Dave, the manager (who is currently being charged by the Aurora PD with Theft By Taking and Fraud), is nothing more than a thieving scumbag it would appear. Not satisfied with making good money by doing work, he seems to insist on apparently stealing and committing fraud to fleece hard working people and businesses like mine out of their hard earned cash.........silly you Dave. Our Infiniti G37 S was taken here by my collision repair company after I hit my front wheel on a sandbag on the road thus, damaging my alloy wheel after the very solid grey TPMS sensor pressed through the alloy wheel itself resulting in my sensor light coming on due to ONE SINGLE TPMS sensor being snapped off inside the wheel & tire. The damaged allow got cracked in the shape of the TPMS sensor. I bought 4 new wheels as it was a better deal than replacing one wheel that did not match exactly. Not realizing that I used to own a tire shop myself and have built many street rods in my time, this utter cretin told the repair shop (Arapahoe Collision & Mechanical repair, who did a great job on the body; but took 2 months which resulted in me paying almost $2k to Enterprise rental) that the other 3 sensors that had been working fine and were only fitted in 2016. So as not to embarrass Dave and give him the opportunity to tell the truth, I told him why I am experienced and then said that 'sometimes you might fail to get a reading, did you use a 2nd Sensor Activation & Programming tool?' He chose to double down on his blatant lie, in a clear attempt to charge me approx $90x3 in addition to the $90 for the one that Esurance paid for. I gave him a further opportunity to be honest by saying I would buy my own. The story changed to "you only need two sensors", so that is what I bought, drove from LoDo back to Aurora when I got my somewhat repaired car back, and next he wanted to re-charge me full what for all the fitting and balancing (re-balancing can be avoided by marking the tire before removal and re-aligning the mark to the valve and they will know this as I do). I had only gone back to them as I wanted to see for myself the TPMS sensors as I know mine were grey and new but their attitude told me they would not allow such scrutiny and I did not want to give more money to this company of dishonest, thieving scumbags, so I went down the road to a reputable shop (Tom from Colorado Tire). What they discovered was no surprise at all. In a seemilgly frantic rush to cover his tracks after his blatant lie, Dave appears to have had 3 of my wheel's valves re-fitted with cheap, old, flimsy, dead, BLACK!! TPMS sensors from a Nissan Cube that were scratched and worn which does not happen inside a tire for one year, they will usually still look brand new. These were not solid-resin filled GREY sensors, but cheaper non-resin filled BLACK sensors. If these had been the sensors in my wheels before Dave got his grubby hands on them, these would never have had the structural integrity to puncture my alloy wheel, they would have simply disintegrated. Even if the bad sensors had been sold, they are a different size and shape than my ones so the solouhette would have matched the shape of the ones that dodgy-Dave appears to have put on my car to cover his apparent lies. As I was told 3 were bad, then later that one was still good so that made 2 good ones.......well, this was obviously poor communication between Big O and Arapahoe collision as it turned out I did need three new ones so had to purchase a $90 sensor from the good professional shop, Colorado Tires. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AND THIS WHOLE FRANCHISE AS THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO QUALITY ASSURANCE WHATSOEVER, ELSE DODGY-DAVE WOULD BE FIRED OR LOSE THE RIGHT TO RUN THIS FRANCHISE IF THEY HAD ANY INSIGHT INTO HIS APPARENT FRAUD, DECEPTION AND THEFT. Summary: I know cars, motorbikes and all technical aspects of them, I used to own a tire shop and these scumbags still stole my 1-year-old working sensors that cost approx $400 at Nalley Infiniti in Atlanta........ Imagine how they will treat someone with less knowledge than me on this subject. I figured since the shop was close to my house and opened early I'd give them a chance. My Dodge 2500 AC stopped working when not moving. I did some investigating, given the AC was cold when traveling on the highway and the condenser fan wasn't coming on I'd found the issue. I'm a small business owner and didn't have time to do the repair. I dropped off the truck explaining they symptoms and told them I'd like the fan replaced. I'd figured since I'm paying, this was the repair I wanted, great let's do it. That wasn't the case at all. I was told they don't just replace items per the customers request, they have trained and certified technicians. They felt the issue was the AC just needed recharged. I get a call that the truck is done, problem fixed. $235, not terrible. I was told they tested the AC and all was fixed, but no, same issue. I spoke with the manager, expressed my frustration, and yet again was told, no we won't just replace the fan, next step is the compressor itself. As stated before, the AC is freezing when moving, hence the fan not working while idle to cool off the refrigerant. After a rather frustrating and non-professional talk with the manager they agreed to do the repair I wanted with no labor. I purchased the part on my own and dropped this off. When I returned they were expecting $180 payment. I told them NO, you messed up the first time. Conveniently, and no shock, he didn't remember the agreement. He finally comped the repair and I was told not to come back to the store. That's probably the best advice I'd been given. Stay away from this shop..... read more

Eddie & David and crew did a great job on my truck. I just went in for an oil change this morning and they honored a competitors coupon, which was great because I really need to save some money. If you saw my ride you would know I am good at spending money. Saving it is another story. Anyway this was not my first visit to this location. They did a great job and were very professional every time. Also my SUV came out clean and fresh, they way I brought it in, which to me is very important. Let me tell you about my experience at the last time I took my ride somewhere else. I went to the dealer for an oil change and they asked me I wanted a car wash. I said no because I cleaned it before I came in. Well when I pulled out of the dealer my car had spots all over it that it did not have before and was needing a wash again, also the guy who pulled my car out stank like he had not been wearing any deoderant for at least 24 hours. When the dude at the dealer got out of my car the smell lingered and my steering wheel and door handles were dirty and greasy, which I really did not appreciate. Big O Tires was night and day compared to that experience. Next time I have to get an oil change or any service I will be going to Big O tires on 6th Ave. The treated me and my SUV properly and professionally. read more

I would recommend this place to everyone. I've been a customer here for the last 3 years and I'm very thankful for Brian and his team. This day I was standing in a very long line on a Monday morning and witnessed extremely great customer service. Brian was dealing with this line very professionally and even took a phone call to help a woman with her car issues. He explained what he thought was going on from her description and offered to look at her vehicle for free. Then continued to have a professional demeanor after he explained several times he could not give her a complete diagnosis over the phone. After dealing with her the next man in line explained he had a nailed and needed help. Brian without any questions told him we will fix it for free. What blew my mind is during all the crazy events events happening every day we as a community must take care of each other. Let's get back to those days because that's what made America great. HUGE shoutout to Mike and his staff at the Big O on 6th Ave. Mike was understaffed and had a line out the door. Mike just came back from a week in the hospital to a shop full of cars, one mechanic available(others called out sick) on a Saturday. Mike was so kind to everyone and apologetic for the delays. He took care of my oil change in 40 minutes with him and one mechanic trying to help everyone get their cars back. I can't say enough how grateful I am that there are people still out there like Mike who aren't looking to take your money and send you on your way. These guys are so incredibly service oriented and at the same time so value-oriented. There's no gimmicks. The tires they offer even their proprietaries are fantasticly smooth and quiet and they offer lifetime service to extend their life as much as possible. This is a way better way to keep your tires in good shape than depending on a high-mileage tread rating that never seems to pan out.
