They also have an app but I have issues with it every single time. On my most recent visit I was unable to order online and had to do so from the truck which was fine but a little irritating. The individuals working the truck were nice but they were a bit unorganized-the iPad for payment was off, I was unable to get a receipt, I wasn't able to scan my app to get points, and I just had to guess/stand around for my food because they didn't seem to have a way to notify me that my order was up. I wasn't able quote five minutes and it was close to that amount of time. I like the lobster grilled cheese paired with the lobster bisque. The grilled cheese isn't huge but it is filling and they put a good amount of lobster in it. The bisque wasn't as good as I remembered it, it used to be richer and it seemed a little thinner than it was in the past. But it was still good with chunks of lobster. I've also had the lobster rolls and they are a little on the small side. They have a new lobster roll flight where you get to the all three varieties. And honestly, that's the way to go. You'll get the most bang for your buck and way more lobster than by getting just one. Overall, it's good and I like to visit them every now and then. They are on the pricey side for a food truck but it's lobster and we live in the landlocked Midwest so it is what it is. If you're wanting something different and feel like some lobster, definitely check them out.

At first, I went to the wrong side of the truck because I didn't see anyone. I could hear people in the back, so I went around and asked, "Hey, did you guys close early or something?" The employee responded, "We didn't close early. We close at 7," and the way it was said came across as very rude and dismissive. I explained that the website showed they were open until 7:30 PM. He told me it didn't. I even asked if there was anything I could purchase since I had driven 30 minutes based on the hours posted online, and I was told no. I completely understand that employees have a closing time and that schedules can change. My issue is that the hours posted online said 7:30 PM, and I arrived before that time. I also have a photo of the truck timestamped at 7:12 PM, so I was clearly there before the posted closing time. I would have been much more understanding if someone had simply said, "Sorry, our actual closing time is 7 PM and the website hasn't been updated," or even apologized for the confusion. Instead, I felt like I was being treated as though I was at fault for following the hours provided by the business. Unfortunately, I left without getting to try the food, and the interaction left a really bad first impression. I hope the hours are corrected so other customers don't drive out there expecting to be served, only to find out the truck has already closed.

My only complaint is that the glaze is on the thinner side so my bun was pretty soggy by the time we got home and the glaze is the only wet condiment on the burger, so I ended up adding some mayo. The fries were crispy and salted well and the bacon and queso were great with them.
