After finally trying Better Buzz I am now a huge fan! Their coffees are seriously incredible. I was very impressed and this place is now one of my favorite coffee spots. I have tried their banana pudding and cinnamon pistachio best drinks ever from their spring lineup menu. I have also tried their horchata iced latte and cinnamon cream cold brew. My absolute favorite was the horchata iced latte. It wowed me and is a perfect latte imo. It has just the right amount of sweetness, cinnamon-y horchata flavor, and delightful coffee taste in it. My other favorite was the banana pudding best drink ever. It was yummy with banana-flavored cream and what appeared to be a Nilla wafer on top. Those were my favorites, although all the drinks I tried were amazing. The cinnamon cold brew was initially too strong for my liking, however, once I mixed it, it was better. I like that they have inside and outdoor seating areas. They also have a drive-thru which is very convenient. The service was fast as the drinks came out within a few minutes. They were really nice and offered my dog a pup cup which she enjoyed. I also like that their drinks come out ice cold and it's cool that they have food items on their menu. I know I will be a frequent visitor lol. read more

Amazing customer service ! I accidentally ordered online at another location and realized it after I placed my order. First time visit. Ordered basic medium roast coffee. It was an excellent medium roast. The manager (who was incredibly welcoming) gave me an abandoned (not picked up) crispy breakfast wrap which was superb . Perfect blend of ham cheese and tiny amount of hash browns in a crispy tortilla. Really really great tasting . This location is right across the street from Santa Ana college on Bristol (east side of street traveling north). There's a drive thru too. I was desperate for caffeine so I decided to stop by here. After tax, a regular size coffee, nothing fancy, is close to $8. I will never complain about the price of gas again. Lol. But the worst part was, I watched the guy walked over with a cup, 30% filled with liquid, he topped it off with so much ice that literally took me 3 sips and it was done. Too expensive! Now I can see how people can rack up debt with takeout coffees. I got the mint espresso. It was tasty. But not $8 worth. read more

Coffee Wars must be a real thing!! The competition is increasing, and only the best coffee beans will hold the title of BEST COFFEE IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!! Left a training earlier today, I looked up and almost ran into a cone trying to get into the driveway!! I looked at the menu BANANA PUDDING latte.. there it is right there!!! Been meaning to check out a Better Buzz and it was ok. We decided to head to a late night coffee date and got there around 8:30pm. We were hoping to get some drinks and then spend time reading our books while sipping our treats. Lucky that there was no line, but not pleased with the fact that two of three tabletops inside were not wiped down so we had to sit at the bar area to read. Drinks were ordered and received. We did tell them that it was "for here", but they were received to-go cups anyway. We tried to enjoy our drinks while reading our books, but this spot was definitely not that vibe. The music was loud and this Better Buzz was meant for a more chatty type of social experience vs. hanging-out-at-a-coffee-shop-to-read vibe. Overall, it was an ok experience. I'm sure people love the convenience of the drive-thru at this place since where most of the employees' energies seemed to be going. read more

Wanted to try this new better buzz near me since it looked good. I've had the actual coffee before from SD & Costa Mesa. I heard lots about the banana pudding drink so I wanted to grab it and I ended up not loving it as much as I thought I would. The banana flavor is more on the lighter side and I thought it would be stronger taste. A cookie comes in the drink which ended up melting in the coffee and didn't love that so much. Next time I would probably just order a best drink ever to keep it simple. I did ask for the base to be easy sweet which made perfect to not be so sweet and still taste coffee. I also got the horchata iced latte which was tasty but wasn't as strong on the coffee. I gave this place a 4/5 because of the parking and drive thru. I was trying to go in to check the location out but there was absolutely no parking available. The drive sometimes is out in the street which isn't the best for traffic but hopefully they work on that for safety. Overall the workers seems very friendly and nice when taking my order. I wouldn't say I would come here all the time but it's nice to have near by if I'm in the mood. Very new and modern looking from the outside. read more

This coffee shop has become an absolute gem in my day! Being conveniently located behind my workplace makes it easy to stop in, but the outstanding customer service is what keeps me coming back. Mikayla truly made my experience exceptional. From the moment I drove through, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a great visit. The coffee shop is clean and it smells great inside with coffee and pastries. The patio seating is very nice with umbrellas. The staff are nice and fast with orders. However, they are new so some of them don't know what ingredients are in the drinks. It's highly recommended you do your research first before making your first orders of the drinks. I tried Best Drink Ever and Burstin Blue Raspberry. I was expecting the umbrella and this happy fancy look for Burstin Blue drink but I just had a regular plastic cup and some red popping candies. It is a little misleading and disappointing to be honest. The drinks are good but they did not have any unique or wow elements that set them apart from other places. The toasted bagel is very hard, not crispy, just hard. I'll come back to try the rest since it's conveniently located across from SA College :) read more

A coworker and I decided to give this spot a try after several people recommended it to us. We showed up at about 2pm on a Friday afternoon and it was PACKED. Luckily my coworker ordered everything online while we drove and it was ready by the time we arrived. We ordered coffee for us and 2 other people. Everyone ordered different things. Everyone said they really enjoyed what they had. I had a vanilla caramel latte and it was delicious. Slightly milky but delicious. Prices seem fair for what you get. Came in today and tried out this location, I've been to the Costa Mesa one but since I was in the area I wanted to try. I came with my sister and we got a vanilla latte and a cold brew the cinnamon one and it was very delicious. Visited Better Buzz the other day and I can definitely see what the "buzz" is all about! From the moment my group and I entered, we were warmly greeted at the entrance door by the staff, along with the dancing bee outside. Marissa was the cashier who helped me at the front counter, and she was the sweetest. The energy of the place was great, excellent customer service, and the turn around time for to-go items was surprisingly quick. Not to mention their food and drinks were delicious! I tried the iced Chai latte, the OG acai bowl (with coconut shavings & almond butter - so good!), and the almond croissant. I got the Hawaii vibes açaí bowl with gluten-free granola. Yummy and fresh! So there are three sizes for the açai bowls. And the price is range from $12-$16. This is very typical of juice and smoothie places. This river is very friendly and helpful! You pay for your order first, and then they make your order and the girl that took her order actually brought it to our table. So the service was great! I love the vibe of the environment. The shop has music they play, but it's not too loud to the point that you can't focus, or put headphones on to listen to your own music. There's a lot of seating options for you to choose from. Today was my first time stopping by the Santa Ana location, and i was blown away by the service I received. The team here is very welcoming and friendly.
