Not sure about the food did t get that far. Arrived at 4:06 and left at 4:13. There was 1 other table occupied and after being seated by what appeared to be a 13 yr old boy, never was waited on. Saw 3-4 "servers" and they were all hovering at the bar chatting. No drink order within 3 min in an empty restaurant spells lousy service. This is a nice little place. They have a great food. Pasta is very good. Lasagna is fantastic. The salmon in also very good. Myself and spouse have been there several times. And tried various things including the fresh made pizza. All were very good. On Friday and Saturday they also have a musician playing music not to loud. Provides the perfect ambiance to accompany your dinner. Service is also very good. Give it a shot. Won't be disappointed. read more

Belucci Italian is a quaint little Italian place off of HWY 67. The food is very flavorful and has that wonderful Italian authenticity to it. The service is very friendly and outgoing, BUT The prices of this establishment is what kills this wonderful place! The oil that you wound usually get at an Italian restaurant alongside your bread is charged. They also charge to split a plate. And let's just say one meal with the oil that's usually complimentary was $30. One chicken Alfredo and oil was $30? Outrageous. Now is it worth the prices? I don't believe so. Is it still good to eat? Yeah. But not worth those insane charges. Will we be returning? Not a 100% sure. read more

The space at the door is really tight and I completely understand the wait being it was during a dinner rush! This is a true Lu classic little Italian restaurant. Warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food. Even with my picky family everyone loved their food. In my opinion this place needs a lots of HELP if they want to stay in Business here in Midlothian TX . The buffalo cheese sticks took for ever to hit our table , then the center was ice cold in them ,The couple next to us , just sat down and Bread was at there table , we waited 25 mins for the bread ,even the bread was Cold and 38 mins for the cheese sticks . This place is over priced for the food and the service is Bad . Now the service here , needs major improvements , I asked our server 4 Times for Ranch dressing , finally this Asian lady came to our table asking how is everything , I went on to say the problems we had , and I went on to say , this was a disappointment you should have been on your game when opening a new restaurant, her excuse was , ALL I CAN FIND IS HIGH SCHOOL KIDS IN THIS AREA , she went on to say , we have the same restaurant in Mansfield, but the workers does not want to drive to Midlothian to work , really I'm thinking this is not my problem .... she ended up comp the cheese sticks and that's it . Consistency is KEY! I've eaten here 3x in this month and I'm now 2/3 (meaning 2 horrible and 1 good). The fettuccin tonight had little to no sauce, dry chicken and dry noodles). I had to scrap some sauce from one dish to the other. I think I've learned my lesson and this will be the last $89 I spend here. This is a bit of a mixed review. There were things that we liked, including the service and then there was other things that did not match the level this restaurant wants to be at I believe. We got a shrimp appetizer and frankly it was so subpar and tasteless. Definitely not worth $9. The bread looks like they squish it while they cut it. That was odd. However, the actual meals were good. I can't say I would look forward to coming back or even willing to pay for the level of current quality. As soon as you enter Bellicci's, you can tell they're they're trying to punch above their weight. The meager "wine bar" in the back, bare walls, and basic decor are totally fine... until you see the prices on the menu. These are prices seen in high end places in Dallas. Hoping for the best, I pressed forward with my meal. The opening bread placed on the table is the most unappealing bread I've ever been served, that being said, pretty tasty. Moving along, I was served my meal. My guest had the chicken parmigiana and I had the house lasagna. The chicken was run of the mill and pasta cooked well. The marinara sauce on both of our dishes was sweet and tasted "Chef Boyardee" like. The lasagna was an absolute nightmare. The ground beef was perhaps the lowest quality I've ever had, and not a bit of ricotta was to be found. the saving grace of this place was the service. Our waitress was very attentive and my was never empty (even if it was tap water). I will not be visiting again, and would recommend Villa Italiana in town instead. read more

I love their food here. The first experience was not that great because of the young employees I had to deal with but have been back about 4 more times and service is much better. The food on the other hand was amazing every time! Everything is fresh and home made. Going to restaurants during this pandemic can be surreal; but I'm honestly glad my boyfriend & I decided to stop in randomly one day. The food was amazing and the service was quick, friendly and efficient. I had the lasagna while my partner created his own pasta- both came with salads and complimentary bread. We tried a bit of each other's dishes and every single bite was wonderful. All of the noodles, dough, sauces, and dressings are handmade so it was incredibly fresh. We went during lunch, so there were only two other tables in the restaurant but the entire experience felt clean, safe & tasted wholly authentic. Food is awesome, service is awesome. Beautiful ambience and live music. However they are not taking care of all COVID precautions- the place was too crowded and there was no space between tables. We chose to have drinks at the patio which is not lively at all so we took a takeout. Food was on point we ordered Rolatino and Cantadina however again the waiter forgot to put the main dish Rolatino. I called them after reaching home and they agreed to give to us the next day as their kitchen was close. It was pretty disappointing as it was my birthday dinner but Rolatino was so good, I can forgive the error! Haha. Do visit if you love Italian food, only fine dining place in the locality. read more

5 star service and 5 star food. What a find, right in our back yard. I had the Salscica Contadina (Sausage and Bell peppers), one of my favorite Italian dishes and it was the best I've ever had. It was so good that my wife is going to order it next time we go. My wife had the shrimp appetizers that she was extremely happy with. We were also impressed with the great service. Very nice Italian restaurant. Clean, very nice service and good location. They have authentic Italian food. I had the Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo. The shrimp made the meal. My wife had the shrimp scampi. It was not the normal scampi. It was more soupy. She said it was alright. I went during the day, but seems can be a romantic and intimate meal at night. It is a small pace, so maybe 35 at the most can fit. You will enjoy it. It will be come my normal Italian spot. read more

Bellucci's Italian is one of the finest examples of authentic Italian cuisine the Mansfield/Midlothian area has to offer. The price is astonishingly low for the supreme quality and sleek, beautiful interior of the restaurant. The staff was friendly and quick; it felt like each employee in the restaurant was there to cater to our individual table's every need. The atmosphere feels fancy, yet comfortable. The decorations are eye catching, the bar is very nice, and the candlelit tabletops are intimate. The Stromboli (16$) was simply spectacular. (For those unfamiliar, it is a calzone with Philly cheesesteak ingredients stuffed inside.) The soft, yet firm crust was perfectly proportional to the juicy tender meat inside. The stretchy cheese was flavorful and fresh. The peppers, mushrooms, and onions were sautéed and flavorful, but not greasy. The marinara sauce is the BEST marinara sauce there is, and was perfect for dipping. I also had the Margherita pizza (either 13 or 14$), and it was fabulous! The crust was perfectly thin, crisp, and soft! It felt light, non greasy, and just salty enough to not overpower the fresh, stretchy mozzarella, and the flavorful basil on top. Overall, Bellucci's Italian is a MUST try spot for anyone in the DFW area! It is the twin sister of La Gondola (Mansfield) without the high price tag and includes the Italian Villa's old pizza options!! read more

I called in an order to go this evening. I ordered 1 lasagna, 1 spaghetti with meat sauce, and 1 Stromboli. Here's how it went: The good: -The lasagna had great flavor, and lots of meat in the sauce. -The Stromboli's dough tasted fresh and homemade. The bad: -The staff forgot to put my order of bread in my bag. -The spaghetti noodles were over cooked, and so were the lasagna noodles. The lasagna noodles were on the verge of being mushy. -The spaghetti and "meat sauce" was definitely lacking on the meat sauce! It was mostly a pile of noodles with a dab of sauce. (The picture of spaghetti the restaurant uploaded to Yelp had 3 times the meat sauce than what I received) Price was $37, which would be okay if you received your bread, got the meat sauce you should have, and your noodles aren't mushy. Next time I'll dine in, so there are no surprises and I have the option to send the food back, if necessary. read more
