We went on a Fri night and the noise level was unbelievable. There were 2 tables that really should have had their alcohol service cut off bc they were so bad. They were harassing other tables, cursing, etc. They were so loud we couldn't even hear our chef talking. People complained to the staff and to the people that were constantly screaming and nothing was done. It really did ruin the dinner experience which should have been a decent one. I don't know if I should blame the restaurant for this, but it really did make the experience not good. Prices on upgrades for fried rice should be pointed out when offering. Several people at our table got offered fried rice and took it, thinking it was an option, not an upgrade. I was a little surprised when the bill came. Food was great. The chef/show was great. Restaurant was clean. They are open late and don't make you feel bad when you are there after closing time. Service is good. read more

I recently celebrated a friend's birthday at this location, and we had a great time! Our server was patient with our large party and was surprisingly attentive. I ordered the Chili Ponzu Yellowtail for my appetizer, and I tried my friends Chili Shrimp Roll. Both were delicious! Our chef Yanky was entertaining, and most importantly everyone enjoyed their entree. I have gone too this location several times, but last night was the worst experience. The waitress got our drinks but the alcohol drinks too forever to come out and had to remind them 3 times. Also during the meal our entire table didn't have drinks during the dinner itself. I had to engage to manager and it was right on top it. But you shouldn't over book tables and reservations. Came in to celebrate some birthdays last night and our server was Jake. He did an amazing job. He was refilling drinks before they were empty. He kept area clean and clear and was kind and attentive he definitely made the experience better.we also had an amazing chef and I sadly don't recall his name. Wish I could though because I would request him again. But one of my kids took a drink from another. Kid stuff lol. And I told him just to share it would be ok. But the chef must of overheard because he stopped and went and got him another drink! That was amazing and he truly entertained my little ones. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant as a 39 year old. I booked a reservation for 6:30 PM on a Saturday night. I arrived 15 minutes before my reservation, to a packed parking lot. There were no spots in the whole parking lot that people started parking in the hotel next to it. I dropped my wife off at the front to have her check in. They told her that they were behind on their reservations about 30 minutes. I finally was about to get a parking spot in the Benihana lot. We waited for 45 minutes and we still were not seated. My wife went to ask about the time and the lady told her it would be another 30 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes they finally called my name. I walked up to the front and told them I'm here. They said oh, and they already walked another "Eric" to the table. The hostess went and told Omar that he sat the wrong person. Omar said that they were already seated and he would talk to the manager "Jesus." We stood in the middle of the dining room for 10 minutes while nobody said anything to us. I saw a guy in a blue shirt "Jesus" and I asked him for help. He said that he was busy and he would be with me in a minute. We waited another 10 minutes and decided that this place just wasn't worth it. My wife talked to another manager and all they could do was make us wait longer to get seated. This has to be the worst ran restaurant that I have ever seen. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you have hours to wait past your reservation. I wonder if the food would even be that fresh or good at this location as well with such poor management and employment. read more

The hostess said open table doesn't check with them on their availability when other guest already make reservations or check in so they can't really honor the exact time we book the reservation for. I did not know that Benihana has a happy hour but they do. The happy hour is legit. Happy Hour is Monday-Friday 4PM to 7PM and only at the bar and in the lounge. There are an assortment of appetizers, sushi rolls, and wings that are heavily discounted during happy hour. There are plenty of alcoholic drinks that are heavily discounted for happy hour. The service here is amazing. We had a wonderful waitress named Tamara. She knew the menu back and forth and kept us laughing the entire time. Her energy was contagious and made the dining experience memorable. The alcoholic punch bowls are meant for two people and they are large. The punch bowls taste amazing but they are sweeter than I expected and did not have much alcohol in them. The poke bowls are bigger than expected and quite tasty. Salads are decent. Soups are decent. The wings remind me of wings from Hooters. They are breaded wings dipped in sauce. The diablo wings have a good kick to them. The teriyaki wings are nice. read more
