I was really hoping to give this place a better review but unfortunately the review actually is going down. Our first experience was on opening day so we figured we would give them a little time to get any kinks worked out. Unfortunately it doesn't appear that has happened. The food is extremely bland. The bacon ciabatta is supposed to have a spicy aioli and it had little to no flavor. My 7 year old who is a very boring, picky eater and won't eat spicy couldn't even tell there was anything more than egg, bacon and cheese. My husband ordered the chili crisp again but sadly this had almost no chilis crips (last go round was better), I wish I got a picture to show how sparse and sad looking it was. The drink was supposed to have a pumpkin cold foam top, which was forgotten about (of course they don't forget to charge you though). They were sold out of croissants already (mind you we went at 10am). And let's talk about the horrible parking lot. This is a very popular and crowded shopping center with not enough parking. We had to park in the adjacent gas station parking lot, as did several other people. I truly hope they can take these reviews seriously and improve on what the complaints are because there are too many competitors in this area that so far blowing them out of the water. read more

We tried Better Buzz yesterday, their second day open. Being that Better Buzz is new, obviously they were really busy, but the drive-thru line was quick and the crew were helpful and pleasant. I ordered the Iced Hazelnut Divinity and a brownie for my daughter, the coffee here was smooth and easy drinking not like the competition all over the area, it reminded me of the coffee shops in Seattle. We went to try this new coffee shop at 7am, and it was super busy both in the drive-thru and in-store! Despite how many people came into the store, all the staff greeted the newcomers from across the store. The store itself is fairly big with many different types of seating. Overall, the opening week is very organized with security present to open the doors for you and traffic control for the drive-thru line. The people taking orders were super nice, but it seems that the default size when you order a drink is large, and the regular, smaller size they have is 16 oz. We ordered the Hot Vanilla Bean Latte, Iced Mango Strawberry BuzZinger, and a Bacon Ciabatta sandwich. The Hot Vanilla Bean Latte was good, tastes like an average vanilla late! The Iced Mango Strawberry tasted pretty much how I expected, but it's cool to see a mango strawberry drink in a coffee shop. I understand that it's Opening Day for the San Diego Coffee Shop, Better Buzz, but I have some feedback to which I provided them directly too. I went through the drive-thru and the service experience was subpar, here's why: 1) The young employee who took my order did NOT have a warm and sincere welcome greeting. 2) When I inquired about one of their pumpkin seasonal drinks, he did not have a valid response - - "I don't know" should not be trained as an acceptable answer, instead say "let me find out for you" or "perhaps check out our website" to offer solutions. 3) He did NOT ask for specifics on my latte when taking my order, such as "hot vs cold" or what milk choice I wanted. 4) I was NOT offered a receipt. Once I arrived home, I inspected the food and drink, to which the $7.99 ham and cheese sandwich looked DEFLATED and unappetizing. Unfortunately my latte was not enjoyable either. With so many coffee shop choices throughout the city and nearby, I'll never come back. Consistency and excellence I doubt would be found here. read more

Quick drive thru, friendly and welcoming as you pull up. First time here today, ordered Mocha de Mexico and so happy I did. It's exactly what I imagined and wanted it to be. First time checking out Better Buzz Coffee after doing a Costco Run. The space inside is limited to 5 tables and a couple bar seating, but there is a patio are with ample seating if it fills up quickly. I think it would be a nice place to get work done but there are only a few outlets along the booth tables. The music is a little louder side, I could hear a lot of it through my noise cancellation headphones. I ordered the Horchata Latte w/ Cinnamon cold foam, I thought this drink was alright and not much to write home about. I personally thought the cold foam did make the drink significantly better, and I would probably choose to get the gold foam on a different drink the next time. Staff was friendly while ordering when I told them it was my first time here. I definitely recommend always asking for a receipt when ordering though, I had to wait 15+ minutes for my drink during a non peak time and when I followed up on it they were unsure about my order. I'm sure it was just an error on the online system but don't be like me and always remember your receipt! read more

It was a beautiful, cold but sunny Sunday morning and I came home after a morning workout....HUNGRY! I wanted to hang out and spend time with the family but, I did not want to cook! We decided to go to the Broken Yolk across the lot from Better Buzz. It was about a 45 minute wait, we had time to kill and I noticed a couple with "Better Buzz" cups, in hand. I mentioned to my son we could get coffee and he suggested we walk over to Better Buzz. Done. There was definitely a line and a lot of activity there but, why not?! We had time. I wouldn't say it was the Best Coffee ever but it was very good, hot, not too sweet and satisfying. This shop was very clean, well thought out, fantastic merchandise, has a great aesthetics and honestly killer marketing skills, Just look at the cute swag with their logo, creatively tagged all over! I went back there today and discovered that they no longer have the Miso caramel, I could not remember the name and told the woman it was last month's seasonal drink and she said, well whatever it was, it's gone :( So I ordered the Iced Horchata instead. It was my first time trying this place. I've seen TikToks about it when it first opened and as a coffee lover, I've been wanting to try it. It's located off Saint Rose Parkway by Costco. They have a convenient Drive Thru which is perfect because we were out running errands and shopping. I tried the iced Snickerdoodle Latté with almond milk. It was almost $10 for a large. It tasted good. The Snickerdoodle was subtle though. I was hoping for more of that flavor. Tasted for like an iced Cinnamon Dolce. I can tell the espresso/coffee is strong. this was my first time at this better buzz location and it was not busy at all. staff was kind and worked fast. i tried their raspberry blondie that was an iced americano with some type of cream and dried raspberry and LAWD it was soooo tasty im coming back for some more. the $10 turkey pesto and $11 chili breakfast wrap tasted great however the portion was very small compared to their east location, my right hand wrapped around the entire sandwich lol. it seems like staff takes pride in cleaning the dining area, everything looked clean. great job cannot wait to come back. read more

I ordered the orange matcha (made with coconut milk). I had this drink in San Diego (super good) so I gave it a try but unfortunately it was not my favorite here. I didn't taste the matcha nor the orange. I'm not really sure how to describe it. I tasted a slight hint of coconut tho. However the muffin was great ! Super moist and the lemon filling was so good. The first time I stopped by it was during their opening week, I didn't expect much considering. I did not like my horchata latte. It was definitely too sweet! I recently came here and was able to look over the menu and I got the snickerdoodle latte 10/10 with a cinnamon cold foam, absolutely delicious - wish I got a large! We also tried the chili breakfast wrap and turkey aioli pesto sandwich. The chili breakfast was unique, the wrap was toasted and crispy the ingredients all tasted so yummy. My mother in law loved the turkey aioli, we will definitely be coming back for breakfast. The service was fast and absolutely great. This spot just opened in Henderson! I was excited to try it but was ultimately let down due to the lack of coffee flavor. I tried the Winter Chai Cold Brew (foam is very thin in texture and tasted watered down) at 1/4 sweetness and the Best Drink Ever (nice vanilla milk flavor but lost the coffee) at regular sweetness. At $5.50-$7.50 a drink, I thought it was on the expensive side and not the best tasting for an afternoon caffeine pick me up. I tried this place for the first time a couple of weeks ago and now I can't stop going back. They have the absolute best coffee I've had in the city. My favorites are the mint infused iced coffee and the Moroccan spiced iced coffee-HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I'm gluten free so I really appreciate that they have gf options that actually taste good.
