This restaurant changed its name to Belles from Wild Willy's. I figured I give it a shot and see how they compare. The menu is different by they have a a listing on the register cross referencing the burgers with the old names. The staff is the same. I sat at the counter where the waiter offered me ice water. I had the small onion rings which were big enough to split with another person. I had the westlander; green chilis, cheddar cheese, tomatoes and red onion. The interior was the same as before. I would like to see what it is like in a couple of months. Now they make a great burger and onion rings.

Haven't tried more from the menu yet but did get a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with truffle fries and it was great. Would gladly get again and try other items off the menu.

" Omg Good Burgers " The staff is friendly. The vibe is welcoming . They have a parking lot , that's free . The food is omg good . It's pricey but good. We had the " bandito burger " The onion Rings and fries of small . My husband had the " BBQ Burger " . We both conquer it was absolutely delicious, fresh , and good portion size . It cost us about $39 for two burgers , small fries and onion rings . Plus a Diet Coke in a single serving bottle .

Stopped by when I noticed that Willy was no longer there. That was a great place. Incredible menu, something for everyone, and good prices. The inside of the place looks just about the same, but it's very clean. The help was Good, the service was fast. Had an incredible veggie burger, my friend had what he said was a great cheeseburger, and the grilled cheese with bacon was unreal. Also, glad they had Fresca! Can't wait to go back for the fish sandwich and smoothies.

The food here so good, the burgers, they have the best chili from anywhere that I've ever eaten. They make it with steak instead of ground beef, it has this little kick of spice to it. I'm craving it just talking about it right now. It's a cool little spot but I have plenty of seating they serve beer and you pretty much really can get anything here oh my God they're fries. I'm so distracted just thinking about all the food I don't even know how I'm writing this. I definitely recommend 10 out of 10

Wild Willy's Burgers was such a fun place for dinner! They really live up to the western theme and have cut decorations all over the restaurant. You order at the front and they give you a number and bring your food to your table. The burgers were so yum!!!! I feel like it's a little expensive for the food, but it's really not a bad price to pay for a unique restaurant experience. Our waiter was so friendly and answered all our questions which I was very thankful for. So glad we visited Wild Willy's while in Watertown!! :)

Came to Belles for the burgers and was blown away with everything I got. The hand battered onion rings were some of the best onion rings ive ever had. Also got a raspberry lime rickey with fresh squeezed lime juice and it was unreal.

Best variety of meats. We prefer bison burgers. Amazing choice of toppings and beverages.

The miss for us was the roasted mushrooms which were overcooked and weirdly too sweet. Maybe better paired with a more neutral dish. Our server was attentive and the ambiance was lovely, as we were able to sit outside on a nice day - the patio is sort of tucked away so it's pretty quiet. Would return to try the other chicken dishes.

We got the peri peri half chicken but were intrigued by the dijon truffle so that girl was kind enough to give us a side of it to try out and it was delicious! The chicken was so moist with crispy skin and the shoestring fries were perfectly cooked. We also ordered the steak frites which was paired with perfectly pickled onions and a small side of arugula. While it was good, it was very heavy. We also got the chicken drippings which was so cozy and served with bread. We ordered the squid appetizer but it might have been forgotten so it didn't come out with our food and we had to remind our server who apologized multiple times throughout the rest of the meal. We sat outside since the weather was nice and it was well spaced and didn't feel crowded but the inside looked super cute too!

Let me preface by saying, the bar staff were great! Visited in the evening and we had excellent…read moreservice. Excellent! On to the food. We won't be back. Both of us got combo platters with, between us, had a variation of wings, ribs, pulled pork, cole slaw, mashed potatoes and fries. I am guessing this restaurant is trying to make things "their own" by going an non-traditional route with some things and I'm usually fine with that - if I know it in advance. Cole slaw, while it had good flavor, was very heavy on the mayo and contained very large pieces of onion which is not common. I know far too many that don't like onions and this would have been an unpleasant surprise. The mashed had a good flavor as well (but woah, a TINY side that was the same portion as the cole slaw) but it had a spice to it in there - no clue what it was but, again, would have been a huge no to folks like my mother, my kids, etc. Onto the meats. They were OK but so dry if you don't opt to add in some of the sauces. The sauce offerings seemed a little different to us so we went with the "Classic BBQ" and frankly, we both hated it. It seems to have a "Hunts tomato sauce" base. That's exactly what it tasted like. Hunts tomato sauce. I wish I knew it was a tomato sauce base (or tasted like it) because it's very thin and heavy on the tomato flavor. Since we didn't like the sauce, our meats were SO dry b/c they had no sauce on them. Anywho - someone next to us ordered a sirloin, I believe, it looked great. Maybe we just went for the wrong thing. But I could not get that BBQ taste out of my mouth all night. Two 2 meat combos (with $1 upcharge for ribs), one appetizer (queso), a diet soda and 2 Bud Lights ($10 ea!) came to just over $90 before gratuity. We came here while crushing some time while our older son was at an activity and we have to repeat this in a couple of weeks. We will not be back here... we'll have to find another place to spend some time and have dinner. Again, service was TOP NOTCH - no complaints about service. But the food left a lot to be desired. We had higher expectations for sure.
