I could taste the wok hay. I wish the salt and pepper chicken had more salt and pepper flavor. We weren't a fan of the pork chops though. You Americans never tip. You motherf***er. F*** you," even though he literally has the tip in his hand. This has happened multiple times and the language and disrespect are completely uncalled for. I spoke to the owner, who apologized, but the problem continued. Because of this and the decline in food quality, I switched to Panda Garden just 1 to 2 blocks away. I had never tried them before, but they are a hidden gem. The food is fresh, high quality, and not greasy at all. I will not be ordering from Bell Garden anymore, which is disappointing given how close it is, but Panda Garden has won me over.
