I have tried many locations for my brows....well today I hit the jackpot. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the Benefit BrowBar at Macy's and met Octavia. My brow hairs are sparse and needed to be shaped, badly. I told Octavia what I wished to accomplish and it was done..She explained everything step by step and when all was done I was very pleased. I had an AMAZING experience at the Benefit Brow Bar (Macys Downtown Brooklyn). I have not gotten my brows done professionally in over 6 years. Diana is the best for brow shaping! Followed her from herald square because I'm very particular about how I want my brows to look. And no one left in herald square is worth the trek I make all the way from the Bronx. Also being a nurse she is very understanding of my schedule and is very flexible when it comes to booking my appt.
