Very iffy about the coffee shop. I've been here three times and all three times the coffee is not full. They leave about an inch and a half at the top which is such a waste. I've ordered regular and large and it seems to be a consistent problem. Very slow drive thru experience also. read more

First time I was at this place. I got a sandwich, a handful of mayo. Disgustingly amount of mayo, contacted them and gave me a gift card. The drinks here are really good, and the food is tasty too no complaints about quality. However, the service is extremely slow. I went in at 6:30 am when there was no one inside and no cars in the drive-thru, yet it still took 25 minutes to get my order. I don't understand why an avocado toast and a drink should take that long, especially when the place wasn't busy. If you have time to wait, you'll enjoy the food and drinks. I ordered the Hazelnut Divinity through the drive thru today. Honestly, I was disappointed with the drink because it tasted so bland, no hazelnut flavoring at all, and it was over $9! Not happy with what I received, I ordered the horchata iced latte, it tasted nothing like it's supposed to, it tastes like just coffee that's super watered down. I got a cheese danish and they gave it to me once I got up the bag was ripped and the cheese danish fell out the bag since it was ripped from the bottom. Better Buzzed Coffee is a chic place. It has a modern design with many places to sit both inside and outside. During my visit everyone was welcoming. My husband ordered "Best Drink Ever" it was decent. I ordered the "Caramel Vanilla Latte" it was just what I was craving. We also ordered a danish the pastries are huge! First things first, I absolutely love the coffee. 95% of the time my drink is absolutely perfect. However almost 100% of the time, my drink is ready much later than projected. Yesterday, I placed my order at 6:15 and it said ready at 6:23. It was not ready until 6:55 and made me late to work. This has happened to me multiple times where my drink is ready thirty minutes later than projected. And a woman who came into the coffee shop 10 minutes later than me got her drink much faster than me. It seems like they need to adjust their priorities in how order ahead orders are made. Another issue is i have often seen my drinks on the back counter and the person who checks the order and moves them to the pick up area takes a long time, 5-10 minutes to move them to the pick up area. At this point, there are some days I want coffee and just don't order because I know it will make me late. If they can get quicker and more logical and efficient processes, I would definitely change my rating to 5 stars. read more

However I could barely read their menu because it was too small and the music was quite loud since I couldn't barely hear the barista taking my order. After I ordered a sandwich and drink, my order came to just under $20. Finally got my food and it was well prepared but I wasn't given a sleeve for my hot drink and I almost burned my hand. They were so busy and stood at the counter waiting for a sleeve but no one asked if they could help me so I reached behind the counter to get a sleeve. After getting everything I sat and eat my food. I love the best drink ever. It's the perfect blend of sweet but with that punch of coffee that I crave. I also really recommend the wrap that they have, it's got a freaking hash brown in it.
