Good, affordable food on Bell Boulevard. We had a lunch combo which included a meat, rice and soda at about $11 after taxes. Employees are welcoming. There are 3 tables to dine inside. This is my second time. We've dined in both times after walking the area then grab a quick dessert nearby. There is only street parking here.

I usually love their pork fried rice- it's full of flavor but when I got them this time around, it was lacking in all flavor profiles. The rice was not tangy but more on the soggy side. Pork fried rice was more on the bland side. The sesame chicken flavor was great and so were the ribs and beef! Service is what you would expect at a Chinese take out store. Not bad not amazing. Ambiance is a small store where you can dine in but usually more take outs from here. Usually hits the spot so I'll rate 3.5/5

Happy New Year Everyone! 祝大家新年快乐! I was actually a little hesitant ordering food from Bell Garden because their rating on Yelp was only 3 stars. We had some company over the house so my parents decided to order takeout for dinner. Food: Beef Lo Mein (small order) - I was impressed that there was a lot of beef in my lo mein...definitely a plus hehe...I would order this again mmmm Vegetable Lo Mein (large order) Good thing, the lady told me that the Chow Mein wasn't a noodle dish instead it was a rice dish so I ordered the Shrimp Chow Mei Fun. Chicken with Broccoli (2 small orders) + white rice Chicken & Shrimp with Broccoli (large order) + white rice Chicken & Shrimp with Garlic Sauce (small order) + white rice Bean Curd Home Style + white rice If you order food over $40, you can choose to get General Tso's Chicken or Pork Fried Rice for free so my mom told the lady that she wanted General Tso's Chicken with sesame...mmmm it was very yummy! We were sorta fighting over this dish lol Everyone really enjoyed their orders so I was happy to hear that!

My new go to place for chinese food. Reasonably priced and delicious. Plus free egg rolls or soda if you spend a certain amount. How cool is that? I usually get fried rice, wonton soup, lo mein and sesame chicken. For new year, I got the ribs which were so good. Sweet and charred. They have a ton of options so I don't think I will ever run out of things to try.

I like their food because it's simple, tasty, and comes out quickly. The Khong Rou Fan is comforting and flavorful, and the Niu Rou Mian is always a good choice when you want something warm and satisfying. The string beans were a nice light appetizer to start. It's kind of a semi-service place -- you order at the counter and clean up after yourself when you're done, so there's no need to leave a tip if you dine in. The cashier who took our order is always nice, friendly, and polite, which makes the experience pleasant. The place is also always clean, which I appreciate. The good- plenty of meat in Lou Rou Fan, the texture of stinky tofu, the no tipping but bus your own tray business model. Friendliness of staff behind the ordering counter. The so-so: not enough fragrance in stinky tofu, the slightly soggy/oily pork chop, and lack of fragrance in Taiwanese sausage. The somewhat expensive price( our lunch costing $56 total). Will probably revisit another time to see how other dishes taste and see what price point it will result in.

The Peking Duck and crispy skin pork are still my go to dishes when coming here. It's just not easy to make at home so I'm happy to buy it. Totally classic dishes. The entire staff was professional and courteous, but the manager, Leo, truly stood out. He has always been warm and welcoming. Over the years, we've even had the chance to chat in our dialect, Shanghainese, on several occasions. He consistently goes out of his way to make sure guests feel well taken care of. Tonight, my husband ordered the General Tso's chicken, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Of course, I couldn't resist ordering a little too much for myself-- fried bean gluten, mixed vegetables, pan fried udon noodles, and brine squid. As always, they sent out complimentary steamed pork soup dumplings and, to finish, two sweet fermented glutinous rice soups for dessert. I even had leftovers--udon noodles and fried bean gluten--for lunch tomorrow. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and carried a deep sense of nostalgia--the flavors truly brought me back to where I grew up in Shanghai. Needless to say, we left very happy and will definitely be back again soon.
