it again, so when I took it back they refused to do the bearing unless I got all new rotors and brakes because they said it was frozen, they were trying to charge me another $2000, i took my car to Goodyear and they asked me who told me I needed all that work I didn't need, they charged me $200 for some hardware for my brakes and I took it back to belle tire and they finally change my wheel bearing. now its getting cold and I'm using my heat, I smell coolant, I take it back to belle tire they tells me it was a factory clamp loose and my head gasket is leaking which I took it to the dealer and they said no head gasket leak it's the hoses belle tire installed. when I took it back for the hose leak they gave me attitude told me they won't get it in until around 12:30 so I asked could I bring it back around that time, they said no they don't take appts. but online it clearly states that you can make appts. so as we speak I'm still driving my car around and have to inhale coolant vapors read more

Tried to make an appointment and they made me reschedule days later. Then they agree to a time and my car sits there for 3.5 hours before they even start working on it. Very disappointed in the false advertising "glitch" we were told after coming in for a Black Friday sale. The $100 off was clearly in our quote we printed from online before coming to the store to buy our tires. We didnt realize the discount wasn't applied until after the work was done and we went to pay the final price. We were denied the discount and told it was a glitch in the system. It is unacceptable to deny a clearly written sale price to a customer on a day that you know people are buying a product because of great sales. I will not be recommending Belle Tire to anyone because of this. read more

Called for a price to mount a tire I had bought online onto my old rim. The sales rep said $5 on the phone. When I got down there they said that will be $20. The salesman was not friendly and when I asked for a discount for the difference in price he said the normal price for this service is $35. Go to Discount Tire down the street. They honor their prices. Follow up to the 8/7 corporate response: When I called I gave the size of the tire. At the start of the phone call the recording says "calls are recorded" so look it up. I gave the size and your guy said it would be $20. You did not honor the price and the salesman had a bad attitude. read more

I took my car to Belle Tire for a brake line repair. 2 needed repaired front to back. The guy went on about it taking 6 hours and how it's a hard job. He quoted me $790. We thought that was a bit much and told the guy behind the counter. He tried talking us into a Belle Tire credit card. No thanks, definitely don't need another one of those. We decided to try another garage we heard about from a friend. Not only did they do the job in 2 hours, it only costs $250. The brakes work great! Shame on u Belle Tire for price guaging. I had 4 new tires put on my minivan and when I got home my passenger front tire was flat. I took my car back to belle tire and they told me that my valve was bad and had to be replaced. I have had the car for over 10 years and never had a problem with that valve until I took my car to get new tires. The guy at the store tried to explain that these valves can go at any time. I find it very coincidental that right after I get new tires i suddenly need a new valve on a wheel where I had zero problems for 10 years. I also find it very coincidental that a company that supposedly knows about tires did not check this when replacing the tires. So either they are incompetent or they "accidentally" damaged the valve so it had to be replaced because there was nothing wrong with it before I had to get new tires. So good luck if you decide to use this company and hopefully nothing suddenly needs to be replaced on your vehicle that was working just fine because either they are trying to cheat you or they are clueless. read more

I've taken all my cars here over the years for a wide assortment of repairs...from wheel bearings to oil changes. Always a good experience. Price is competitive, I always call around to compare their prices and they are either on par with competition or slightly cheaper. They always go above and beyond...I don't have one bad thing to say. This locations management team has been there forever...they're good at what they do. Keep in mind, this review is ONLY for this location, I have no idea how the other places are. The only 2 "bad" things I can say is #1 I'm very particular on the tires I buy...they don't seem to ever have the tires I want in stock. In all fairness, this isn't the locations fault, NONE of the stored carry them...they always have to order from distributer. #2 It would be cool if they redid their customer waiting area. Add a table or 2 with a/c outlets for laptops etc...kind of like the Taylor Michigan location. I was in that location once picking someone up, it looks pretty nice with that setup. The Warren location should do something similar! :) read more
