I'd been wanting to try this place for a while. I even downloaded the app, but hadn't been able to try it. Crazily enough, I got a reward offer for a free drink in the app, so what better time to give the place a try? We visited in the evening. There were a couple parties seated outside at their available tables and chairs. There were also several cars in the drive thru. We opted for the drive thru. The place is really cute! The staff were very friendly and helpful! For the free drink, I got a banana matcha and it was delicious! My youngest got the blueberry lavender lemonade refresher with extra blueberries. Hers was probably the best drink we got! My oldest got the prickly in pink mojito energy drink. Hers was good, but they informed me they ran out of whatever makes the drink pink, so it looked a little pale and she was bummed out about that, lol! They have a fairly extensive menu, and I'm already wanting to go back, hopefully to try some food next!

This is my second visit to this location, and I tend to park my car instead of going through the drive thru. There are only four parking spots where you turn into the drive thru, unless you park on the street. I always walk up to the window and there are 6 outdoor tables to sit and hang out. The ordering window is right next to the pick up window. Makes me wonder what it is like when it is raining! The girls who I saw take my order are very busy in the morning with the influx of orders coming from online and drive thru. They are always prepping while making food and drinks. My first time here they weren't as kind, but today's barista was very sweet and took the time to ask me how I'm doing. I ordered the banana best drink ever previously and wasn't a fan. I just normally stick to the best Drink Ever and add the cinnamon cold foam on top for $1. It's sweet with a perfect amount of caffeine. My go to food item is also their chili crisp breakfast wrap! I wish it had sauce to go with it though. Overall, it's nice to have a location close by for when I need a quick coffee going to work. I'm glad this is a quick location.

I wasn't impressed the first two times I had better buzz. The drinks were good but a little weak for my liking. I'm not sure if It was just the person who made them but it was until recently that I fell in love with the Cinnamon pistachio best drink ever . It had the strength that I was looking for and the flavor with the cold foam was amazing . I would rather see more Better Buzz popping up than Dutch bros in the areas.

I stopped by Better Buzz Coffee in Upland at 5am since I work early mornings. Unfortunately, I waited a few minutes before being acknowledged by a staff member who had just clocked in, and I did see one other staff member but she didn't seem to pay attention to anyone at the walk up window. Outside tables needed a wipe down but overall I'm certain it's a chill place to hangout and enjoy drinks and food. Music is a bit loud but good and gets the morning going. If you're on a tight schedule like I usually am, I'd definitely recommend placing your order online ahead of time or going through the drive-thru. That seems to be the smoothest option, especially during those early hours. One thing I've noticed is that when I order online, I don't always receive my rewards points, which is a bit frustrating. It would be great if that system was more consistent. Overall, just a heads up for early birds -- order ahead so you're not waiting for service.

Cute little coffee shop with drive thru and outside seating only. Limited parking with other larger lots just next door. Staff were courteous and friendly. Helpful for a first timer like me. Luvd the menu selections some including bee pollen. Great way to stay within the theme of things. Hot or iced, blended or shaken whatever your taste buds may be craving they've gotcha covered.

After fasting and visiting a local lab for a blood draw, I was starving and weak from lack of caffeine. Happy to see a Better Buzz right down the street so I made my way over to get my buzz on. Not going to lie, seeing a security guard and orange road cones right at the entrance kind of threw me, but I drove in anyway without stopping. Hopefully, security is there just to direct traffic rather than stop coffee fighting. There are very limited parking spaces if you plan to use the walk up window. I counted 8 total I believe including the disabled parking. This can be tricky with the DoorDash peeps coming and going. There is also limited seating outside, but as long as people don't camp out there to do homework or office work, you should be able to find a seat to enjoy your drink and maybe some fumes from the drive thru. The drink menu is huge. Drinks are available hot or cold, and their food menu is impressive for a small coffee stop. Because I am a boring coffee drinker, I almost want to come moreso for the food than drink. All kinds of bowls, breakfast sammies, yummy sounding toasts, pastries, etc. My order was a hot Hazelnut Divinity (a white chocolate mocha with hazelnut) and a chili crunch breakfast wrap. The drink was tasty, but as usual a bit too sweet for my liking. I drank half and saved the rest for later. Sugar free options here would be a bonus, but next time I should just stick with a basic espresso or Americano. The wrap was delicious. However, I would like some extra chili crunch. Next time! But I will probably be tempted to order another tasty sounding option

Banana pudding best drink ever (that's the name) is casually an insane coffee

I had heard all the buzz about this place, so I decided to stop by on a random afternoon to get my caffeine boost and finish up work on my laptop. Honey, they were not lying! The coffee is sooooo good. It took me a minute to actually understand the menu, but the barista was very helpful in describing the drinks. There isn't much of a walk-up line, but the drive-thru line seems to be constant. That said, I felt a bit rushed to make my choice, though no one was behind me. I went with the Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever, which is appropriately named. The first sip was 100/10, and every sip after was equally delicious! To eat, I ordered the Feta Avocado Deluxe Toast, and while the bacon and avocado were yummy, I regret purchasing it. It was OK and highly overcharged. In all, I spent a bit over $20 on both items, so I definitely felt disappointed when the toast was mid. The overall space is very clean and well maintained, and I love their branding. The WiFi was easy to connect to, but there is no indoor seating; they do have some outdoor tables. I happened to go during what I assume was a semi-informal gathering of upper management, and I left after about 45 minutes because I felt a bit uncomfortable with the information they were discussing quite loudly, and I didn't have my headphones with me. Overall, I will definitely give Better Buzz another try soon. Their menu is full of incredible coffee creations, and I can't wait to try them!

Normally I love Better Buzz Coffee but today felt off I ordered the banana best drink ever and there was Zero banana flavor just plain iced coffee. I also ordered a onion cheddar scone I seen on the app an they forgot to give it to me when I reminded them they gave me the hardest driest lump of I think bread I've ever had. The label said savory scone, it was definitely not what I ordered. If they didn't have what I wanted that would have been ok. But whatever they handed me was terrible and also cold. Sucks because I live in Riverside and will happily drive to upland for better buzz but today was a total waste. read more

We've been waiting for this moment for a long time, never thought they'd chose our small town of Upland! You order outside if you want to enjoy their nice patio, or use the drive-thru. The service at this location is awesome, the team is all new but they are so polite and friendly. We ordered our favorite drink, the best drink ever iced with coconut cold foam! I love better buzz, u used to live in San Diego and drank their coffee every week, once I found out that they have a store here in the IE I was really excited to start going again. But sadly I have to report that this better buzz has by far the worst service out of any I've ever been to. I ordered before work and had to wait over 26 minutes for my coffee just to find out it was ready and the cashier just didn't want to look for it. The time before that, I waited at the counter while I watched the cashiers gossip behind the counter for over 4 minutes, when he finally took my order and I received it, I noticed that they made it hot instead of iced and when I asked if they could fix it he wanted me to get in the back of the line and wait all over again. I don't wanna sound entitled but that's nuts. please do better read more

I never had a bad experience over here, but I just placed an online order. Was waiting at the window and I only saw the girl at the drive thru so I thought she was by herself, then another girl walked out and I thought she didn't see me so I knocked on the window. She literally looked at me and walked in, walked back out to the other side and then washed her hands and opened the window. I really love their coffee here! I get the best drink ever because, well, it's the best drink ever. It is also one of the few places in the area that actually has good decaf coffee. There drinks run a little on the sweet side, which I great for me. But if it isn't your jam get it 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 sweet. Staff is always friendly and nice. There's no inside seating so if you're coming to hang prepare to enjoy the sunny weather. This place gets busy so if you're getting coffee to go I highly recommend ordering ahead on the app...and bonus when you use the app you earn points for free drinks etc. read more

This review is hovering between 3-4 stars but giving them a 1 star handicap since it's a new location. We live down the street which makes it really convenient. Coffee is excellent and flavors are amazing to my wife and I and those we've promoted it to. Only hang up could be because of new staff woes. 1. Mobile order ready times are not accurate, order is usually ready about 5-10 later. 2. Ingredients- some of signature ingredients don't even come with the drink, like no crushed peppermint in their peppermint coffee, this happened with the candy cane drink as well. 3. Coffee Temp- comes at a perfect drinking temp, but when you ask for it hot @170 F it's either hit or miss. read more

Not even good; there are much better options out there, even among those selling from their houses. I can't understand how anyone can just open a restaurant without tasting good; they barely have any flavors and always forget the toppings. There isn't enough coffee, and the flavors are hard to detect. The only one I like is the coconut. With all the others I tried, you can't even taste the flavors, and they even forgot my coconut topping. I want something worth the wait, but it's not worth it. I've finally calmed down, but it's not so great--definitely need better. read more

As an og better buzz customer, this cute little walk up was great. It vividly reminds me of the location in Bonita. Thank you to Nikki for taking my order and recommending the feta avocado toast with the chopped bacon and hard boulder egg. It was the tipper to satisfy my hunger. I have given this place 3 tries with today being the third. I've mainly come back because the coffee is good not great and I'm also local. I LOVE the app makes ordering even with modifications easy. I had to give 2 stars because the packaging here is honestly not it. I can't imagine how many delivery drivers and customers have had their cars, seats, or floors ruined from Better Buzz drinks spilling. The cup holders are super flimsy, and they just put a small cheap sticker over the lid and expect that to prevent spills? It doesn't. For how much this place charges for coffee and food, they can definitely afford better, more secure packaging, especially for delivery orders with multiple drinks. The coffee itself is okay, which is the only reason I'm giving the extra star. read more

Better Buzz has become my new local coffee spot now. I like going early and really like how early they open, really helps someone like me that has to get up really early for work sometimes. My go to is the Killer Bee medium roast. If I want something sweeter I really like the Horchata Late or the best drink ever. There's a nice area outside where you order to sit if you want to meet someone there or just enjoy your coffee. Service is always second to none. Angela always takes care of me! read more

The one in Upland is the perfect size, and although busy as ever, the service is quick and effective. Although the drive-thru line was long and given I did come on a holiday (Thanksgiving) the service was nothing less than top tier and Kalani (I hope I spelled her name right!) was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my gift card went through. I ordered the pumpkin best drink ever (with an add shot) and it was PERFECT. I have been a huge fan of Better Buzz for some time now and I am glad they finally opened up a location closer to me. read more

The interior also is so... bare... and looks like they didn't even attempt to try to make the coffeeshop seem or feel cozy and inviting. It's been a while since I've felt like I should have just spent my money on the nearby Starbucks instead of going out of my way to support small businesses.

She literally rolled her eyes with a sigh and was like, "well...that's what we're known for" then scurried away without any interaction or thank you to any friendly gesture upon me paying. I also ordered a scone, which she brought over to me and, again, when I said thank you, she just walked away. No smile. Nothing. Exact same interaction when giving me my drink at the pickup area. Super rude. My order consisted of a Cafe Latte and Biscoff Scone. Both were really good, despite the awful service experience. The latte was rich and the brew was tasty. The scone was the showstopper for me though. I don't normally like scones, but this had to be one of the best ones I've ever had. The biscoff flavor was prominent throughout and the texture was not hard and dry. It truly was perfection. Because of the poor service experience, I can't say that I'd return. However, if you do decide to give them a try, make sure to add a scone to your order.

Experience 10/10 As I approached the person taking orders outside I was trying to look at all the recomendations on tiktok. Angela greeted me super peepy asked how my morning was going and if I needed any help with the menu. I said yes this is my first time so I dont really know what to order. She was super excited that it was my first time ordering told me all of the amazing things that they offer and how she was just a vanilla latter girly BUT she has recently discovered the banana pudding drink and has been really loving that. Stopped by Better Buzz Coffee on my way to Upland to meet up with friends, and I'm so glad I did! I went through the drive-through and even though there was a line, it moved quickly and smoothly the whole time. I ordered an iced Best Drink Ever with cinnamon cold foam and it was made to absolute perfection seriously so good. You can tell they pay attention to the details.
