I'd been wanting to try this place for a while. I even downloaded the app, but hadn't been able to try it. Crazily enough, I got a reward offer for a free drink in the app, so what better time to give the place a try? We visited in the evening. There were a couple parties seated outside at their available tables and chairs. There were also several cars in the drive thru. We opted for the drive thru. The place is really cute! The staff were very friendly and helpful! For the free drink, I got a banana matcha and it was delicious! My youngest got the blueberry lavender lemonade refresher with extra blueberries. Hers was probably the best drink we got! My oldest got the prickly in pink mojito energy drink. Hers was good, but they informed me they ran out of whatever makes the drink pink, so it looked a little pale and she was bummed out about that, lol! They have a fairly extensive menu, and I'm already wanting to go back, hopefully to try some food next!

First time at this location & the drive thru moved very quickly! Tried their new vanilla bean oatmilk iced espresso & wasn't a fan. Will be sticking to their vanilla bean latte from now on. This is my second visit to this location, and I tend to park my car instead of going through the drive thru. There are only four parking spots where you turn into the drive thru, unless you park on the street. I always walk up to the window and there are 6 outdoor tables to sit and hang out. The ordering window is right next to the pick up window. Makes me wonder what it is like when it is raining! The girls who I saw take my order are very busy in the morning with the influx of orders coming from online and drive thru. They are always prepping while making food and drinks. My first time here they weren't as kind, but today's barista was very sweet and took the time to ask me how I'm doing. I ordered the banana best drink ever previously and wasn't a fan. I just normally stick to the best Drink Ever and add the cinnamon cold foam on top for $1. It's sweet with a perfect amount of caffeine. My go to food item is also their chili crisp breakfast wrap! I wish it had sauce to go with it though. Overall, it's nice to have a location close by for when I need a quick coffee going to work. I'm glad this is a quick location.

I wasn't impressed the first two times I had better buzz. The drinks were good but a little weak for my liking. I'm not sure if It was just the person who made them but it was until recently that I fell in love with the Cinnamon pistachio best drink ever . It had the strength that I was looking for and the flavor with the cold foam was amazing . I would rather see more Better Buzz popping up than Dutch bros in the areas.

I stopped by Better Buzz Coffee in Upland at 5am since I work early mornings. Unfortunately, I waited a few minutes before being acknowledged by a staff member who had just clocked in, and I did see one other staff member but she didn't seem to pay attention to anyone at the walk up window. Outside tables needed a wipe down but overall I'm certain it's a chill place to hangout and enjoy drinks and food. Music is a bit loud but good and gets the morning going. If you're on a tight schedule like I usually am, I'd definitely recommend placing your order online ahead of time or going through the drive-thru. That seems to be the smoothest option, especially during those early hours. One thing I've noticed is that when I order online, I don't always receive my rewards points, which is a bit frustrating. It would be great if that system was more consistent. Overall, just a heads up for early birds -- order ahead so you're not waiting for service.

Cute little coffee shop with drive thru and outside seating only. Limited parking with other larger lots just next door. Staff were courteous and friendly. Helpful for a first timer like me. Luvd the menu selections some including bee pollen. Great way to stay within the theme of things. Hot or iced, blended or shaken whatever your taste buds may be craving they've gotcha covered.

After fasting and visiting a local lab for a blood draw, I was starving and weak from lack of caffeine. Happy to see a Better Buzz right down the street so I made my way over to get my buzz on. Not going to lie, seeing a security guard and orange road cones right at the entrance kind of threw me, but I drove in anyway without stopping. Hopefully, security is there just to direct traffic rather than stop coffee fighting. There are very limited parking spaces if you plan to use the walk up window. I counted 8 total I believe including the disabled parking. This can be tricky with the DoorDash peeps coming and going. There is also limited seating outside, but as long as people don't camp out there to do homework or office work, you should be able to find a seat to enjoy your drink and maybe some fumes from the drive thru. The drink menu is huge. Drinks are available hot or cold, and their food menu is impressive for a small coffee stop. Because I am a boring coffee drinker, I almost want to come moreso for the food than drink. All kinds of bowls, breakfast sammies, yummy sounding toasts, pastries, etc. My order was a hot Hazelnut Divinity (a white chocolate mocha with hazelnut) and a chili crunch breakfast wrap. The drink was tasty, but as usual a bit too sweet for my liking. I drank half and saved the rest for later. Sugar free options here would be a bonus, but next time I should just stick with a basic espresso or Americano. The wrap was delicious. However, I would like some extra chili crunch. Next time! But I will probably be tempted to order another tasty sounding option

Banana pudding best drink ever (that's the name) is casually an insane coffee

I had heard all the buzz about this place, so I decided to stop by on a random afternoon to get my caffeine boost and finish up work on my laptop. Honey, they were not lying! The coffee is sooooo good. It took me a minute to actually understand the menu, but the barista was very helpful in describing the drinks. There isn't much of a walk-up line, but the drive-thru line seems to be constant. That said, I felt a bit rushed to make my choice, though no one was behind me. I went with the Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever, which is appropriately named. The first sip was 100/10, and every sip after was equally delicious! To eat, I ordered the Feta Avocado Deluxe Toast, and while the bacon and avocado were yummy, I regret purchasing it. It was OK and highly overcharged. In all, I spent a bit over $20 on both items, so I definitely felt disappointed when the toast was mid. The overall space is very clean and well maintained, and I love their branding. The WiFi was easy to connect to, but there is no indoor seating; they do have some outdoor tables. I happened to go during what I assume was a semi-informal gathering of upper management, and I left after about 45 minutes because I felt a bit uncomfortable with the information they were discussing quite loudly, and I didn't have my headphones with me. Overall, I will definitely give Better Buzz another try soon. Their menu is full of incredible coffee creations, and I can't wait to try them!

This is such a quaint little coffee spot! The drinks and food are excellent, and the service is outstanding! It's obvious that customer service is an important part of their brand. I highly recommend the Horchata Latte, 1/2 sweet, the Chili Crunch Wrap, and the Açaí Bowls. Those are my favorites, but everything is delicious! Life is definitely better buzzed! read more

Been to this location about 3 times and every time has been horrible. Watery coffee, no customer service whatsoever, horrible parking situation, and hardly any seating (when there is seating it's usually taken up by managers as shown in photo). Sad because the locations in San Diego and Temecula are amazing, sigh this is what happens when you expand locations too fast. Hopefully they turn things around. read more

I have gone to this place three times. First was on thanksgiving and spoke with Kalani. Kalani was very helpful, friendly, and was able to recommend some drinks to us. I got the maple matcha with a chili crunch wrap. The drink and the food were both really good! Second visit was also the same. Drink was super good, with no complaints. However, the third time I went was different. I got a different drink (the bear claw best drink ever). It unfortunately did not taste like anything. I allegedly was supposed to get a type of cold foam, or cream on top. I did not get this either. My friend who went the very next day, and got the bear claw showed me a picture of it. I would not have known that this drink was supposed to come with a cold foam if it wasn't for her. I do enjoy this place! The first two experiences have kept me coming back, and probably will return. Hopefully my drinks will be made the correct way when I visit again. read more

This place was good, I think it's worth trying at least. There was a bit of a line but that just means it was good. They do have a lot of food options that I don't get to try unfortunately. My drink wasn't the best but I'm sure they are other good ones. A little too sweet for my taste but still good. The good: - New facility, so it's still very clean. The young lady working the drive thru was nice. The drink was done very quick and it did taste good. I got the Bear Claw. The peanuts were stale, but not a deal killer. The only drawback was the price. Nearly $8 for one drink. And then it's another place that has adopted the "give me a tip" at the pay screen. It's so annoying that this has become the norm. Why would I give a tip before the service is complete and before I've even received the food? What if the rest of the experience is terrible after I pay? Do I get my tip back? And what am I tipping you for anyway? For like 30 seconds of work? And didn't everyone recently get a minimum wage increase? Why are we still being hit up for a tip? That wage increase already increased the cost of the drink. Again, I don't mean to single out this establishment as if they're the only ones who do this, but it needs to stop. You want a tip after I just spent $8? Na. Not coming back till they do away with this. read more

First time here and we love it!! We ordered an iced chai tea latte with the perfect amount of cinnamon on top and a caramel blended iced coffee, 1/2 sweet. Our drinks were just right sweetened! I stopped by here recently and ended up staying way longer than I planned--in a good way. The coffee was honestly the highlight. I ordered a [latte/cold brew/whatever you had], and it was smooth, not overly sweet, and you could actually taste the espresso (which isn't always the case). You can tell they care about quality. The space itself is super comfortable--good mix of people working, catching up, and just relaxing. It didn't feel rushed or overly loud, which made it easy to hang out for a bit. Three stars for the coffee -- it was really good. I ordered the vanilla bean latte with banana cold foam, and my daughter got the hazelnut divinity. Both drinks were delicious. Unfortunately, I have to subtract two stars for the food. I ordered the ciabatta bacon chipotle sandwich, which was cold and tasted stale. The bacon was soggy, and there was far too much chipotle mayo. I ended up only eating the top half because the bottom of the sandwich was chewy and stale. My daughter also didn't enjoy her turkey pesto sandwich because it wasn't actually pesto -- it tasted more like pesto mixed with mayo. Another downside was the price. I ordered a large coffee and my daughter got a medium, and our total came out to $38. For that price, both the food and drinks should be outstanding. While the coffee was good, it wasn't enough to justify the overall cost. The staff was friendly, but the girl at the drive-thru window almost forgot my banana cold foam and seemed a bit flustered, even though the line wasn't very long. If I happen to be in the area again, I might stop by for coffee, but I wouldn't go out of my way or necessarily recommend it. Just something to be aware of if you decide to try it. read more

i was so excited to try this place but ended up being really disappointed in it :(( i got the banana pudding best drink ever and it did not taste like coffee at all it was way too sweet and hurt my stomach afterwards, my bf ordered the cinnamon cold brew but they just gave him a regular cold brew which wasn't his favorite either. the food was alright, my turkey pesto had no pesto and was soggy when i got it despite the bread being toasted but the caprese sandwich was decent for what we got. the staff was super duper nice though!! i just wish that i wasn't so disappointed with the food and drinks read more

They were not ready for the day, this makes me very sad because I'd like to make sure this place stays open flourishes and does great but it's not run very well. Experience 10/10 As I approached the person taking orders outside I was trying to look at all the recomendations on tiktok. Angela greeted me super peepy asked how my morning was going and if I needed any help with the menu. I said yes this is my first time so I dont really know what to order. She was super excited that it was my first time ordering told me all of the amazing things that they offer and how she was just a vanilla latter girly BUT she has recently discovered the banana pudding drink and has been really loving that. I took her up on it and WOW it was amazing! BEST drink ive had in a long time. As I was leaving she asked me if I liked it and I assured her that it was the best drink ive had in a long time. Stopped by Better Buzz Coffee on my way to Upland to meet up with friends, and I'm so glad I did! I went through the drive-through and even though there was a line, it moved quickly and smoothly the whole time. I ordered an iced Best Drink Ever with cinnamon cold foam and it was made to absolute perfection seriously so good. You can tell they pay attention to the details. I had the pleasure of visiting this coffee shop with my girlfriend, and we were both impressed with the wide array of drink and food options, but also with the quality of the drink we ordered, which were the Bear Claw (extremely sweet) and the Prickly in pink Mojito (very refreshing).
