Got the perfect morning buzz thanks to Better Buzz Coffee. What a vibrant little place! And quite possible THE best iced coffee I've ever had. So many tempting drink options, but I chose their pistachio cinnamon iced latte. SO GOOD, with the perfect amount of sweetness, boldness, and flavor. Hubbie got their lavender matcha latte, oh man it was so good. I never order lavender flavors anymore because it never tastes right, but Better Buzz got it damn right. Other interesting options include Horchata latte, snickerdoodle latte, and "best drink ever". They offer complimentary puppy treats for pups! It's basically whipped cream, but who can resist treating your fur baby? It was the perfect outing to brighten our morning. The drinks, the friendly service, and the electric decor. Perfect place to enjoy the best coffees, and bee happy in the moment. Cheers, because life is better buzzed!

Decided to check what the buzz is about :) Did drive thru and the girl who took our order was super sweet and helpful with our questions. I was very pleasantly surprised with how delicious their drinks tasted. I am very much looking forward to trying out other drinks on their menu. I also noticed that they offer acai bowls- yum! I ordered their lavender matcha and it was delicious! I have seen that their lines can get pretty long during peak hours. So just take that into consideration when coming by.

3 visits in since this spot opened and I really think they need some time to work on things. This was another early morning visit for me, around 7am. I had mobile ordered at 6:48 with an estimated ready time of 6:53. I ordered the killer bee, my usual. I arrived at 7:02 and walked straight to the order pickup shelves and my drink wasn't there so I went to the register and asked the worker who directed me to go over to order pickup. I had walked over from that direction so I would have hoped with me being the only person in the shop that would have been noticed. I walked over to the other end and went to talk to the barista at the drink counter, she was busy making a drink so I wasn't acknowledged and I felt bad waiting for an opportunity to interrupt. When she finished the drink she looked up and I let her know I was waiting on a mobile order and I was told it wasn't ready but I saw it on the back counter so I asked and it turns out that was my order. For the second time was a clunky process for something that is meant to be convenient. While this location is close to me there are other spots not much further and until the kinks are worked out I don't see much reason to choose this spot.

Had such a great experience at Better Buzzed Santa Ana! Huge shoutout to Heidy and Desiree they were both super friendly, incredibly helpful, and gave amazing recommendations. You can tell they really care about the customer experience. We ordered the Better Buzzed sandwich with extra bacon and avocado (so good), the OG açaí bowl, and a nitro cold brew all solid, no notes. We also tried the mango strawberry refresher and the blueberry lavender lemonade with a caffeine boost, which was so delicious and refreshing. We also got the banana cream top matcha. Flavor-wise it was good, but personally a bit too sweet for me next time I'd definitely ask for it less sweet. Overall, loved everything and will 100% be back. Great drinks, great food, and even better staff.

Came here in the Grand Opening of this Buzz location in Santa Ana, CA. They had a special giveaway to the first 200 guests where you got a sticker, reusable cup, and a special Buzz hat. It was a little festive as the had the normal balloons and signs posted, but the I have to give props to the young lady who was dancing her heart out as the Buzz Bee. I ordered a Caramel Vanilla Latte Iced and it was pretty good. Please come out and support this establishment.

I have been going to Better Buzz for a while. Before I would have to drive to San Diego to get some but now it's a 15 minute drive. I love a large Snickerdoodle latte. Their other drinks are good too. The people are kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I love their breakfast sandwich or a pesto sandwich.

This location is fairly new yet service is friendly quick and efficient. I've only gone through their drive thru so I can't say how it is inside but I can guess it's probably pretty efficient as well. Love their Moroccan spiced coffee, ham and cheese croissant is served warm and flaky and it's delicious, their feta avocado toast is my favorite by far it is soo good!! I mean where else can you get amazing avocado toast thru a drive thru?! I also recently had the breakfast wrap with the spicy crunch oil it was tasty but could have used more of the crunch oil inside. Overall I'm loving Better Buzz and can't wait to try their other popular drinks (banana pudding coffee drink) and food! A way better option to Starbucks in my opinion: ) Come check them out!

My husband and I stopped in for an Iced Horchata Latte with cinnamon cold foam and it was incredible--the perfect balance of creamy and spice. What really stood out, though, was the service. Better Buzz was never on my radar before so I was truly excited to see one on my route to work. I want to give a HUGEEE shout out to the morning staff members for their amazing customer service. Not sure what the buzz is all about, but definitely have had much better coffee. The cold brew was so light and tasted like dirty water with sugar on top. The snickerdoodle latte was obnoxiously sweet and even tho they said it came with 2 shots of expresso, couldn't even taste it. Checked out the hype won't be back, not even the girl in counter could answer any coffee questions. read more

Today was my first time trying better buzz ! I was in the area and decided to try this location and how conveniently enough it's a drive thru. I was nervous about what coffee to try and Destiny was extremely energetic and helpful. I ended up getting the horchata latte and it was delicious! I'll definitely be coming back. better buzz in santa ana is honestly one of my favorite spots! every time i go, the staff is so sweet, welcoming, and just really kind! it always makes me feel comfortable and excited to come back :) my go-to is the dirty chai and it's seriously so good every time! the flavor is perfect, not too sweet, and you can tell they really care about making the drinks right. it's just such a friendly place with a great vibe, and i always have a good experience whenever i visit! definitely one of my favorite better buzz locations read more

I've grown to like better buzz since they opened a location at placentia, but this experience at Santa Ana changed my perspective when I had an interaction with Bianca. She was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations and adjustments I was curious about. I got a large matcha with vanilla cold cream and I'm glad to say it'll be a repeat order. Finally went to try this place out and luckily there was no line. The restaurant is very nice with a lot of tables and seating for studying so that's good. I ordered the banana drink and my sister got their best drink ever how it comes. We both liked them, just a little too sweet for us. But if you like sweet, those drinks can be your new favorites. This Better Buzz location is the best coffee location in all of Orange County! I've tried numerous kinds of their drinks such as the Best Drink Ever, Hazelnut Divinity, Caramel Buzz, and Prickly in Pink Mojito-the one thing they have in common...ALL DELICIOUS. The customer service atmosphere is always top tier when I visit, and all the employees and managers work hard to ensure good and fast service. The food is also spectacular with options ranging from Açaí Bowls to Avocado Toast. My personal favorite is their array of sandwiches that include vegetarian and gluten-free options. The pastries are also super yummy and there is even a vegan cookie and gluten free donut!! Overall, Better Buzz Santa Ana has been a terrific experience everytime I go, and from the inclusiveness and variety of their items to the spectacular service, it's hard to go anywhere else!! decided to try better buzz this morning because they had some cute v-day themed stickers. Des (drive thru) was fabulous, she not only took my order but recommended a bomb drink and was so friendly! Carmen and Alitzel (drive thru window service) handed me my order & had such an energy. They have plenty of base and topping choices, along with premade bowl options, but I personally like building my own. The bowls are always awesome and hit the spot, especially after a long bartending shift. The real star of my visit was Zoe behind the counter. She was an absolute rock star. Calm, cool, and collected with a long line and a bunch of to go orders coming in at the same time. She was clearly running the show, starting everyone off and then passing the bowls along to her coworkers to finish. Even under pressure, she stayed polite and friendly the whole time. I love that this location is open every day from 9 am to 2:30 am. That alone makes it clutch for late night cravings. Fresh bowls, lots of choices, and great service from Zoe. Easy 5 stars.

On top I added agave, almond butter, strawberries, bananas, and kiwi. I also snagged their Glow Greens pressed juice. This is jam packed with all my favorite green ingredients: green apple, red apple, cucumber, lemon, cayenne, and ginger. My only suggestion would be to have printed menus available onsite. I have mediocre eyesight and it can be tough to read the digital screens from so far away. I'm sure others feel the same!

These are sold 4 to a package and and are like the yummiest croissant you've ever tasted. I was sitting waiting for my order to be completed when the owner cam out with a bit of one on a fork. I was hooked. They're already baked, but the instructions are to put them in an air fryer (we used a small convection toaster oven) for 2-4 minutes at 350. I also like them split and toasted. I find it rather absurd to know that your female baristas are forced to walk blocks in order to get to their car, especially in the morning and night when it is still dark. I have a niece that works there and I should not have to worry when she opens or closes if something is going to happen to her, especially when management does not want their own employees to park in the parking lot in front of their own store. All because you want the space for customers? Are you serious?!? Management would rather prioritize customers than the safety of their own employees? That blows my mind and I hope I'm not the only one who feels this way. I hope management makes changes and actually prioritizes and cares about the safety of their own employees. read more
