I came about this place while scrolling through the yelp elite event page and since I've never gotten a facial/skincare done before. I thought I would get out of my comfort zone and try something new. It is located in the plaza, 2nd floor on the entire right side, that's next to the Hilton hotel, not the hotel itself. Depending on where you're going the area closest to the elevator/stairs is where they do facials, and the area closer to the Hilton is for massages and fitness club. Throughout my time there, I was assisted by 3 amazing ladies: Melody the owner, Ice the esthestician, and Nina the consultant they were all very professional and made the overall experience very welcoming. Melody had assisted me with the skin analysis and a brief explanation of what sort of issues they see, pigmentation, scars, etc. It was here that she offered the upgrade option for the elite event; I ended up taking the upgrade to see the true experience. Afterwards, I was helped over to the facial room with Ice who was very kind and thorough throughout the 1hr 15 mins I had my facial done. the room and atmosphere was soo comfy that I was about the fall asleep. Finally, I sat down with Nina in the consulting/finances/potential futures of the experience. I was presented with an after treatment snack, this time was mung bean soup + rice crackers and water. While I don't have anything to gauge this place against, I will say that the experience was lovely and informative. I feel more morivated to look more into skincare before my next visit. I would recommend folks try it at least once! Parking wise, there's parking in the plaza, behind and underground, I would go slow to be safe. read more

So far, ive had three different ladies who worked on me for the hydrofacial. Each of them are sweet, kind, polite, and very gentle. I recently went to a really bad massage place and I made a spontaneous appointment that they were able to accommodate. During my facial, I explained if they can go lighter on the pressure due to my body is already hurting from the day before and avoid certain areas. They were great about not working around there. I fell asleep, again! It was very relaxing and I was in and out of deep sleep (at least from my perspective), haha. After coming here consistently for about 6 months, I thought it was finally time to leave my review on how amazing the staff and my results have been. Earlier this year, I came in with concerns with my acne, appearance of pore size, and hyperpigmentation. I started with one hydrafacial because I wasn't sure about the results. Now months later I have purchased a couple packages because my skin has gone from endless acne breakouts to smoother and brighter skin. My family and friends have even commented on how much better my skin has looked. My favorite estheticians are Ice and Amy. Beautiful Glow (BG) is located in the plaza next to Hilton. There's limited parking on the ground floor. I suggest parking in the underground garage and take the elevator or stairs up. BG is located on the second floor. I've been here twice a few months apart, both times for the hydra-facial. The estheticians are friendly and make conversation throughout the session. The two estheticians I interacted with are primarily mandarin or Cantonese speakers. After the session, I was sat down with a consultant, paid my tip, and had a bowl of nourishing dessert soup, water, and crackers. Let me now explain why I docked some points off. This is speaking from my own perspective, because I'm sure the facial works for others better than for me. Both times I went for the hydra-facial, my skin had more acne a few hours after the facial than before I went. They go in with needles to extract pimples and black heads. From the first time I went, my cheek has infected pores a few hours after the facial which resulted in pimples that were present for 2 months and has left long lasting scars on my face. My skin is generally good and doesn't have these pimples, so seeing these pimples on my face both times a few hours after the facial was disappointing. The second time I went, I told my esthetician about what happened and my concerned regarding the pimple extraction - she promised that shouldn't happened... unfortunately, my face now has these dreadful big pimples. She also said the, when that happens, call them back to know what products to purchase. Honestly, I'd rather avoid the facial entirely than to purchase more products. The second incident to note is that, after the first facial, I purchased my next and was instructed to call my consultant to make an appointment instead of using the website. I called my consultant, made an appointment, confirmed orally about the appointment, never got a confirmation via text or email. I showed up for my appointment and apparently my name wasn't jotted down. The front desk staff and available esthetician was confused but was flexible and accommodated me. However, this type of mistake is a hassle for all parties and hopefully others do not have to experience the same scenario. Overall, this is a great place for getting a facial if you have resilient skin or a massage. The staff is accommodating and friendly. I likely won't be going back due to my sensitive skin. read more

Came here with ClassPass and got the Friend Special Facial! This place is located in the second floor, not inside of the Hilton hotel. Came inside and was immediately greeted by staff, very nice and welcoming. I got a skin analysis and saw my skin, which was really bad But afterwards I did the facial and it was super duper relaxing. The extraction part was painful but got rid of all the nasty stuff on my face, which was great. The second half they put on a cooling mask and also gave a head neck and chest massage, which was super nice. They played calming music and I was on a heated table the whole time. They use heated towels to wipe the face and were very sanitary. I didn't like how the rooms weren't as soundproof as they're supposed to be, because I could hear the staff outside chit chatting and footsteps pretty clearly during my session, which even the calming music couldn't cover. I went with the hydro facial and they used a machine to help cleanse your face. The esthetician was gentle with the extractions and the facial was relaxing. They use skinceutical products for the facial. After the facial, they give you an anti-inflammatory snack that they make in house. It changes depending on the season. They give you recommendations of what packages you should buy based on your face. They can also customize the packages based on your need. Mingy is very professional and really knowledgeable about skincare. I've been dealing with skin redness for a long time and always thought my skin barrier was super thin, so I avoided anything with acids because I thought it would irritate my skin. I found this place as a provider through the official hydrafacial website and decided to book an appointment after finding that they had an introductory offer of $159 for first time customers. You start off under a steam machine to open up your pores while they give you a lymphatic facial/upper body massage. The deep facial massage felt amazing but the neck, back, and shoulder massage was excruciating. The hydrafacial treatment was pretty quick and painless. I did notice brightness and hydration immediately after the treatment. Although it removed my dead skin cells, I didn't feel like it thoroughly removed my impurities as much as a traditional facial with manual extractions would. While I enjoyed the facial, I did not like that they try to upsell after your appointment. Nina, the consultant brought me into the office after my treatment. She analyzed my skin and suggested that I do at least 3 picosure laser treatments right off the bat. She then brought in the nurse practitioner, who recommended the Lumecca package instead. Nina seemed pushy and when I told her that I would not be purchasing any of the packages because I'd have to think about it first, her demeanor changed. The low introductory prices are just a tactic to get you in the door so that they can sell. I was so surprised to pull up to the Hilton, I didn't expect it to be connected to a hotel. It's such a unique place of business because there's a hallway that connects to a shopping mall from the Hilton that they had me walk over to where the facial was actually done. The Hilton itself is very beautiful. It's really cool that they have access to the hotel amenities if you have a membership. They did a facial scan first, asked if I wanted any upgrades, but I kindly declined. I really appreciated that they weren't pushy. The facial itself was beyond nice. Every product they used smelled so good. I asked if there was anything I could buy from the products they used, but they told me that they don't sell those products for basic facials. At the end, you get a cold sweet soup, some crackers and water. I definitely would come back for that basic facial just to use those products again.
