I can't give this place enough stars for their customer service. I just got a used car and had a limited time on deciding if I was going to keep the car or not and of course right at the end of the period my car started to make some horrible scraping noises. I've brought my last car here as well and they were very honest with me so I could not go anywhere else. Brandon and Sean were so amazing and helpful and were seriously car angels they kept in touch and even immediately called the car company's third party to process a claim only taking a few hours before they called and said I was ready to go. I whole heartedly trusted them with the car and they followed through. If you need people that will be honest and upfront with you this is definitely the place to go I can't thank them enough for helping me out! read more

They did a good job I think on my oil change but I went in thinking I would spend $60 and ended up spending $200 and they wanted me to spend $2000, telling me there was all kinds of stuff wrong w my car.... I got a second opinion and they told me I did not need new shocks.... the oil change sticker stated what the mileage was when they changed it not when it needs to be changed next. Which is kinda backwards to me. They didn't even fill up all my fluids which was supposed to be included in the full service oil change. $200 later for an oil change and you didn't even refill my washer fluid. Spent over 800 dollars with them and they returned my car with a used car battery on the passenger side car seat.

If I could give zero I would I spent 550 for a Radiator hose and a fluid flush got my car back and low and behold my key is bent and my ignition isn't working if your gonna go anywhere take you business to breaks plus read more

Beware! They will gouge you if they think they can. On 10/20 asked to have 2 tires remounted and was priced twice the standard of $15 per rim by the mgr ric. To add insult to injury, when I said I did not need balancing , the price was still $30 per rim. I was only purchasing services, not parts. Guess they do not want new customers that will buy tire or repair. I have 14 family members in the neighborhood all with cars that will not be customers of this store. That extra $30 that they did not sell was expensive for them. read more

I recently had the misfortune to have somebody swerve over at me on the road and over-reacted, thus jumping my front tire up on the curb at a weird angle and popping it. Yay, me. Also luckily for me when I got the car I opted for the large tires caused they look cool, unfortunately no one seems to care 20" tires in stock. I took my tire to Big O and the guy working there promptly helped us, looking at their stock and trying to see if they could get it in. He ended up having to order it directly from the manufacturer, thus meaning it was going to take a day or 2 to get it in. Also to my misfortune, I went in on a Friday, so they couldn't get the tire in until Monday. Monday came and by noon I hadn't heard from them so I called them to see if the tire was in. It was, which is the only reason I'm deducting a star. They should've called me and let me know rather than me calling them. I brought the car in at 4:30pm on Monday and was happily driving it home by 5:15, even though they were packed. I guess it was Tire Monday or something. read more

I have been a regular customer to this store for 12 years now, for tires, brakes, oil changes, and many other things for my car and my daughters car also. The people that work here are awesome and they always seem to have about enough employees to assist the constant customers coming in with their vehicles. To me, there are few things more stressful than having a car break down with no idea why it happened, what needs to be done, and how much it will cost. If you have to deal with a repair shop that isn't clear or overcharges, it's that much worse. I have '98 Subaru that is pushing it's life-it's got 122K miles and all sorts of little problems. One night when driving home, it started sputtering and the engine wouldn't stay on. This happened at 11:30 on a Friday night, so I called AAA and they towed it to this Big O, since it's AAA affiliated. I called them Saturday morning and spoke with Tim-I told him what had happened and that I'd like to have them run diagnostics-he told me no problem, and that I could come in any time during the day to drop my keys. So I went in just after opening and dropped my keys-Tim got some basic info from me, promised he would get to it the same day, and let me know he'd call me with the report and an estimate. True to his word, Tim called me around 2 PM and gave the rundown-he was honest and didn't beat around the bush. He let me know there was a $500 repair that would get it running, but it would be $1700 to fix everything. Yeeps! I told him I would think about it, then called him back a little later and asked for a list of all the parts, repairs, and their cost. He was on top of it-he had a list breaking down part cost and labor cost for everything, and read it all off for me to jot down. I decided to do the repair to get it running, and Tim said they would take care of it the very next day (Sunday). Awesome! It was ready on Sunday afternoon, again as promised. When I picked up, Tim's estimate was perfectly accurate and the whole check out process was super fast and easy. Tim and the whole crew here are outstanding-they're polite, they're reassuring, they're honest, and they're fast and efficient. They took all of the stress out of the equation, and I very highly appreciated it. I will most certainly be back! read more

I have to update my review of these guys in all fairness. I took my wife's car there the other day for an oil change and when I went to pick it up it was pouring rain and they left the windows on the car down. I went in and told them and Eddie was very apologetic and took the car in to dry everything off. When he was done he wouldn't take any money for the service they did. I told him he didn't need to comp the whole thing but he insisted. All companies have good service when there is no problem, it's when there is a problem and how they handle it is when you find out how they really are. Good job read more

We live in a neighborhood where there is a lot of construction going on, and a lot of times they leave nails in the road, which we then drive over, and a puncture our tires. I don't expect a tire company to stand behind us because it's not their fault! However, this morning we took our car in to have a tire fixed, and big O said it was due to an enormous nail from a construction site. And they fixed it no charge! In fact, we got brand new tires at no charge! Service like that is hard to find these days... They are always quick and on time and very friendly. read more

I took my Nissan Armada to get it checked on to see why my truck was cutting off. When I called up there to see if they found the problem (after waiting for them to call me 6 hours later) they told me what the problem was and that they fixed it without getting permission from me and I owe them $500! When I asked who gave you permission to fix it! He told me they thought it was okay to do the repairs! When I told him I couldn't afford to pay $500 right before Xmas he said I can bring it back for a free oil change!! Never will I trust them to do anything on my vehicles!! read more

So I took my car to this location after the location on iliff and chambers wasted my morning after I asked them to replace a leaking valve stem and they didn't, These guys got me right in and did what needed to be done to get me and my car back on the road in a timely manner. This store, by far, has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have had bad experiences twice with them now. They have forgotten about me and left me sitting there while I could see my car outside not being worked on. I have also had to remind them I had an appointment before they even took my car back an hour and a half late. I have also had to call just to ask what was going on with my car because it had been a few hours after I had dropped my car off. Then to top it off I had them check my car to make sure it was alright to take on a road trip and not even half way through the trip my check engine light comes on. Now I have to spend more money that could have been prevented if they had done their job I wouldn't be stranded halfway to where I want to be. read more

I am writing to complain about a recent service trip I had to this location. I had previously gone to the Iliff and Chambers store for several services since I lived nearby and was always satisfied with their service and honesty. I have moved and made an appointment at your store to get a tire rotation, service a leaky tire, a synthetic oil change, and a quote on brakes if necessary. The man said he would call me with the estimate for brakes. I left the car there and had to call 2 hours later for the estimate. I was quoted an extortionate $750 for 4 brake pads on a 2012 Cadillac SRX. I have since received a quote for less than half that amount elsewhere. When I came to pick up the car, they stated there was a nail in the tire in question, and they patched it along with the rotation. A few days later, my car was registering a low tire in the same location that I thought was previously rotated. I brought the car back to enquire why it was low and why it would still register as if the job that was supposed to have been done wasn't. There was no sense of urgency in fixing a situation that, in my opinion, seriously should have been expedited to maintain some credibility. I didn't have another hour or two to wait and decided I no longer trust this location. I just returned from a different location and they found the nail that was supposed to have been patched and reset the computer to reflect the rotated tires. Why couldn't this have been done in the first place?! This has been extremely frustrating experience and taken a lot of time that I don't have. I will recommend Big O, but never this location to anyone in the future! read more

I bought a junker to restore over time about 6 months ago. I've been taking it to this Big O to have the work done as I can no longer physically do it myself. Two days ago, I had the CV joints replaced, and it came back to me with a new vibration in the front end. Was told the factory balancing was likely bad and they would get a new set. Yesterday, they were still working on it - they tried 4 different brands of CV joints in my car. Yesterday evening I got a call from my service coordinator. In the 4-6 times my car had been in for repair with them, they had missed a dangerously worn ball joint. They replaced it at no charge, of their own volition. If I had continued driving the car with this issue, I could have lost the whole front end on a stop or turn, with possible serious injuries to others or myself. I am very grateful to the people at Big O for finding this issue, and for the graceful manner in which they handled it. The service techs and coordinators here are amazing, if often a bit rushed due to volume of business. Repair is always timely and they strive to do the right thing for you and your car. I will always return to them for maintenance/repair and highly recommend this Big O location. read more

This place is a joke. Took my truck in to get new tires and an alignment. After I get my truck back, my front end is shaking worse than ever. Took it back in, waited 3 hours for a recheck on balancing and the alignment, once again no change. Took my truck to a different mechanic and they said my alignment was way off. Never going to this Big O again. read more

On this date 11-24-19 we had a new drive shaft completed installed, 9 months later drive shaft installation failed, causing major damage to vehicle, deployed airbags, locked seat belts, shattered windshield, caused roughly $5,000 or more in damage, luckily did not cause any bodily injury to my son, currently have turned into commercial auto insurance for a claim due to Casey Lynn owner of Big O branch making it very difficult to honor damages caused by drive shaft install. This location is a joke and will lie to you to get the upsell. I just moved over to the area from Denver and use to go to the Big O Tire over there. During the move I ran over a nail which was stuck in the last tread line from the wall of my tire, so plenty of space. I took it to this location and received a call 45 mins later from Nicholas, telling me the nail I ran over was too close to the wall and I needed to replace the tire. I questioned him knowing the placement of the hole, but he assured me it was unfixable. I asked how much a replacement tire would be and he began to tell me that since my vehicle was a all wheel drive (Jeep SRT8) I wouldn't need just one tire but 4! I laughed and asked why that was, as I just put on my summer tires and replaced the front left tire with a new one. He began to tell me that per Colorado law, all 4 tires on a all wheel drive vehicle must be the same. I laughed and told him I was well versed in Colorado law and know for a fact there's no such law. He quickly got off the phone and passed it over to the manager Chris. When I asked Chris what the deal was he correct Nicolas, saying it wasn't state law, but company policy. He also said the tire was unfixable and I needed 4 new tires. I asked if that was company policy, then why did I just get a brand new front left tire from another Big O Tire location in Denver a month ago? He had no other answer other than "I don't know, but their breaking company policy and aren't suppose to do that". He then quickly said he'll give me a deal though and will give me 2 tires instead of 4 to help me out. I responded by saying "I thought it was against company policy?". Surprise surprise he had nothing to say. He then quickly said they didn't have the tires in stock and he would need to ordered them and it would take a day so asked if I could pick up my Jeep later the next day. I laughed and told him hell no! To put air in my tire and I would come pick it up immediately to take it else where. I got it a few mins later and took it across the street to the Discount Tire over in Southlands. I told the guy I ran over a nail and showed him where, but didn't tell him the background story how I just took it to Big O Tire, because I was curious to see if they would also say it was too close to the side wall and was unfixable. 30 mins later they had the hole patched and handed me my keys. I asked how much I owed and they told me nothing just remember them next time I needed new tires. Big O lost a long time customer because of this experience and Discount Tire gained one. PS this happened a few months ago and my patched tire is just fine. Buyers beware! read more

We have purchased several sets of tires from this location over the years and have been pleased. This past experience was amazing. I called and spoke to Tim on the phone last week and he was very patient with me when I asked to have him quote tire prices for two of our vehicles. On Monday, I drove into the shop without an appointment and was able to get new tires purchased and put on our car within 2 hours. After speaking to Tim & Chris, my husband and I chose to purchase new wheels for the same car....so on Tuesday, I drove into the shop (without an appointment) and they ordered the wheels and installed the same day. Bonus, I didn't have to wait at the shop....they were kind enough to drop me off at home until the car was completed. Now, I don't recommend you go into the shop without an appointment, call first so you don't get disappointed. I feel fortunate that all our wants were completed in a timely fashion. read more

So this is my third negative experience with this store... I have had two problems with my truck ever and both times after the "fix" I have had new idiot lights. Both times they tried to say that it was on when I dropped it off ... Never had I had a light on prior to taking it in... This is also the second time they forgot to rotate my tires... Wtf their a tire shop what a joke I wouldn't take my Honda there let alone my Escalade... Never again... read more
