Recently I went in looking for a shoe, no one approached me to help, the effort was minimal and there was a suggestion to purchase it online on their site. The thing is, if I wanted to purchase online I wouldn't have bothered driving 30miles watch way to get to the warehouse. The other thing is, that they did have a newer version of the shoe and a different employee had to step in to put two and two together to pull a pair out of the back. Quality of service has definitely declined, pretty disappointing. I of course ended up purchasing shoes online from the actual manufacturer instead.

He worked on each of my old exercise equipment. Made each one feel like new. He gave focused attention to every piece of equipment. Going into the purchase I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted, but something that would be comparable to the bikes at SoulCycle. Travis helped me out and he was fantastic right from the first interaction. He explained the different kind of drive systems the bikes had along with adjustments available on each bike. I needed a bike that I could swap the pedals out on to work with my existing clip-ins for my cycling shoes. Not only did he help me find the pedals, but he installed them onto the bike I was interested in purchasing so I could try the ride out with my shoes.
