We first contacted him at the last minute on July 4 because we were concerned about a possible leak. Mario arrived promptly and performed a very thorough and patient inspection. After carefully examining the area, he determined that there was no active leak and that what we were seeing was simply a stain on the wood. Even though he had come out on a holiday and spent time investigating the issue, he did not charge us for the inspection. We really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help. We then asked him to clear a clogged bathtub drain. He removed hair after each attempt and could easily have stopped after the first or second try, since the drain was already beginning to improve. However, he felt there was still a larger blockage deeper in the drain, so he kept working until he finally removed the biggest hairball I have ever seen.
