He booked me for the next morning and by the end of the day I was able to pick up my ride. He runs a clean cool looking shop. The prices were very reasonable and they did great work! I chose black because it matches the car better and looks more sleek I'd definitely recommend these guys - they do a lot more stuff so check them out.

Yesterday, while driving on the freeway, a vehicle in front of me ran over a piece of tire debris that flew back and hit my bumper. Thank God I had the additional PPF protection--it helped protect my bumper from what could have been serious damage. I dropped off my vehicle promptly at opening (9 AM) and returned at noon to check progress--only to learn that no work had even started on my van. With less than an hour left until the promised completion time, it was obvious the job couldn't possibly be finished as agreed. I politely explained that I needed to cancel and requested a full refund of my deposit, as they had not honored their end of the commitment. Instead, I was offered only $40 back, with the explanation that they had already ordered parts and that delays were due to other jobs running long--not their fault, according to them. I took the partial refund and left, but this left a very bad taste. If I had simply changed my mind without any issues on their side, I would understand them retaining some or all of the deposit to cover ordered parts or opportunity cost. However, they failed to deliver on the clear timeline they provided and never communicated any potential delay ahead of time, despite me checking in. Holding $60 of my money after breaking their own promised completion time feels unfair and unprofessional. Customer service should include basic communication about realistic timelines--especially when a deposit is taken and an appointment is scheduled. I expected better accountability from a business that advertises customer satisfaction as a priority. Unfortunately, this experience has made me unwilling to recommend HB Auto Sound. If you're considering them for audio or camera installs, be prepared for possible delays and inflexible policies on deposits/refunds. There are other shops in the area that may value clear communication and customer time more highly. 1 star - would not return.

Prestige companies is so incredibly professional, the employees are nice and they do such extremely high-quality work, I am so fortunate and grateful that I found them. The original seat was manufactured very oddly with curves of the seat that was digging into my tailbone and causing severe pain in my back all the way down my leg. This company modified my seat to perfection and it is now completely evened and comfortable. They didn't rush the job and made sure I was happy. My seat was a pain in the ass (literally) to work with and they worked hard on my seat and went above and beyond for me. I will definitely will be returning to them in the future for any automobile interior repairs or upgrades. I highly recommend them!

Insurance was covering, so price really wasn't an issue dor me. They aren't cheap, but they do amazing work. Turn around time was laid out in front of me, and they met the goal. It was a LONG process (read 1.5 months); if I didn't have a provided rental it may have affected my rating, but I did have one. Everything with the insurance process, getting me to/from the rental location, communication with me and the adjustor, and workmanship were all top notch. Ran into some issues on first attempt at a pick up, but they rectified it with fixing the issue, as well as transportation and delivery to the Irvine location. I then had wheels installed at the performance shop in Irvine. Again, it wasn't cheap, but they met all expectations. Shout out to Issa, Luis, Josh and all the of the SSR team that worked on my vehicle. If owners of high end luxury cars and supercars trust SSR, you should to. (If you have a luxury of super car that is.)

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.

They quoted me way under anyone else that I had called prior to going with them. I will recommend A-1 Muffler Express to all of my friends and family. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done. One thing to remember, they are experts in mufflers, exhaust systems, and not any other type of work. But it never hurts to ask if they can do it for you!

I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the chrome trim done and will be using them for detailing as well. Hey everyone! Benz Works in Huntington Beach treated me and my car like no other.. The knowledge and expertise these guys have is outstanding!.. Do not take your Benz or BMW to the Dealership No More.. A reputable dealership, I wont mention the name (Rusnak, Arcadia), said I had a "faulty temperture sensor and there is probably something major that needs immediate attention that can be quite costly" .. Nick at Benz Works saw that the sensor was misplaced, within less then 5 min it was back to normal..Besides the sensor issue they custom tuned the my car, and it runs incredible .. Hats off to Serg and his crew!.. Professionals at what they do best! read more

Took in my w211 E500 for a maf sensor and other maintenance all of the guys were great and Paris especially helped out and made everything very clear and understandable. Real nice and honest work is done here, my car was also leaking fuel and it was all under a recall for this generation e class that the fuel tanks develop and Paris let me know that i could just go to the dealer and it would be all covered for free. The prices are very fair and you're getting honest and quality work, so please do yourself a favor and go to Benz Works and never again spend thousands of dollars at the dealer. read more

I'm very impressed with Metric and would highly recommend them…read more I brought in my 2015 Audi S3 for an AMS intercooler, CSF radiator, and replacement grille before the summer heat. I chose these parts because they were advertised to all drop in to place with no fit issues. Thought about doing it myself, but it's my daily so I couldn't afford to have the car apart if I got stuck I shopped it all over LA/OC to make sure it was done right. Metric had very good reviews, the best price, and said they could turn it around same day. It's far away from home, but work takes me to the area often, so I picked a good day and went with them for it. At drop-off, they were already skeptical it would be as simple as advertised, and they were right. Neither the intercooler nor radiator fit cleanly, and they shared photos of just how off it really was. They weren't surprised they didn't fit as advertised and they recommended Unitronic instead for these parts (if you're considering it). They had to do a lot of trimming and shaving but still had it ready by the end of the day. The price increase was very reasonable given the extra labor. Despite all the pain the results have been great. All heat soak is effectively gone, and I can especially tell on longer drives where I could feel the car pulling timing. Highly recommend the upgrade and going to Metric. Just make sure you consult them on parts first so there's a smooth install. Despite the distance I'd definitely look to bring the car back for another install.

After diagnostics, I was told the radiator expansion tank hose needed to be replaced and that the cabin air filter should be changed. The quote immediately raised concerns because it listed two cabin air filters, even though my car only takes one. That is not a minor detail. It is a basic error that should have been caught before handing a customer an estimate. Then came the pricing: $749.81 for parts and $554.40 for labor. I called Audi Norwalk and confirmed I could buy the same parts that same day for $403.09. That is an 86% markup. I also got another quote from Doctor J Automotive across the street for $450 in parts and $600 in labor. At that point, it was obvious the pricing was inflated. What really sealed it was the attitude. When I called Marc to ask about the quote and try to get to a more reasonable number, he rudely asked, "What do you want me to charge then?" After I told him the quote I had received from the competitor across the street, he said he would take my car off the lift and that I could come pick it up. Between the inaccurate quote, the 86% parts markup, and the dismissive response the moment I questioned the price, this felt less like honest business and more like an attempt to see how much they could get away with charging. I took my car across the street and would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing any work here.

AVOID THIS SHOP -- Dishonest and Predatory I brought my 1976…read morePontiac Firebird in knowing exactly what was wrong -- a transmission accumulator O-ring leak. I told Adrian Ciejka specifically what I needed done and informed him I had already replaced the filler tube O-ring, installed a Moroso transmission pan gasket, and replaced the speedometer gear and O-ring myself. The fluid visible on the inspection cover was clearly seepage from the accumulator O-ring -- exactly what I told him before he even looked at it. Instead of listening, he claimed the filler tube was also leaking and then told me the transmission would need to be dropped and the crossmember removed just to replace the accumulator O-ring. This is factually incorrect -- the accumulator on a TH350 transmission is accessible from the outside without dropping the transmission or removing the crossmember. Either he doesn't know basic transmission repair on a common GM unit, or he was deliberately misleading me to justify a full reseal at $400+. When I declined and asked to pick up my car, he charged me $180 just to remove an inspection cover -- a 10 minute job with no upfront disclosure of the diagnostic fee and no discussion of cost before proceeding. To make it worse, I dropped the car off with the transmission fluid low and picked it up overfilled by half a quart. An overfilled transmission leaks more visibly -- a well known trick used by dishonest shops to justify expensive repairs the customer doesn't need. I paid $60 in Lyft fees to get there and back, $180 for nothing, and left with my car unrepaired and the fluid level tampered with. Classic car owners beware. This shop does not listen to the customer, fabricates unnecessary repairs, and will upsell you on work you don't need. Find someone honest who will do the job you ask for. This is not that shop.

His first job was a cat-back exhaust installation on my McLaren which he did an absolute great job and had some i Of the best pricing. He also worked on my AMG wagon with an exhaust upgrade which he sourced the part at a very competitive price. Although his pricing is exceptional and competitive, I ultimately chose this shop because Ben is super passionate about his work and he actually works on the car with his staff, which is a testament to his passion and abilities.
