    Ordered two Amiibo's thank God. One was completely beat up, like it had been stepped on or thrown. I asked the guy at pick up counter if they had anymore, he wouldn't make eye contact and said that was all they had. Didn't want to talk about it whatsoever lol. The other amiibo was in good shape but still. I don't think it should matter. If you purchased online and reserved for pick up , the product shouldn't look like garbage. It's hard enough to order anything online today with scalpers and everyone else buying everything up and then selling it for quadruple the price. He would think Best Buy would do a little better for the business.

    Update after I posted the review I received a call and a check was placed on my doorstep due to me…read morenot removing my review this asshole put stop to the check and the money was sent back to him. I will be filing a lawsuit as of today. If I could give a lesser rating I would. I called this company out to look at my washer it was having a small issue they came charged me coming out fee on top of the repair fee which was over $300. Never fixed the issue after the 1st visit they completely broke my washer giving it issues it never had. They kept sending the same repair guy out and it still was not fixed, by the 4th visit I demanded a refund the supervisor then said he'll come out which he did said he found the issue he would go get the part the next day comes he calls and gives me the most bogus story about having to order the part so instead he will just go head and issue the refund but guess what it's a over month later no refund I have a busted washer I only had for 2yrs by the way. The supervisor isn't returning my calls. And I have to go out a buy a washer because this company completely destroyed my washer. I would never recommend this company!! By the way this has been going on since January/march it's now may smdh!!!     Buyer Beware…read more Built-in Appliance Owner Rob Johnson Just the Facts: Bought a Kitchen Aid Dishwasher and a Speed Queen Front Loader Washing Machine approx. $3,600. Had a friend pick up the Dishwasher that day and was told delivery of the SQ would happen in a few days. Got a message saying delivery would take place the following Monday, one week later. Delivery day: old machine was taken out, SQ put in and installer told me all was ok but, a little issue. No hot water. Maybe a solinode issue but, owner would send someone to fix. I told installer that I wanted a switch out for new working machine that I had paid for. I could wait until new one came. He said probably not an issue and to just call the owner. He then left with my machine. Here are the quotes to both my husband and I during conversations with Mr. Johnson to resolve the delivery of a broken machine by redelivering a functioning new machine. "it's not broken, it just doesn't get hot water." "90% of the people don't use hot water." "These machines come from a factory in Wisconsin. They don't test them before they ship them. They don't have time for that." "This is like a 1 in a thousand problem. It just happened to you." "Me: if you put that machine on your showroom floor with a sign on it that said "this machine doesn't get hot water" would anyone buy it? Him: IDK "I don't have any in stock" "This is a warranty issue, that's what warranties are for" "To get a new one in stock, I'd have to call the rep and buy one" It is getting increasingly difficult to support small business, this one in particular, American Veteran advertised, with this level of customer service. End result, though the owner set up service for the machine.I found out from the repair company that diagnostics were set up to happen a day after I was told to wait for service. Mid day, I called Mr. Johnson to determine when in 24 hrs service was to happen. He said, "IDK when they are coming customer service is poor these days." (You can't make this stuff up) I asked for the repair company's name and their phone number, it took some work but, I was then given the information. This is when I found out that the original appointment was made for the following day even though I was told to wait for service a day before the appointment was made for. Though the machine is now fixed and the other is functioning, We will never support Built-In Appliance in Kingwood again and would encourage all to do own due diligence regarding this business.
