Jonas saw and tended to every need, in addition to making each diner (including the children) feel like royalty. Some ordered sushi (and ate every scrap), some ordered the filet or the New York Strip, some ordered other specials (pistachio-crusted hogfish, grilled Red Snapper (SO GOOD!!), cedar plank salmon, Island Way-prepared snapper ~ all pronounced delicious!
