I am very pleasantly surprised with their quartz, and stone selections for countertop that they have in their warehouse. Not only that they have good selections, their lot is huge!! Not going to lie, their customer service like everyone has mentioned in their reviews, is really questionable. But with their price and selections, it is a very good easy stop if you are looking for a good stone for your countertops. Rather then dealing with minimal customer service than stopping by 4, 5 stops and still trying to find "The ONE" slap. TIPS: 1.make sure to check in with the front and get in line for a salesperson to come help you and take you to the back of the warehouse. On weekend, the wait is about 40 minutes. 2. Go with your contractor if you can. The customer service is better with a contractor because they expect them to bring back more clients, not a one-time business from home owner. ( and be good friends with your contractor, they get good discount from this place) Back to my visit, I did make my purchase from here , given the fact that this is probably the second countertop place that I shopped for. And it helps if you have a general ideas of what color or stone you are looking for. And make sure you get pictures or names of what look you like, the salesperson would guide you better this way because the warehouse is just so huge. When it come to selection, they will bring a guy with the cranes to lift up the slabs for you to see, thought that was pretty cool. And tey do have good selection of pre-fabs to save money ( quite a lot in difference) . In their showrooms, they also sell some vanities unit using their stones. They are quite pretty as well. So make sure you check their showrooms to see the layout of the stone patterns and bathroom selections. So overall, it was a productive visit, although there were a lot of waiting for the crane to show up and the salesperson to finalized the order. But because I came with a contractor, the customer service was okay, at least acceptable. But most importantly, I got my slabs of stone, called white macaubas , for my kitchen in one visit. And I am very happy with my choices made. Hopefully everything goes smoothly upon delivery. read more

Horrible waste of my time, the process to purchase anything here is absolutely chaos, when you walk in the door you have to sign in to wait for a sales rep and that can take up to 20 minutes and when they meet you in the lobby it's a brutal process in finding what you want and when you do find what your looking for you have to walk back to the write up desk and wait for them to give you forms needed, and the next process is to pay for it at will call, which are not very friendly people back there BTW, and then go to the back and give the security guard a paper and walk to another counter and then go back to your vehicle and wait again, like we have all this time on our hands for this kind of purchase, I honestly would rather pay a little extra at a smaller mom and pops store, at least they will attend to me properly and with a smile. This company definitely lost my business on my first purchase, and the sad part was I had to ask for a refund because they sold me 2 prefab slabs and did not come with a back splash and I was told it did at the time of purchase, no bueno, horrible experience and glad I did not spend my hardworking money in this store. 1 star was giving, but not by choice. read more

BCS was an excellent referral for us when remodeling our home. Our contractor has a great working relationship with the folks here, so it was a plus. We actually came by 4-5 times trying to pick out the best possible granite for our new kitchen. Zack was the gentleman that helped us, and I can't tell you how pleased we are with his service. He's not only extremely helpful and polite, he has an incredible eye for style and what works and doesn't work when it comes to matching up your floors, to your cabinets to your backsplash to your countertops. He walked us around the warehouse a few times, and asked lots of questions to get a better feel about what we were looking for, and the more we walked and talked, the more he pinned down exactly what he thought we'd love, and sure enough he was right on the money. He was very patient with us when we were picking out our 4 slabs of granite (we wanted them all to match up as close as possible) he did not ever make us feel rushed or that he had other things going on, when we were with him, he gave us his undivided attention. Their selection of granite, marble, quartz and Quartzite was insane, if you want it, no matter what color or style, I'm sure they will have it. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets we got from them were great quality, and great prices. The granite was incredible and looks absolutely fantastic in our kitchen and bathrooms. Extremely poor customer service unless you are a contractor. Elizabeth Chavez, front desk reception stated they 'cater to the contractor' but yet we are the customer choosing our counter & island tops for our contractor to pick up for us. We were not allowed to go in the back warehouse unless we had all the info to purchase, Elizabeth said according to the store policy. Horrible experience. read more

Should be called Best "Grumpy" Stone The receptionist is the most inhospitable person I've met. It's like they don't want your business. I came in referred by my contractor. This place is wholesale/contractor sales only so they won't give customers pricing. I needed specs and sizing on quartz slabs. I found a few quartz slabs I might be interested in. They weren't my 1st color choice, but I would keep them in mind in case I decided to go with them. When I asked the receptionist about information about the slabs. (She's the 1st point of contact, every other employee there was busy). The receptionist said in a uptight tone, "I'm calling a sales representative to come talk to you. When she helps you, we're gonna put a hold ticket on the slabs and you're obligated to buy it". I was thinking, "You're gonna force me to buy it just because I talk to a sales representative?" even though they won't tell me the price and these aren't even my top color choices. I just walked out. Maybe I'm a small fry customer needing only 7 slabs of quartz, but I won't be buying them here. read more

This review is solely for our experience and excellent customer service provided by Kika on two separate occasions. On our first visit to BCS, Kika patiently turned many slabs of granite as we perused the voluminous warehouse. We chose our slab & it was tagged for our contractor. After several weeks of deliberation, we decided to go with a different cabinet color & needed to make sure our slab choice would work. We returned to BCS once again and asked for Kika's assistance. She recognized us & remembered the name of the granite we had chose & where it was located. Kika is well educated about the different types of slabs. She is extremely patient and very generous with her time spent helping you with your choice. She is an example of the customer service that we all miss and that is sadly going by the way side. My contractor bought a faucet here and after three months it's not working as it should. He was told they couldn't do anything about it without the original packaging and receipt. Why my contractor didn't keep those things is another story. Also, the quartz countertop they used from here has already chipped. Perhaps the products they sell are very cheap. I'd be very wary of this place. If it means paying a little more to avoid stuff from Best Cheer Stone, I'd probably just pay up. You don't want the issues and subsequent headaches later on. read more

Poor customer service. Make it extremely difficult to spend thousands of dollars with them. Also did not communicate that one of the cabinets needed to be modified to install a microwave in it. When I called to ask questions about this cabinet the attitude given was very bad. Then I asked if they would provide a touch up kit since we had to modify the cabinet. They told me that it was my responsibility to have them include a touch up kit at order time. I asked if I could buy one and have them ship it to me since I'm not local. They do not provide any shipping whatsoever. Really bummed out cause the cabinets i got are great and I would like to do more projects with them, but unfortunately the poor customer service and lack of care will make me never give them another order again. read more

Initially visited Cheer Stone last weekend on a Saturday and picked out some Quartz countertop, it was very busy and thought we should go back to make sure our choice was the right one. By far the worst experience from Karla up to leadership. I am still awaiting a call back a month later. We have picked our stone and Karla promised to call us back within days. Two weeks later and multiple outreach to her and her management team--- finally we hear back from Karla via text. She refused to have her manager call me- despite multiple outreach to her manager and leadership. I received the worst customer experience ever in this place. I came here recommended by my contractor. I came in and started browsing, never got approached to check if we needed help. I went to talk to the lady in the front desk by the entrance. I asked if I could see the actual slabs, she said I couldn't go back there by myself and only with an associate, i told her that's exactly what I wanted. She then asked if I knew what color I wanted, I told her I didn't know yet and that was the reason I wanted to see the slabs. She kept asking questions as if we either were not potential customer or we couldn't afford to be there, I told her I was just sure I wanted quartzite, 4 slabs, her answer "4 slabs!? Do you know the size of the slabs, they are huge and each slab is very expensive" yes! I know they are expensive and I know they are huge, I had the measurements and indications from my contractor. My visit here was alongside the contractor who was doing out kitchen so we did have a bit of a guided tour. However, everything aside from that did go great. The selection is amazing. Every imaginable color and pattern that you could possible want is here. The quality also seemed to be up to snuff, there were of course higher end piece as well as lower end. Most all the colors are grouped and easy to find...so as soon as you narrow it down a bit you do not have to keep walking around. We had a difficult experience with almost every person at BC stone, but we feel it was mostly due to the lack of communication from our contractor who had to serve as the middle man. It was a bit frustrating that they will not discuss pricing with the customer since we are the ones paying the bill and choosing the materials. When we started working with Carla, the entire experience changed and we felt completely informed, educated and actually cared about. Carla took us into the warehouse and showed us our options which made our jobs 100 times easier. I'm a contractor and have been going to BC for all my cabinet and countertop needs for years. Victor Martinez is my cabinet rep and should be yours too. He always answers the phone (pretty difficult to say in this industry) and is very knowledgeable about kitchen design. Thanks Victor, you're the Man!! If you're going into the granite yard and need someone with a great eye, ask for Carla. If you haven't been here in a while, heads up: The procedure has changed. You can't simply go back and leisurely look at slabs any longer. You must now be escorted by a Best Cheer sales rep. And trust me, that's no easy task. I'm 4th on the sales rep wait least, on a weekday. That's right; I'm here to drop a few thousand dollars and Best Cheer has made it incredibly inconvenient and time consuming to do so. All I can guess is that there was a lawsuit or that CA has introduced more regulation to protect me from myself. read more

This place has the worst customer service. I looked around and found something I wanted the price on so I went to the front of the store where there was 2 employees sitting down. I stood there for a few minutes listening to them talk about who knows what, and then they finally asked me if I needed something. I asked if I could get a price on something and they said they can't give me a price. They informed me that I have to come with my contractor and that my contractor would know the price. Buyers beware!! Make sure you receive the stone you purchase! We went with our contractor, picked out some beautiful quartzite. Payed for it and it was tagged with our name. Installers picked up the stone, installed my counters, only to see it wasn't the pieces we picked. We went back into the warehouse only to see our tagged items. We were told they couldn't find them when the installers picked them up, we walked right up to them. The counters that I got installed have a huge stain, and chipped pieces. I wish I could give them zero stars! Customer service is also horrible! Advice pick up your stone and inspect before taking it from their warehouse. read more
