I purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid on Saturday, 10/28 after having a FANTASTIC sales experience. I first looked at the car on Tuesday 10/24 with my Dad and had to work back and forth with Dylan regarding financing over the course of the week due to some credit issues I ran into. He was very patient and helped me through the whole process and eventually got me approved with a co-signer. We finalized the paperwork on Saturday and I drove off. On Sunday, 10/29 my check engine light came on. I had the code read by AutoZone indicating the EVAP valve/canister was bad. I was obviously not thrilled as I had had the car in my possession for 24 hours at that point. I did purchase the vehicle used, as-is and with no warranty, however I felt that given the terrible timing of the situation and the (likely) minor cost to repair it, that Best Deal would take care of me. I called on Monday, 10/30 to discuss with Dylan. I was told at first that situations like these were why they push the warrantee so hard. I agreed with him and confirmed that I understood but having a problem within 1 day of owning the car was ridiculous. They agreed to perform the diagnosis for free, but that I would need to pay for the repair. Very fair, however I got a new car to try and not have issues with it for a while, considering my previous vehicle was quite literally falling apart and in need of multiple repairs. After scheduling the appointment with the service center, I called back and spoke with another gentleman as I found out that the warrantee could be cancelled after 3 months if desired, which I was not informed of at the time of purchase. Had I known that, I would have purchased it with the warrantee to protect myself for at least the first 90 days. They have very kindly agreed to allow me to re-sign the paperwork with the warrantee included and take care of this repair for me. THIS is how to do business. I could not be more appreciative and to me, this demonstrates their integrity and willingness to make a customer happy. I am due to take the car in tomorrow and get the paperwork re-signed, at this time I have the utmost confidence that they will honor their agreement with me. Please give Best Deal a look if you are looking for a used car - but word to the wise - go ahead and get the warrantee! read more

The worst and I mean the worst vehicle purchase and experience with a used car salesman i have ever had!!!!!!Keith and Worst Deal Auto is a scam and they have screwed me over $28k for a 2018 Dodge Durango and now its sitting on their scam service repair floor with them telling me I need another $4k for a used transmission!I purchased the Durango on November 26th 2025 and have only put a lil over 8k miles on the junk Durango that they sold me and get this we just carfaxed the vehicle and its a flood vehicle!!!Whatever you do do not even step foot on their property cause you will get scammed and be out of a lot of $$$$$!!And Keith needs to be investigated for negligence and theft and I'm doing everything in my power to get him fired and have their scam of a car lot shut down!! read more

Bought an Audi from the Warsaw location. Vehicle appeared fine. I was told they replaced some equipment related to the turbo. I drove it before buying it. I checked underneath for leaks and no leaks. Well, a few days after I bought the vehicle, I noticed oil on the ground. I took it to my mechanic, and he said there are 3 leaks and the cost would be over $1600. He said that someone knew about the leaks because there was a dye on the engine that is used to find leaks. He said they probably could not or did not want to find the leak and let it go. I am not saying it was the dealer, all I am saying is to be aware. My mechanic said that it is possible that whoever knew about this, "rigged" it so it would be okay for a short time and then the problem would show. List of what I had to replace on a car 3 months after buying from them in order of failure. Cam position sensor, spark plugs, fuel pump, fuel filter, valves (luckily not the entire engine yet) this dealership can blow it out their ass tbh if it was anyone else who bought the car it would of ended up in a scrap yard by now. Worst car purchase I've made to date. May want to change the dealership name because this is ridiculous lol would adamantly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to take their money elsewhere. read more

Smooth sale, terrible follow through, poor communication, frustrating. The sale was easy and smooth. I asked the salesmen if they go through the cars, change oil, check brakes, etc. when cars are put up for sale. He assured me that yes they do. The dealer also agreed to replace the broken taillight, polish/buff out scratches on the rear bumper resulting from an employee backing into something on the their lot and touching up a few stone chips on the front. I checked the oil and it was black, dirty and obviously hadn't been changed in some time. After numerous attempts calling and leaving messages I went to their website and sent an email. They finally called back and agreed to change the oil and replace the taillight, address the scratches and touch-up. Left the car the entire day, they performed the oil service and replaced the taillight, did not address the scratches or touch-up. Again, attempted to call them and leave messages for days without any response. Finally got lucky and someone answered the phone, took the car back again. The stone chips had been touched-up but the scratches/scrapes on the rear bumper hadn't been addressed, again. Very frustrating and poor communication. Update: Picked the car from touching up the stone chips and now there is red and green touch up paint on the leather seats. Wow, terrible. read more

Terrible!! Extremely rude. The truck I liked was priced too high. They obviously thought not. I took it to an outside mechanic and they found multiple problems. My recommendation for Best Deal Auto Sales would be to stay away from their service department. I'd previously bought two Audi's from them and decided to try their service department for a couple repairs. I needed new front rotors/pads, coolant flush and oil change. After I had picked up the car from them, the ABS/Brake light came on. The service manager told me the ABS Module was bad in which I told him it was replaced 10K miles ago and also pointed out the fact that consequently the lights came on right after you worked on the brakes? After multiply minutes of arguing with the moron, I finally told him I wouldn't be buying anymore cars from them and he said fine. I called an Audi Authorized dealer and they told me that Worst Deal Autos probably hit the sensor for the ABS that's in that area. I called the VP of Best Deal Autos and they finally took responsibility for them screwing the ABS sensors up. The worst part about all of this is they have an hourly rate of $45/hour. I called Vorderman VW, which runs $90/hour roughly and they quoted me a price which was right in the ball park of BDA. And that quote was with synthetic oil. Best Deal Autos apparently likes to screw their existing customers. They lost me as a potential car buyer and will be sure to pass my story around. read more

They even tolerated our 2 and 8 year old boys running around the sales office playing with a ping pong gun and eating the provided snacks while we closed the deal.
