I love the different options they have for lattes, smoothies and food items. The first coffee shop, I've gone to that offers Acai smoothies and bowls. The cashier was patient and kind. The rest of the staff is very respectful and kind. The restaurant is cute with beehive wallpaper and buzz inspired sayings. I enjoyed a lavender latte, which is the best lavender latte I've ever had. My daughter had the vanilla caramel latte with a brownie. I will definitely be going often to this place as they have many drink options. read more

This is my 3rd time visiting Better Buzz and I must say that I'm impressed with the menu and the customer service. The drink choice is vast but I will shout out the Snickerdoodle Latte hot and the Hazelnut Divinity! They also have a selection of clothes too in addition to some other merch. Got to go to the grand opening and was surprised it wasn't busier. Happy to have scored one of the 200 hats and tumblers though! It was clean and open inside with some seating. This place is so adorable! Living on the east side of Vegas, I understand that we don't have the same boujee cute shops as Summerlin or even Henderson. So I was pleasantly surprised at seeing how cute and aesthetic this little place is!!! It almost seems out of place - but in a good way! The coffee is amazing, and they're really creative with their menu. It's not just the boring hazelnut & vanilla, they have a horchata latte, miso chai, salted caramel, and tons of other cool stuff! I also love the pastries! They're huge!!!! And I had no idea, but the blueberry muffin has blueberry pie filling. Delicious. Staff is overly friendly but that doesn't matter if the drinks they are handing out are inaccurate. There is no communication within the "team" behind the counter even being RIGHT next to eachother can literally touch eachothera shoulders yet the orders still come out inaccurate due to "the system" be better and do better. read more

I've been following Better Buzz for like ten years now, so once I heard they were in Vegas, I was ecstatic. This location has the friendliest staff and they're efficient too. Whenever I go inside, it's clean and cute. My coffee is always 10/10 and the food is good too. Of course it's going to be on the pricier side, the stuff is good, so I'm not sure why people complain. I go to the window and I am handed a small matcha drink that literally doesn't look coconut. I tell them I thought I ordered a large and he wants the cup back and it clearly stated someone else's name first and last on it. Then I received a plain croissant instead of an almond croissant. We got an Iced Snickerdoodle Latte, "The best drink ever" with coconut cold foam, and a turkey pesto sandwich. The coffee is really powerful though it doesn't taste strong. Its very sweet and light. The sandwich was just okay, could make the same thing at home in about 5 minutes, but its worth it if you need quick breakfast or lunch. The employees are really nice and conversational. First time here and I bought two lattes and the better breakfast sandwich. Everything tasted good. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because they gave me the wrong latte. Still tasted good though :) service is good but did have to wait for a while just to place my order, I don't know what the register employee was doing (waited about 5 minutes and there was nobody in line. Also, had to wait to get my order for about another 15+ minutes. So I was there basically my whole lunch break just to get my order. They were nice though. Hopefully next time it won't take as long. I'm still gonna give this spot another go because the drinks and the sandwich was good. I want to try others. read more

The baristas always have great recommendations for drinks and drink modifications here. I ask for their favorites and it's fantastic every time. This location is so laidback and clean, and it's such a nice break from the busy mess of Nellis. The baristas are always friendly and helpful, and I love the rapport their team has - they have fun at work and it makes their interactions with customers fun and easy-going. Honestly, this is my new favorite coffee spot because of the chill atmosphere the baristas have built together (and the music is good, too). The drinks run a little on the oversweet side, but it's easy to adjust the sweetness level. They also have decaf here which is increasingly hard to find. The menu also includes smoothies, açaí bowls, and cold brew, so there's really no reason to go to Starbucks when a much better option is right here. They even have a drive through! read more

I went in on a weekday so it was not too busy. The cashier was lovely and knowledgeable about the drinks. The ambiance is very light and relaxing. Good place to study or get some work done. The lighting is perfect. I asked the cashier to recommend her two favorite drinks and they did NOT disappoint!! So glad to have a Better Buzz on the Eastside!! The food is delicious in my opinion. The first time I went my boyfriend got the Ham & Cheese Croissant with the Hazelnut Divinity with Cinnamon Foam (loved). & I got an iced matcha with blueberry cold form with the Chili Crunch Breakfast Wrap (loveeed). I've been here 4 times so far & I'm impressed with their food/drinks. My only takeaways are the wait times (i understand this is a new stand so this is more of a note for people not a complaint) & the staff being extremely passive aggressive/rude with me. I might have caught them on a bad day but overall I will continue supporting & encourage people to try it out!! read more
