I hate tedious things, I hate tools, and I just replace things when they break. I couldn't financially replace my treadmill so I had get it fixed. Jimmy told me that it was going to cost me around $300 for him to come out and fix it since I live so remotely. He told me that he could walk me through the process of realigning the belt over the phone to save me some money. And that is exactly what he did. He was kind, patient, polite, and explained so even I could understand what to do. To top it off, he would not let me pay him! He not only walked me through the realigning process, but he sent me the literature and taught me the process so I will never have to call him again to realign the belt thus saving me hundreds in the future. The Yoga body stand it' OK but it's 10 feet tall so I had to put it outside on my back lawn. The Omni Stand is 8 1/2 feet tall, so I put it in my bedroom. I've used multiple trapezes. The Superior design of the Omni stand itself gives you an unlimited number of movements, forms and poses. Absolutely incredulous mobility! You can even parkour if that's your thing. Video gamers will know what I mean. I've only had it for one night but already I can see that it is so comfortable and it's so functional. I can literally sleep on it if I wanted too. The Omni Gym Pro Works offers So many gadgets. A head rest, A pillow for when you're near the floor, padded feet cushions to stand on. Another stretch hammock, butterfly straps, ab cushions, Even some other stuff I haven't even tried yet. Instruction postcards are also included. I really like the head cushion for when I'm lying on my back suspended in midair. I couldn't put it together myself because I foolishly took out all the pieces and got them mixed up. It's all numbered so it's easy to put together if you follow absolute instruction. I had to call my good friend Paul Dassonville, to assemble it for me. He had no trouble doing it. Only thing , the base was a bit tall but I added carabiners for length . I already had several spinning pieces and cabebeners so it was no big deal. I got the 8 1/2 foot stand. When I work my way up physically, I'll be able to remove the carabiners .Other than that everything else is an absolute dream! In fact I'm ordering some more stuff just so I have extras. When I called Srvcor at 12:30, they told me the window had been changed to 12 to 4pm and that a different technician would come. No one notified me of this change, so I had to stay home and delay my errands. The technician finally arrived around 4:30pm. He did call around 3pm to say he was running late, which I appreciated. Once he arrived, he looked at the machine, took pictures and tried it out for a couple of minutes. While talking, he mentioned that he was actually an appliance technician. The fitness technician who was supposed to come in the morning was servicing the Tahoe area instead. After only a few minutes of testing, he said that was the annual maintenance. Overall, the lack of communication, missed appointment window and sending an appliance technician for fitness equipment maintenance made this a frustrating and disappointing experience.
