The day before, I received a confirmation of the time frame the movers would arrive and sure enough, another heads up the next morning as they were about to arrive, as well (on time). They loaded up my items quickly from my single-story home and we were off to my third-floor condo. I was impressed with how quickly and professionally they moved all my belongings up three flights of winding stairs and then proceeded to arrange my items exactly where I wanted them. Not only that, they also helped me reassemble some of my furniture I would have struggled with on my own. I used two other moving companies in the span of 3 months and Ben's moving was by far the easiest and most professional and as an added bonus the most affordable. The crew was very amiable, organized, efficient and planned out loading and unloading very well. They were very careful with all items big or small. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing movers that communicate well, are on time, are careful and offer affordable pricing. Watch out for other moving companies that out-source jobs to third parties where there is no responsible party and no accountability. Phillip gave me a great price on taking my massage chair back to Costco and he even let me add a heavy grill that I wanted to take back. His guys were super careful not to ruin anything. They were experienced in how to remove the feet portion of of the massage chair. I was extremely impressed. They were super nice. They drove slowly so as not to ruin anything in the truck and they put the items on a Costco cart and rolled it into the store for me. These guys were awesome and I highly recommend using them!! Ben's moving moved us twice now. First time was from a second story apartment, into a one story. The second time was to a 3-story townhouse. I hired Ben's Moving after reading countless Yelp reviews. I settled in them due to the sparkling reviews and no negative reviews. How did it go? Ben's Moving showed up in time and had the 26 foot truck loaded to the max in 2.5 hours. They handled everything safely and professionally. I felt like my items were in the right hands the whole time. They unloaded everything at the new place, put the bed together and the whole move was 4.5 hours. Incredible!! My ex wife who was watching then hired them on the spot to move her things the same day and the completely loaded and unloaded all of her items in 2.5 hours.
