After taking my car to their shop twice, the mechanic downplayed the noise and starting saying things like "it's a lot of work", "it'll be very expensive", and "you could spend all that money opening up and there's no guarantee we can fix the issue". I have sent numerous emails and text to the gentleman i dealt with and I got no response, so my fiance went into them and was explaining the situation to the manager for the manager to then say that the vehicle have to adjust to a new driver and that highway miles and city miles is different and that I'm getting more mileage... what sense does that make???
