I have worked with Dr Dabb and his team for years (mostly for chronic low back issues).His adjustments are fantastic and his and his teams vibe are very warm, welcoming and FUN! Beyond amazed with Dr Fermor who treated my chicken! Sorry for long review ... June, my young chicken, had his head pulled through a wire fence by a Hawk a few months ago. He survived, but could no longer eat off the ground, had balance issues, and struggled to keep up with the others. Dr Fermor came to look at him and I knew straight away that my June was in good hands. She performed a couple gentle adjustments with him in her lap. Once she set him back on the ground, he literally shook his tail and walked around with one leg way up and then the other, as if to say, "I can lift my legs"! Truly the best Chiropractor who will not only fix your current issue, but helps you to understand the root cause of your issue. He sees his clients as a whole body, not just for the pain at hand and his methods of adjustments are so SPOT ON and concise that honestly, (for minor issues) I only need to see him a couple of times to get back on my feet where, with all other Chiros, I'd need to see them 4+ times. I visited this facility/clinic twice towards the end of last year. I have not found time or courage to write a review. The COVID shelter-in-place has given me time. As for courage, I am still hesitant because all the reviews that have been given for this place seem to totally contradict my experience. It feels like I went to the wrong place (but no). I sought help for a specific tension I felt in a specific part of my spine. The first visit was about 15 min, much of which was spent talking about what the problem might be, treatment history, medical history etc. I had filled out similar things in the forms when waiting in the reception area. Less than a week later, I went back for a 2nd visit as recommended. To my surprise, there was no recognition of my issues. I thought at the very least, the practitioner could have pulled out my file and looked to see who this patient is, what this patient is there for. I re-explained my issue and then the practitioner felt my neck a little and said, "your neck feels tense." Two "cracks" later, I was told I was all set to go. That's it??? Perhaps I did not do something right that other reviewers did? Perhaps I'm of a different "group" that the clientele is made up of? I don't know. But, the level of care and interest raved about by other reviewers, which brought me to this place, were absolutely non-existent. (Even the receptionist was curt and cold, in my humble opinion.) I don't feel I am the type of client they want to help. It's ok, I'm not planning on going back. (BTW, I do have health insurance, and I did pay upfront. It's not like I'm not able to pay, even though their fees are a tad bit higher than similar facilities in the area.) read more

My experience with Better Life Chiropractic has been excellent. Better Life Chiropractic has a calm and pleasant office with a wonderful support staff. I had chronic neck and sciatic pain issues caused by pinched nerves. Dr. Dabb was successful in applying chiropractic treatments which slowly removed the pinched nerve condition and brought relieve. Further, the sciatic condition is slowly being relieved through chiropractic treatments. After each treatment there is a small improvement and I am confident that I will be completely healed soon. I suffered from chronic neck pain and headaches for many years. During the course of a regular work day I would sometimes be forced to take up to twelve advil just to cope with the pain. Then, in 2004, I met Dr. Dabb. He changed my life. I've been consistently receiving treatment from Dr. Dabb ever since and I rarely have to take pain killers. What sets Greg apart from other chiropractors is his ability to know exactly what adjustments you need to feel your best. Some chiropractors give you the once size fits all run through. You walk into their office and they think the best way to treat you is for you to lay on different tables, receive ultrasound, heat pads, mechanical back massages etc... all you do is end up wasting thirty minutes of your day. Where they fail is in their ability to use their hands and correctly adjust. Dr. Dabb spends the time necessary to properly diagnose your ailment and apply a strict regiment of appropriate treatment/adjustments. Dr Greg Dabb is the ultimate in chiropractor care. He has a way of really tuning in with what truly needed in each session. For my son, Dylan age 14, he was incredible with helping him work through some intense chronic neck pain....from sports injuries, incorrect posture (from all the texting and laptop use) and gave Dylan quick relief each session. Dr Gregg would get on the floor with Dylan and show him step by step....how to do certain stretches and exerices to correct the postural problem. Dr. Dabb is my HERO! I got rear ended about a month ago, and I was in pain. I could not even turn my neck and my chest hurt so much it was hard for me to breathe. I called Dr. Dabb after reading the reviews on Yelp, and he fit me in right away. It was pretty amazing how he can just assess what happened by touching my bones! He carefully explained to me this is why this hurts or that is why that hurts, and I am no doctor, but it all made sense! I also love how he cares about your well-being. He suggests things to change in your life style to not strain your neck so much or different strength training to help maintain the alignment in your back. Dr. Dabb is a wonderful medical professional. Chiropractors are like dermatologists and acupuncturists: hit or miss. Either you have a great experience, or you leave your appointment frustrated, disappointed, and inevitably poorer. With Dr. Dabb, this will not happen. He is very caring, patient, and GOOD! I always feel much better after an appointment, and I usually sleep like a log that night. In fact, before I saw Dr. Dabb, I was a total skeptic about chiro, but I slept so well after each one of my appointments that I realized it couldn't be a coincidence. He's greatly alleviated my sciatica, my TMJ (I can't even tell you how much better my jaw feels now!!!!), and my lower back pain. I have been to 2 to 3 other chiropractors before and liked them fine, but they don't compare to how centered and restored I feel after meeting with Dr. Dabb. Not only are his adjustments wonderful, but he spends a great deal of time working on tense areas with acupressure and massage. Visiting Dr. Dabb was my first appointment with a chiropractor ever. He was a referral from a friend of mine. I've had a lot of pain issues that I have been dealing with for a long time. I have had a number of car and cycling accidents, not to mention that I work out a ton and I'm always pushing my physical limitations. I now have a desk job, so my reason for initially visiting was to manage arm pain I was having from typing all day long. Dr. Dabb has helped me a lot with my neck and arm pain. He always has suggestions for how I can stretch or do other exercises to help manage the pain. This works well with my adjustments, so I am feeling so much better. He is also working on my ankles and lower legs, as I have a lot of discomfort while running. I find that I am listening to my body a lot more, and stretching a lot more. He is a very caring chiropractor, as well as very reasonable about what really needs to be done. I would highly recommend him. read more

When I first visited Dr. Dabb over three years ago, I was skeptical that chiropractic would be helpful for my lower back disc issues. Not only had I just finished an unsuccessful round of physical therapy, I was unimpressed by previous experiences with other chiropractors. Today, I'm an outspoken advocate of chiropractic--entirely the result of Dr. Dabb's handiwork. After a little over a month of treatment, I was pain free (no numbness down my right leg...finally could drive more than 20 minutes without my back freaking out). Best of all, that was three years ago! My disc issues have never come back. Results aside...merely going to see Dr. Dabb is a pleasure. No pressure to get treatments you may not want. He takes care to spend as much time as necessary to work on a patient (no rushed appointments to get you out the door). He's thoughtful and enthusiastic--obviously loves what he does and cares deeply about his patients. I have been seeing Dr. Dabb for probably close to two years now. When I first starting seeing him, I had been struggling with my lower back for years, but had been in severe pain for a couple of months. I could not stand or walk for longer than 10-15 minutes at a time without the left side of my lower back tightening up and going into spasms. Yes, that was me squatting down in the aisles of Target with Vicodin in my purse and tears in my eyes trying to stretch out my back enough to to make it out the door without paramedics. I saw him a couple of times a week for the first few weeks, then tapered to once a week and now twice a month for what I call "maintenance". My back has never been better and he skillfully worked out all of the kinks in my neck that I had been dealing with for so many years that I actually forgot to complain about them. About a year into seeing him I had major surgery. As a result of the way the surgeon positioned my legs for such an extended amount of time my hip was out of whack. It seemed to act up the most was when I turned to stand up from a chair, sliding out of a restaurant booth, etc. It felt like it would kind of pop out of the socket and I would have to use my hands to pick my leg up under my knee and move the whole leg. After my first hip adjustment I was gooooood for about 2 weeks without any pain or dislocation issues. After the second adjustment (this was over a year ago) I was CURED.....yeah!!! I have recommended Dr. Dabb numerous times to friends and coworkers and I am sure I will continue to do so for many years to come. read more

Terrible experience. My prior chiropractor retired and recommend Dr Dabb. In his first meeting, his correction got my lower back in spams. After giving him 3 more tries, it was pretty obvious that he could not fix it. 10 weeks later, I am still recovering from the injury to my lower back that he may have triggered. In addition, we had agreed to a family plan for me and my husband for a monthly cash plan. Despite having collected our family monthly fee, now they are continuously trying to bill my husband for his one visit that I had already paid for ! If you do not want to be in acute pain for weeks, not being able to tie your shoes and pay twice.. do not go there! read more

Like all the other reviewers here, I have nothing but excellent things to say about Dr. Dabb! He's a talented practitioner and a true and natural healer. I completely love how very thorough and holistic his treatments are -- extremely effective!!! I *HIGHLY* recommend him to people with spinal injuries or to athletes (as he treats many triathletes) who want to care for their bodies as they train. I arrived with the "must fix this now" neck and low back pain -- those issues were addressed immediately and really have not returned. Since then, we've explored the shoulders, hips, knees, ankles...
