This place is so hit or miss. I maintain a small collection of cars (12 sets of wheels/tires) Couple of months ago I drove a Porsche up to the door with a nail in the tire. Guy quoted me $15. Great! No problem. Only I was on my way somewhere and couldn't wait the 2 hours quoted to fix it. Later that day I pulled the wheel myself and dropped it off. Came back and the guy wanted $30, said it is a "specialty item" (18" wheels are on nearly everything these days so, no, not specialty) so now they wanted to charge me more when I did have the work for them? Today I dropped off a wheel for a VW van, same issue (nail in tire) 15 minute later and the tire was done! (17" wheel FWIW) No charge, "just please tell your friends about us".....okay, maybe they are really trying to change and be a good neighborhood tire shop.....we will see! I have a few more tires and wheels to get swapped out or fixed before winter comes! read more

First and last attempt to get Big O to do service on my vehicle. I went in to get an alignment after another automotive shop was too busy to keep it there for a week, and was told they would have it done in 2 hours. An hour later I get a call "your truck is bad. It's leaking from the axle seal pretty bad, the idler and pitman arm need to be replaced, we can do it for a $1,000.00". I can do the work myself, and I just had a family friend who is a Master Tech look at it the day before and said it was fine just needed an alignment. I told them to just do the alignment and they refused. Said "it's too bad and we can't do that." Wouldn't even attempt it and didn't want to give me before and after specs. Called an old shop (Family Tire off of Aurora Parkway and Gartrell Rd) I used to work at about 4 years ago, didn't tell them what Big O said and they got it done. Said everything looked fine, it was way out of alignment but didn't try to sell anything else or suggest anything. They also printed the before and after specs, and I will be going by Big O today to show them their "tech" who probably only does tires, doesn't know a thing. Outstanding service!! These guys really go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. I've been coming here for a few years for routine oil changes because with coupons it's always cheaper than the rest. Today I came in for new tires. They price matched to their competitor and threw in a free oil change. I also had a blown fuse which they replaced right away without a charge. They didn't have the fuse in stock, they made a call, someone delivered it in 5 minutes, and I was on my way!! I will definitely continue to come here for my auto needs. Very pleased. read more

Initially, I misunderstood their billing as it didn't give a great explanation of what was done. I brought up concerns and didn't get much clarity while at the business. However, they did a great job following up with me later and explaining my cost concerns. I will be bringing my truck back for oil changes and maintenance in the future. Know that they are typically pretty busy (a good sign for a shop) and be prepared as you may need to leave your car there for a day. read more

Very Helpful! I had a flat and they sent a guy out to put my spare on, so I could dive to their location. I picked out my tires online and they had them in the store ready to put on 2 hrs later! I would say that this is as good as it gets! I had a very good experience here and will go back, if I need anything in the future! Prices are very reasonable and they are able to do a full alignment as they have newer equipment! Some places I checked with, were only able to do front end alignments. This place does it all! You know it is true when you find a trustworthy mechanic, never give them up! I've been taking my car to this specific Big O location for not only quality tires but for all my maintenance as well. This time i took my 2007 Camry in and Jerry diagnosed my oil leak situation, fixed my brakes, and set me up with some quality snow tires. My husband and i moved an hour and twenty minutes away and still, i bring my car to these guys because i know they are honest and not trying to pull one over on me. I brought my 2018 RAV4 in for new tires around late July , after being up sold and spending over $800 on a new camber kit, alignment, tires, fluid change, etc. we continued to experience problems with the car the day after we supposedly fixed everything, we took it back to the store two more times to have them look at it because our front brakes were making noise and they said it was nothing to worry about. 3 months later the car is making Terrible brushing noises everytime we break or accelerate so we took it back for them to tell us that our brakes are completely destroyed and we need to buy whole new brakes. After asking why they didn't tell us this when we spent almost $1000 he said that they must have missed it even though they were under the car and inspected the breaks 3 times. after which he offered me a disrespectful discount of $300 to fix the issue we spent over $800 thinking we already did. The manager or franchise owner as he like to describe himself, then laughed at me said there's nothing he's going to do about it and sent me on my way. He said this is the highest person I will be able to talk to and continue to laugh with his employees. read more

Up-sold me the most expensive All-Season Big-O-Tires that never fit properly on the rims of my Honda Accord. Ride was never smooth. Leaked air constantly over two years even though they reset the beads and realigned. Front tires wore out in one year. One year later... the second pair of front tires is shot. Every time I brought the car in for rotations and service it took 2 to 5 hours. Finally, the Big-O-Tire store in Centennial admitted they sold me the wrong tires for my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. The worst place to fix your car. We were moving to Texas, so my husband and I decided to check my car because I was driving all the way by myself. It had a weird sound and the engine light was on. They changed many many things and charged over 1200$. I took the car three times because I felt the sound was still there and the light on. They never solved anything after all the money we paid. When I got to Texas the sound got worse and the engine light on. I took it to an auto repair and the brake pads where completely wore down ( so I drove all the way from Denver to Texas without them thanks to this place) m. Previously I gave them a good rating all until I had to take the car back my wife took it down there because the pain. She just did last week were squeaking.now keep in mind in a car stopped using 70% of it front brakes in about 30% of the rubrics requires a-year-old and his perfectly good rotors just need the pad replaced now the pads are squeaking and Sylvester so tired because we didn't do the rotors so if we're going through this just like just breaks a scam to get you to do more and more and more nothing wrong with the rotors I just took it to the dealership and have them look at the old she did say that they were squeaking he could've taken a look at it . But no they were too busy to do that apparently it's all because my rotors want replaced I wonder if these people know anything about brakes or tires it's always someone else's fault they didn't buy everything they could there's nothing wrong with the rotors and all they want to quickie in before so that's why I'm giving this company a one star and never ever doing business with them or any of their other stores again just a scam outfit beware!! Brought a vehicle in for routine maintenance, and ended up with actual damage. The staff is very friendly, but they are not capable of working on vehicles. There are several tire/ maintenance and mechanic shops around here-- you will save yourself huge by considering them instead. Primary issue: I brought my new (used) truck in to get a timing belt installed because i didn't know when the last person had it done. At the time, my truck was working perfectly, but I am babying it because it has high miles. When I arrived to pick it up, the engine had a VERY loud tick coming from it that they said was there when they started. I have had to fight through a wall of defensive lying and at this point I don't even know if they are capable of fixing the damage. Secondary issue: I spent a month setting up my visit. I went in one day and was told they wouldn't look at it-- fine, it's busy; I understand. I come the next day and ask what is the best time for them to look at it. I am told a Wednesday. I plan and take a day off on a Wednesday to bring my truck in and even call the day before to get prices and guarantee that it will get done. I bring it in five minutes before they open and don't get the call that "they are having problems with it" until they are closing. I had to miss another day of work waiting on a vehicle that they damaged. Still waiting on resolution... I will update this if they manage to fix the problem, but I don't have faith at this point and am researching my other options to solve the situation :(. read more

My car failed an emissions test and I went to see these guys to figure out what needed to be fixed. They ran a diagnostic check and repaired my exhaust system promptly and when I went to get my emissions retested, it passed! They also dropped me off while my car was being worked on and then picked me up. Mike in particular was very friendly and helpful. He was also good explaining mechanical repairs and options that may be upcoming. I feel confident and comfortable with Big O Tires if and when I will need maintenence and repair.
