Worst experience ever when my partner recently ordered a custom ice cream cake for my birthday. I selected what I had wanted and we put the order in online 3 days (Weds) before the scheduled pickup day (Sat). We received an email saying that an employee would reach out to call us to confirm the details. We never received a call so we weren't sure if they were even going to be able to make the cake for whatever reason as we never got confirmation. We tried multiple attempts to call the store each day and no one ever picked up (we had other questions we wanted to ask in regards to the cake). I understand that they're located in Seaport area but I just can't imagine it to be thaat busy at the end of November. But who knows maybe it is. Either way no one would pick up and leaving a voicemail was impossible because the voice mailbox was full. Finally on the day of pickup, we took a gamble and went to the store and luckily the cake was made and ready for pickup. HOWEVER... they made the custom cake wrong. We left the highly traffic area and was well on our way home when we noticed on the invoice that one of the flavors was wrong. I had picked Half Baked and Milk&Cookies. On the invoice they had incorrectly put Mint instead of Milk&Cookies. We called the store and they finally picked up their call today for once and the worker confirmed it would most likely be the Mint flavor. The worker offered to give us another one of their cakes that they had in store but we did not want another cake as we had wanted the custom for a reason plus driving back into Seaport area on a Saturday is such a pain. She said that the manager would get in touch with us for a solution. The manager called and offered to have us come back to the store the next day for a free cake coupon for the next time we order a cake. With the experience that we've had with Ben&Jerry's we did not want this and just wanted a refund. When I had chosen the 2 flavored cake, I did not know I would receive a bonus "flavor" of frosting on top as thick as the bottom ice cream flavor Mint. Why was the frosting so thick, is that normal lol. I literally had to scrape all that frosting off. No hate to the mint lovers but mint on a cake combined with another flavor just aint it. I would like to believe if it was any of the other flavors that Ben&Jerrys has it might've been okay. But mint is just a god awful flavor to be put in for a cake and to be paired with the Half Baked. It's like I'm eating choco+vanilla icecream with some toothpaste mixed in. Horrendous. Very unfortunate that this was my experience with Ben&Jerry's cake as I had high expectations. The cake being half wrong and the difficulty in trying to get in contact with the store was beyond frustrating.

This ben and Jerry's has a great location in the center of the seaport. The store is pretty small so if you are with a big group maybe not the most practical. It also has no indoor seating. They pretty much have all the flavors of Ben and Jerry's imaginable and a fridge of pints to take home. You really can never go wrong with Ben and Jerry's.

This place is tiny inside BUT there's enough seating one block down by the cinema that taking it to go is ideal plus you can enjoy the Boston weather. I mean there's no really much to say about Ben & Jerry's if you've already been eating the ice cream at the store. It's freaking delicious. Honestly this was so good, affordable and beats an overpriced dessert you'd find at any restaurant in Seaport. If you've eaten in seaport, you get it. And they're open later than most!

A small B & J scoop shop but pleasantly open late, even on a Sunday night. This was awesome as I really wanted a little sweet something after dinner. Wide selection of ice creams here but it seemed like all of them had some sort of chocolate in them. I'm not a chocolate eater in the evenings as the caffeine keeps me awake. Just as I was able to give up, I spotted the Caramel Cookie Fix at the end of the display. Vanilla ice cream with salted caramel swirls and shortbread cookie. Perfect! A little pricey at $6 for a small, but it's quality. [Review 9886 overall, 1464 of 2018.]

Had ice cream here late at night after a dinner and it was the perfect end to the night. It was kind of busy at this location because it was close to the convention, but regardless really good. The only complaint I've got about this place is that they really need to clean the floors and tables a bit more often... Because it gets messy and kind of uncomfortable to be there...

The cake was amazing and so pretty. Its a simple process order online and pick up at the window. For 10 inches it was huge. I def gave all my party guest the advice. A 10in was 44$ 2 flavors of ice cream and they have set decorations you can choose from.

I was looking forward to this when I got to town because this would be my first time getting Ben and Jerry's from their actual ice cream shops. The experience was just okay, but the ice cream was 5/5! I wish there were some chairs or outdoor seating to sit and enjoy your ice cream. The cups are also very earth friendly, which I support! But eat quickly unless you want your cup to get soggy. Wish the cups were just a tad more durable.

Same ice cream you can buy anywhere, just more expensive. They were seemingly low on inventory, understaffed, and no working restrooms

I like it for sure! But it was really expensive for ice cream. We paid $11 for two single scoops.

I've also made a customized version of the demogorgon to add caramel core and fudge sauce. You mostly taste the toppings more than the actual ice cream. The demogorgon is great for the chocolate on chocolate craving. I didn't like the Vader as much because the frosting on top is too sweet. Cannolis and cream I subbed the Oreo frosting with their homemade whip. Their whip doesn't taste like anything sadly and their frosting is overpowering. I probably wouldn't get this again since all you taste is the chocolate chips and a hint of Oreo. The yogurt itself was bland. For the blueb sundae I love the fresh blueberries, pudding and crumb topping. It's very nice for a fruit ice cream just wish the ice cream was more flavorful. Order online for easier pickup as there is only 1 screen to take orders at and no seating inside. Quick service. Has picnic tables outside to sit and not too bad to find parking on the street. Has some little tables but limited and twinkly lights at night. Staff seemed very stressed when people crowd around and needs better organization of the pickup area vs ordering vs waiting to avoid this frustration/rudeness from the staff.

That's where I first discovered an Orange Freeze, a refreshing frappe like combination of orange sherbet and vanilla soft serve that quickly became one of my favorite summertime treats. So after celebrating our daughter's birthday in Quincy, we decided to walk down the street to Dairy Freeze on Adams Street for dessert. To my surprise and delight, they had orange sherbet and vanilla soft serve in the same machine and even offered it as a twist. There was no way I was passing that up. The first taste instantly brought me back to those childhood summers. It was absolutely delicious and filled with so many great memories. Sometimes a simple ice cream can do that. Dairy Freeze is one of those iconic neighborhood establishments that has been putting smiles on people's faces for decades. Great ice cream, friendly service, and a little dose of nostalgia made this an unexpected highlight of our evening. I'm so glad we stumbled across it, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Quincy looking for a sweet treat.

The ice cream itself was sooo good. I got my usual: soft serve twist with rainbow sprinkles in a waffle cone. The cone was so fresh and flavorful, the rainbow sprinkles also tested fresh (I love when the sprinkles have their own distinct taste. That's how you know they're fresh), and the soft serve was cold and creamy. The dream. My friend got the cookie dough hard ice cream in a waffle cone and she really liked it too. The ordering/waiting lines were wild. Idk if it was an off-night when we went, but there were at least 15 people standing around waiting for their ice cream while we were in line ordering. Then it came our time to wait and it took 12 minutes just to get these 2 cones out. The kitchen was closed by the time we were there too, so no one was waiting on food. We were all waiting on an ice cream cone. I feel for them - it was a hectic summer night and everyone wants good ice cream - but I honestly hadn't seen anything quite like this before!

We got pretty lucky while roaming around and stumbled across what looks to be a new food hall that features a cool looking little ice cream shop called Crescent Ridge. Was I hungry? not really. Did I need ice cream? not at all. Did I order some since I probably won't be back for years? You betcha! I ended up ordering a two scoop cone with some form of cookie monster style ice cream as well as a scoop of double chocolate (or something like that). I was expecting two regular size scoops, but no, this cone was massive and dripping all over my hand (luckily, they offered a little bowl in case it melted to much) and I went to work on this thing. Both of the ice cream flavours were super rich, tasty, and really hit the spot (not of hunger, but of being cold) on a hot and humid New England day. Overall, Crescent Ridge is in the perfect location for grabbing some desert after eating at the food hall. The prices were reasonable, the kids working were great, and the ice cream gets a big thumbs up.
