I debated sending this review as I have seen how hard these workers work on my visits to this store. It is usually always a pleasant one. Yesterday something just didn't sit right with me and as a women I need to say something. The girls working you could tell were working hard and trying to get the orders out. There was a shorter girl on drinks and another girl bouncing all over both were working hard. Then in the time I was there I see this older gentleman running between a part of the store I couldn't really see and over by these two girls. Every time he came over he was raising his voice at the girl running all over and grabbing drinks from her counter and handing out to wrong people and then would run away again and the two girls had to keep checking who got what order. Another customer said to me what is going on people are getting wrong orders. Thank god for the two girls who ended up figuring it all out. But again he comes over and starts making a drink and the girl with the headset showed him the cup she had in her hand and he got frustrated at her and tossed the cup in his hand aggressively and ran away again. In all of my visits I have never seen another employee treat the others this way. I truly felt bad for these two girls who both were doing their absolute best to fix the situation for all of us waiting. The one girl just kept apologizing us for the wait. I feel bad leaving a 2 star becasue those girls deserve a 5 but what i saw yesterday is not acceptable to those girls and someone needs to know. He must be some kind of boss so I didn't want to call the business to talk to him. read more

I really enjoy Better Buzz Coffee. The drinks are great, the staff is always friendly, and the overall atmosphere is awesome. That's why I'm leaving this review. My biggest issue is the volume of the music. It's consistently so loud that it's difficult to hear employees when placing an order. I've experienced this both inside the café and in the drive-thru. In the drive-thru, between the road noise and the music, I often struggle to understand what's being said. Inside, it can be just as difficult to have a normal conversation or clearly hear staff members. I completely understand wanting to create a fun and energetic atmosphere, but there has to be a balance. When customers are ordering, communication should come first. Loud music shouldn't make it harder for customers and employees to hear each other. The coffee, drinks, and customer service are excellent, which is why this issue stands out so much. My recommendation would be to lower the music volume, especially around the ordering areas and drive-thru. It would significantly improve the customer experience without taking away from the vibe of the café. Overall, I still think Better Buzz is one of the better coffee spots in the area, and I'll continue coming back. I just hope management considers making this small adjustment because it would make a noticeable difference. read more

This location used to be one of my favorite coffee shops for the last year but the last 4 months have had consistently horrible service. They have made me late on 3 separate occasions despite ordering ahead at least 30 minutes in advance. My last straw was when I ordered a small oat milk for my kid and despite receiving a tag that said oat milk on the cup, it was in fact cows milk, literally something that could've sent my kid to the hospital due to his extreme allergy, extremely careless behavior. When I brought it up to the manager they didn't seem to care and I even sent an email to the noted bbdm email in yelp and never received a response which clearly shows their lack of care. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location if you care about service and receiving the CORRECT order. read more

PLEASE APPLAUD THE TEAM!! It was super busy today and you could tell they were short handed but they handled it well. The woman with the red hair killed it today half of the time she was handling all of the drinks and onlines alone while her team was helping out anyway possible! While i was waiting i noticed a customer berating the woman because they had to wait for their drink and she handled it with so much grace no one should be yelled at while doing their job, were all waiting!! There wasn't much seating available, as the cafe was quite full, and there were a lot of people doing work. Definitely more of a spot for 1-2 people, as there weren't any tables that could accommodate 3 when we went. I asked the staff for a recommendation, so I got the vanilla latte based off of that. I was excited to try this spot since there were many good reviews, though perhaps my expectations were too high. The first thing I check for in an iced latte is the bottom of the cup to see if there are any burnt grounds. To my disappointment, there were, so I knew the espresso wasn't going to be very smooth. Though, I couldn't even taste it. I prefer a strong espresso taste, but all I could taste was the milk with a weak aftertaste of watery espresso. The others in my group got matcha, and they also tasted of milk and syrup with barely any matcha flavor. Overall I don't plan on going back since the drinks we had were disappointingly mid. The menu is very large, but I still don't think I'd be willing to go back and try another to see if it was maybe an off day or if there are better drinks.

Unfortunately, the atmosphere is overshadowed by the lack of customer service and overall professionalism. The customer service is one of the biggest issues. Most of the time, nobody even acknowledges you when you walk in. You're left standing at the counter waiting to order without so much as a "Hi" or "We'll be right with you." It makes the entire experience feel awkward and unprofessional. The wait times are also ridiculous. I've waited anywhere from 15-30 minutes just for food, even when the shop wasn't particularly busy. If you're stopping by on a lunch break or before work, don't expect to get in and out quickly. The food itself doesn't make the wait worth it. I ordered the avocado egg salad, and it was almost entirely egg salad with barely any avocado. For something that's advertised as avocado egg salad, it felt misleading and cheaply made. The drinks have also been inconsistent, so it's hard to know what you're getting from one visit to the next. Overall, this place has a great concept and a nice aesthetic, but it falls short where it matters most. Good ambiance can only go so far when the service is consistently lacking, the wait times are excessive, and the food doesn't live up to expectations. I honestly can't recommend it. There are plenty of other local coffee shops that provide a much better overall experience.

While the price point was still high, it lower than many Vegas coffee shops. They have crushed ice which is nice but I do feel like it is a bit of filler, to be honest. The drink was really good though. Despite being a crème brûlée flavored latte, it wasn't overly sweet and the espresso still came through. I'd say that this was one of the quieter coffee shops I've worked from locally, so I'd recommend it for remote workers or students.

She continued raising her voice at me and telling me not to cut her off while she barely allowed me to speak. It felt like she specifically came to the front to continue the confrontation rather than just give us our food. I understand being a small business. I understand being busy. But 50 minutes for 6 sandwiches is a long wait, and asking for an update after 40 minutes is reasonable. What was completely unacceptable was an employee following the interaction to the front of the restaurant just to continue arguing with a customer. The wait wasn't what earned the 1-star review. It was the way Keysha chose to handle the situation. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily disrespectful.
