My knees go weak at the prospect of tasty falafels - especially if they're made to order. Every time I order them here, I watch with great delight as the person at the fryer dip a measured spoon into a verdant chickpea mix and make them fresh. One of my only complaints here is that the falafels are fried to such a crisp that the provided plastic utensils struggle hard against that beautiful exterior. Who would have thought some of the best falafels in town would be found at a corner spot of the mall? Falafels aren't the only offering here, of course. One can also choose chicken and steak schwarma or lamb kofta, as well as a medley of grilled vegetables (which is listed under 'proteins'). These can also be put in a rice, salad, or hummus bowl, or in a wrap (pita or saj). From there, there's a choice of toppings and sauces, all of which are vegan. There are plenty of tables inside, though dine-in options continually changed over the course of the pandemic. For a while, they only allowed folks to dine in one of the three or four tables in their small outdoor area. More recently, they've made a few of the indoor tables available, which we certainly appreciated during the colder months of late. Service at this family-owned business has always been wonderful. During our first visit, the person at the counter patiently walked us through our many options, and they've been nothing but warm and efficient during our many visits since. Pro-tip for repeat customers - if you provide your e-mail address or number, they give you a 15% discount on the spot, and points accrual upon every purchase, which adds up to a $10 discount.

I was 100% taken away by this hidden gem! I was at a conference at the conference center across the street, and though they had food there it was overpriced and there were huge lines, so we decided to come here. I was surprised at how inexpensive the bowls and food was here, but everything was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend everyone who come here also tries the rose lemonade, I have never tasted anything like it, but would definitely love to have it again. It is a small restaurant, so there is not a ton of seating, but there is generally enough for everyone. Definitely a must stop by if you were going to a convention in the area.

Bezoria is tucked away right around the Cumberland Mall, a Chipotle- like option for those looking for a quick bite. Choose your base, protein, toppings, and dressing. However, their choices fail to impress. -location: they have both indoor and outdoor seating. Their indoor looks a bit abysmal and dreary, facing into the kitchen. The outside faces the parking lot. 3/5 -food: I got the rice bowl with chicken shawarma. Man, was that chicken DRY. Seemed like it was cooked until it screamed for mercy. It was absolutely flavorless too. Were it not my protein, I wouldn't have eaten it. 0/5 Hubby got the salad bowl with chicken shawarma as well. The salad added a bit more texture, but alas pretty similar feedback for the chicken. 2/5 The toppings (cucumbers, pickled turnips, onions) were the only thing that were decent. Very fresh and nicely cut up, they added some saving grace (though not much). 4/5 I got the cauliflower on the side. Some crunch, but I didn't taste any of the seasonings except salt. 2/5 My husband got the lentil soup, which was more or less just a warm daal 3/5 Overall, would not recommend.

Really good Mediterranean place if you're craving that. The staff was so nice and the food was delicious. I got the Saj (a chicken wrap) and put all the toppings inside and added hummus and garlic sauce. It did not disappoint at all! The price is just right as well! 8 dollars for it and it was big! I was definitely full from it. My husband got a beef rice bowl and he really enjoyed it as well. The red hot sauce was spicy but so tasty!!! Must try spot if you're in the area! Parking was easy to find in the shopping mall area.

Omg who knew eggplant hummus was so good and goes so well with rice. Well apparently Bezoria is the answer to the question. Had to come back the next day for a salad.

It was really good, I would go again 10/10! Also you can have rice, salad, AND hummus as your base without a surcharge!!

This place is solid. If you're looking for quick, fresh, delicious, and relatively healthy eats, look no further. Bezoria is a fast-casual Mediterranean local chain. The company's first restaurant opened in Midtown Atlanta in 2014 (https://www.yelp.com/biz/bezoria-atlanta). They opened a second location in Alpharetta in 2016 (https://www.yelp.com/biz/bezoria-alpharetta-4). They opened this third and newest location at Cumberland Mall in June 2018. I'm a fan. The restaurant is on the side of the mall facing Cobb Parkway (41), but it's away from most of the other restaurants. You can find it tucked in a corner near Maggiano's. Bezoria has its own exterior storefront and it's got its own entrance from within the mall too. The restaurant is very colorful with bright, illuminated signs, reminiscent of street signs in a big city at night. I really like the vivid look of the place. The same can be said about the food which can look radiant and vibrant. Bezoria has one of those make-your-own sandwich, wrap, bowl assembly line setups. Entrees start at $6.95-7.95 each. You can make a pita sandwich, saj flatbread wrap, or rice, salad, or hummus bowl with proteins such as chicken shawarma, steak shawarma, lamb kefta, and falafel. They also have a grilled veggie option. Spits of chicken and steak rotate in the open kitchen. Steak and lamb each cost $1 extra. Toppings and extras include tomato and cucumber, cabbage slaw, spiced onions, pickles, and pickled turnips. Sauce options include garlic, tahini, Sahara (hot sauce), and amba (tangy mango sauce). They have sides like fries ($2.75) and dip (e.g. baba ghanoush, $3.25) and a $5.95 kids menu too. Beverage-wise, there are house drinks ($2.75 each) like rosewater lemonade, berry hibiscus tea, and apricot ginger tea plus a Coke Freestyle machine. When we visited, they cooked everything fresh to order, both the meats and sides. Meats were thrown on the grill and items like spiced cauliflower ($2.75, our group ordered three of these) and falafel were placed in the deep fryer as soon as we ordered them. That was nice. We knew we were getting fresh stuff. I tried several items including the chicken shawarma, lamb kefta, falafel, spiced cauliflower, and baklava ($2.75 each). I tried both the bowl and saj flatbread. Everything was tasty. I liked the saj flatbread, but I preferred the bowl for a couple reasons: (1) It tasted better. (2) It wasn't messy. I had two sauces put in the saj wrap and they came spilling out (a lot of it) all over my plate. It was messy to eat. Generally, the quality of the ingredients was good. Along with the freshness and quality, what else I liked about the food was the overall balance of flavors and textures. For example, the tart and refreshing flavors of the crisp pickled veggies nicely cut through the rich and savory flavors of the tender meats. It was an ideal combination. Both the chicken shawarma and lamb kefta were delicious. I like the lamb kefta better. It was like eating a well-spiced hamburger. I tried all of the toppings and extras and enjoyed everything. I recommend going all the way and getting all the toppings. I tried all of the sauces, except for the amba, and they were good too. You can add more than one sauce if you'd like. The falafel were served hot and crispy. They were yummy and I suggest getting them as a side. Very satisfying. The spiced cauliflower was quite appetizing. Everyone around the table (who tried it) commented on how good it was. A little oily (so was the falafel), but definitely worth ordering if you want something extra to eat with your meal. As for portion sizes, they are filling and fair for the price. There are containers of baklava next to the register. We tried a couple and everyone liked it. The baklava was rich and sweet with several scrumptious and flaky layers. There was one square of baklava, sliced diagonally to make two triangular pieces, in each container. Yum. Service was great, especially from Omar (chef/co-owner). He was polite and friendly. His positive attitude and demeanor made my experience better. Bezoria uses the Clover point of sale system so you can retrieve your itemized receipt online. In the end, I think Bezoria is one of the best fast-casual Mediterranean restaurants in the Atlanta area.

Rice, chicken shwarma, spicy hummus, pickled beets/turnips, tomatoes, garlic sauce
    Bianca C.

When I first found out about this place, I think I ate there 4 weeks in a row. I love that it's quick and simple but oh so tasty! It's like the chipotle of Mediterranean food but different than somewhere like the Halal Guys. I like the concept. You pick a base of rice, pita, or salad. Then your protein, I think falafel, chicken, steak, or hummus. Next toppings, which includes things like pickled beets/turnips and tomatoes. I also enjoy their sides. Although I like the fries, the curry dipping sauce can taste heavy after a few bits since it seems like it's basically seasoned mayo. Also, don't miss they're specialty drinks like rose water lemonade. This is a solid choice for a $8-$12 meal.

The small parking lot was full and lucked out with a spot on the street. I opted to order at the bar so I could enjoy a beer and where it is full service - otherwise it is ordering at the register when you walk in. Service at the bar was friendly, efficient and attentive. I ended up with a double beef burger (each patty is 1/4 pound) at $9, pimento cheese (.75 cents) and Grindhouse Sauce which was in the 1000 island / Mac sauce territory. I was undecided on a side so lucky for me there is a "Frings" option of 1/2 onion rings and fries ($5.75). The burger was a little on the dry side even with the toppings but the potato roll made it a little more interesting. The onion rings were great and can't go wrong with crinkle cut fries. Cold Tropicalia on draft ($8) served by friendly bar staff made it a really great experience. Even though this is not my favorite burger, the sides, the drink options and the overall vibe of the place with excellent service still will make this a place I could visit again. Maybe giving a different burger a try instead of a BYO like I did the first time out.

This was my first time making the walk from Ponce City Market to Krog Street Market, and honestly, that was part of the fun. Krog Street Market was a little smaller than I expected, but it was lively--and Fred's Meat & Bread seemed to be responsible for a pretty significant percentage of the crowd. I've been to another Fred's location before, but that visit was all about the cheesesteak. This time, I had one mission: the burger stack. And the first thing that hits you is the bread. Soft. Pillowy. Almost ridiculously good. It's the kind of bun that makes you stop for a second and appreciate the role bread can play in a burger. The burger itself is well seasoned and packed with flavor, but here's where I struggled. It's rich. REALLY rich. So rich that by the end, I was wishing for some kind of sauce or acidity to cut through it. Something to break up all that richness and keep me going back for another bite. But the pomme frites? Now THAT was the highlight. These weren't just fries thrown on the side. They felt elevated--crispy, delicate, and somehow giving me the feeling that I should be sitting at a little café in Paris instead of standing around Krog Street Market. Easily my favorite part of the meal. Fred's Meat & Bread is clearly a big deal in Atlanta, and I can absolutely understand why. There's real technique here, and the burger is certainly a valiant effort. But Atlanta has given me a LOT of burgers, and I've had quite a few elsewhere that I enjoyed more--and, more importantly, didn't leave me feeling like the burger was sitting on my chest afterward. Valiant effort. Great bread. Excellent fries. But for me, the burger didn't quite live up to the hype.

There's indoor and outdoor (covered and uncovered) seating. The atmosphere is that of a modern, upscale pub. It's nice. Reservations can be booked on OpenTable, so get those dining points. Our server said the brunch menu was served until 4pm. Here's what my wife and I had: Drinks: * H&F Bloody Mary ($14) * Iced Tea - half sweet, half unsweet ($5) Graze: * Naturally Served Oysters ($5 each) - cocktail sauce, mignonette, buttered saltines, horseradish - Lowcountry Cups - Charleston, SC - Dukes of Topsail - Topsail Sound, NC - Dixon Point - New Brunswick, Canada * Deviled Egg Trio ($9) - classic, country ham, and Pickapeppa mayo * Hand Chopped Sirloin Steak Tartare ($20) - capers, horseradish, egg yolk, chips * Simple Lettuces ($15) - citrus vinaigrette, crisp shallots, fromage blanc, pecans Sandwiches: * H+F Cheeseburger ($28) - certified Angus and Hereford beef, onions, Kraft, fries Plates: * Housemade Scottish Gravlax ($18) - toasted brioche, fried Pantelleria capers, lemon dill clabber * Holeman + Finch Vegetable Plate ($32) - "all that is best from our Southern farms" Dessert: * Sticky Toffee Pudding ($14) - vanilla ice cream Everything, down to the sweet tea, was fantastic. The Bloody Mary was strong and so delicious that I gulped it down. All of the dishes were beautifully plated and finished. The oysters were fresh, superb quality, and cleanly shucked. They forgot the crackers, but that's okay. I highly recommend the deviled eggs. They were perhaps the best we've ever had anywhere. If you're unfamiliar with Pickapeppa, it's a sweet and savory Jamaican brown sauce that is used to make the mayo for this dish. There was nothing "simple" about the Simple Lettuces salad. It was pretty much a perfect, tasty, and refreshing salad. As for the H+F Cheeseburger, it's a classic and continues to be one of the best burgers around. Every bite is just so good, and the ketchup and mustard remain distinct. If you've never had the burger before, get it here or at H&F Burger at Ponce City Market. The Truist Park version isn't the same and I've never tried the Mercedes-Benz Stadium version (the old Turner Field version was legit, though). If you like gravlax, wow - the gravlax here is amazing and really well made. The Vegetable Plate was terrific as well. It featured potatoes, okra, beans, succotash, mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes, and more with a fried onion ring on top. It's a great dish to share. The Sticky Toffee Pudding was top-notch - exceptional texture and flavor, and perfectly paired with a scoop of dense vanilla ice cream. Our server was Jonathan R. He was friendly and took great care of us. A manager checked on us too.

The burger was an 8.75/10, and the fries were an easy 10/10. It came with what tasted like homemade…read moreketchup and mustard on the side, and both were fantastic. I usually drench everything in sauce, but this meal honestly didn't need it. I also ordered a sweet tea nothing fancy, just a classic sweet tea that hit the spot. My waitress was lovely, and I really enjoyed spending a relaxing afternoon here. My only complaint is the price. While the food was good, I'm not sure the meal was worth the $28 price tag. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely consider coming back.
