We came back on Tuesday the week after again around the same time, hopeful that it being a weekday and during school hours would leave more stuff but still again most of everything was gone, including many drink options. You'd expect a coffeehouse to still have coffee all day until they close (2pm), but why stay open until afternoon if you're going to run out of practically everything by 11? The point is, you're going to be disappointed with the limited options of goodies left if you get there any later than EARLY. I'm glad the business is doing very well but this should be a sign for you guys to increase your stock.

About 8 hours later, after grilling dinner, both my wife and I suddenly became extremely sick. Severe stomach pain, nonstop trips to the restroom, and all the signs of food poisoning hit us hard. Our guest had just started eating dinner while my wife and I were both stuck dealing with the symptoms. The symptoms carried throughout the entire night and are still lingering. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.

But had no flavors.... tasted like drinking milk with ice. Even the little jellies had no flavors. It wad just loke drinking iced milk. The matcha pudding was horrendous. No real flavors except for bitterness. Seemed like it was watered down. Matcha was not good at all. The crinkles all tasted the same. I didnt know which was which. The guava one had a minor hint of guava. The guava cheese though was really good. Almost rivals that of Portos. But with amazing Filipino desserts closer to home (Cafe 86). And if im really hurting for halo halo closer to home in Seafood City. I dont see myself going out of my way to make a trip here again, unfortunately.

This was my first time trying Better Buzz Coffee, and it will absolutely be my last. I ordered the carnitas egg bites and 2 vanilla lattes and found a hair in my food. It was disgusting and completely ruined my meal. While I understand mistakes can happen, it's how a business responds that really matters--and Better Buzz completely failed. I was immediately promised a refund, but after that I had to call the store multiple times with no follow-up. I had to reach out to corporate to grab the stores attention. Eventually, the store manager, Lizzie, reached out and explained that there had been an error processing my refund and that none of her employees had informed her that I had called about the issue. I responded promptly, expecting the issue to finally be resolved, but after that, she never responded again. Despite multiple attempts to get this resolved, I was completely ignored. Instead of honoring the refund I was promised, I was offered a $30 gift card. Why would I want a gift card to a place where I found hair in my food and experienced such poor customer service? I have absolutely no intention of returning. The lack of accountability and communication was just as disappointing as the food quality. A simple refund and follow-through would have gone a long way, but instead I was left chasing the store for weeks with no resolution. This was a horrible first-time experience. Finding hair in my food was bad enough, but the way this was handled afterward was even worse. Between the poor food quality, broken promises, and lack of customer service, I cannot recommend Better Buzz Coffee. Save your money and support a business that stands behind its products and treats its customers with respect. read more

I went through the drive-through and even though there was a line, it moved quickly and smoothly the whole time. I ordered an iced Best Drink Ever with cinnamon cold foam and it was made to absolute perfection seriously so good. You can tell they pay attention to the details. I had the pleasure of visiting this coffee shop with my girlfriend, and we were both impressed with the wide array of drink and food options, but also with the quality of the drink we ordered, which were the Bear Claw (extremely sweet) and the Prickly in pink Mojito (very refreshing). Don't have much to say besides it tastes kinda artificial. Service: 7/10 Nothing special, nothing out of the ordinary. I asked for help to get out of the parking lot. Ambiance: 4/10 The absolute worst fucking parking lot ever LOL. The drive-thru takes up all of the space and I couldn't get out without help from one of the employees. The tables had crumbs everywhere and the drive-thru wasn't even busy at that time lol. Hella tables and outlets, but wifi is absolute fucking ass. TDLR: Get drive-thru only. Holy fuck is the parking lot absolute hot fucking ass. Bro I ain't got nothing to say but never come here to study cuz shit. Wifi ass, tables dirty, loud af inside LMFAO. Whole experience. Just ass.

I ordered 3 iced drinks: Spanish latte, banana caramel, and a vanilla caramel. I ordered the Spanish latte and it was one of the best I've had! The flavor was just so good, it was the perfect iced latte! My mom got the vanilla caramel which she liked and my brother got the banana caramel which I tried and loved! Overall the coffee was delicious and service was good! My only thing, is I wish the cashier would have mentioned the stamp card cause I saw it after I ordered. I did put in my name for the rewards before I paid. I definitely want to come back!
