First of all let me say I love the entire menu is phenomenal but their best drink is out of this world. I love the staff working, and always have enjoyed how cute the decor and quaintness of the place is...but the line at the drive-through is starting to become regularly out of control. Congrats on the traffic but maybe look into a new location? Barista stole from me. Now I always ask for a receipt. The gal told me my total was 9.10 for a coffee and a seasonal latte so I asked for a receipt and the total was only 8.10. She tipped herself a dollar because she thought she deserved it even after being snappy at the drive thru. I don't trust this location anymore, I wonder how many other times this has happened... The money is obviously not the issue here if I'm willing to pay over $5 for a coffee, it's the lack of integrity shown by this employee and this business. read more

RUDEST EXPERIENCE EVER the only reason my parents go to this location (i dont anymore) is because its the nearest one to our house. every time ive ever gone my drink is disgustingly bitter 80% of the time and perfect 20% of the time. My mom likes the mocha buzz with whipped cream on top as her treat for the week. Lately they've been giving us FLAT lids with a drop of whipped cream so my dad asked if they can use the dome lid since he seen others receive it with their drinks. 30 seconds later this EXTREMELY RUDE blonde woman comes up to our truck with the WORST attitude ever. she told us it was either the flat lid or nothing at all. "theres still whipped cream on it." and when my dad was starting to talk she CUTS HIM OFF and says "do you have straws or not?" ok thank you" and walks away AGAIN barely letting my dad respond. NO APOLOGY nothing!!!! all we asked for was whipped cream and we get yelled at with no apology?? dont work in customer service if you cant even talk to people. read more

The speed and customer service of this location has really gone down hill. I arrived and the girl who took my order barely said three words and had not even a friendly greeting. There were three cars ahead of me and it took me 12 minutes to get me two coffees. The girl at the window had no greeting, no affect and might as well have been a robot. This makes me very sad because this used to be my favorite coffee place, but now I'll think twice before visiting there. read more

Ive been gettin buzzed here for a couple years now and it really is better. Small little place but dont let it fool you. I dont stop anywhere else for brew, and neither should you. Today i had an awsome experience with drive thru window worker ANNA C. I was handed a larger order than acquired and rather than taking up more time making the smaller order, she insisted that i should keep the larger order and only pay what i asked for which was smaller. I wasnt expecting this to happen and you shouldn't either. It may have just been my lucky day. So here i am leaving a review for the first time which was really deserved. Today i got a white mocha buzz blended cold + i blasted a sticker on the sticker pole thats there which is pretty cool in my opinion. Sooo now, if you like taking shots n gettin buzzed, try going for the DOUBLE espresso hot shot if you think you can handle it. Im gunna catch a buzz with that here in a couple of days. read more

Got "The Best Drink Ever" and I rate that about 3/5, tastes like Starbucks Caramel Macchiato. Also got the Ice Blended Mocha Buzz (4/5) & Coconut Buzz 1/5. The coconut buzz was way too coconutty and I am someone who loves coconut! 2 stars because both the ice blended drinks were "Luke warm" which is really weird considering it's ice blended. read more

I usually love better buzz and it is definitely my choice over Starbucks. I've never really had any issues with them, yes the line is usually crazy long but that's not they're fault and they're a small location. But the last 6 times I want to say my drink has been super sweet. I always ask for my drinks either with a half scoop or 1/4 scoop of vanilla powder cause the full scoop is just too sweet for my liking. Today I actually saw the barista pour a full scoop while making my drink. And it's not like it was busy, there was one person in front of me and no one behind me. It's not that hard to measure out half a scoop and if it is maybe invest in a smaller scoop? I don't pay almost 7$ for my coffee for it to be made wrong. read more

I came here maybe around noon and there wasn't really a line like other locations and this is straight up a drive thru but they have nice patio area for you sit if you like. If you need to wait for a drink they sometimes have you pull up the the 'Car 1' section why they take orders for the next patron. It's in this little plaza and I got the vanilla latte large non fat without ice. I need to save it for the next day. I did get a hot matcha latte and I really like their matcha. Their matcha doesn't taste 'soapy' like some other matchas. read more
