Completely unprofessional and unreliable!!! I went to them to have my client's brochure printed for a trade show out of town, which is time sensitive. I sent them an old design to get a quote. A few days later, after my client agreed on the price, I sent them the new design labeled FINAL. They never quoted me the shipping fees, although I asked repeatedly how it would be delivered. Couple days later, only after I inquired when it will be done, I was told there would be a $75 shipping fee! Then I was given 2 hours to pay the balance before UPS pick up in a text. I was in meetings all afternoon and missed that deadline. And thank God I missed that deadline and it wasn't shipped. When I showed up the next day to pick up, I almost had a heart attack! They printed the old design! Can you imagine the look on my client's face if they were to receive the wrong brochure the day before they leave town for the trade show? When I questioned them about it, they completely refused to admit it was their mistake and called me names! If that's the kind of print shop you want to work with, go ahead!

I spent hours going through our albums at home and figuring out which pictures would be best and I dropped them off. I picked up the poster. Noticed one photo didn't look right so they fixed that one, but I really didn't go into detail on all of them because they were like 170 pictures and when the party planner put it up at the party, I walked in because it was surprise and everybody said oh my God, who are these people . The pictures had been AI altered I think and didn't look like the people that they were supposed to be. I was so embarrassed. I spent so much time and energy to get it right. To have a camera store take my photos and give them back to me altered was such a disappointment. The owner of the store didn't even apologize and said I should've looked at all the pictures more carefully when I picked it up. Who would think the photos would be altered ?
