Be careful with this store as long as it's operated by this Manager Jose Garcia. I reported to BBB. Said he didn't have no time to help me, the mechanic is leaving. Starts walking in circles shaking his head anxiously Then comes back to me and tells me they can help me if I pay them cash. I needed it done so I wasn't thinking anything of it. I never got a receipt just a have a great day after it was done. I came back the next day to fix an issue, manager wasn't in they couldn't help me. A bigger white guy behind the counter looked confused and was rude saying we don't do such services, said if I want to come in when the manager is in there's nothing he can do, so I had to come in the next day first thing and noticed him taking cash from another customer very suspiciously and slides It in his pocket. I guess my concern is I've been coming to this location for years and I've never experienced such service. It seems as the manager is willing to make cash deals but be prepared to not get a receipt or record of service. No record of service is poor business and no security for myself and yourself. Please be cautious of this store as it doesn't seem to be running professionally. Needs to be investigated. Protect yourself and your vehicles and safety. read more

2 weeks ago had a appointment for two tires, turns out they didn't have all 2 only 1, Manager Jose quoted, talked me into 4. ordered 4 new tires charged my card almost $900 and turns out the tires he ordered wasn't gonna be in same day... I run a business and just needed 2 tires that day but got talked in to 4 he just had to go pick up the other two. Turns out no other store had it. I asked for a refund stating, "I'm losing more money having my workers wait around" let me just get a refund and I'll go to another location, He then tried talking me into different tires that's around $1200 saying it's gonna be easier to go that route then to get a refund.. I'm confused.. he then had me standing around for 35min ignoring me while we walks in his office then walks out... not knowing how to process my refund, start talking about how the stores in Las Vegas is franchised so it's more difficult blah blah... excuses. Very unprofessional and lack of knowledge when it comes running the store system and being professional. If you order a tire online call the store to confirm they have it.... Better yet avoid Big On Tires or this location specifically. I will not recommend that quality of Management Service. Very unpleasant experience.. read more

I just wanted to take a little moment to commend Timothy Uher and mechanic Jose Cuevas for their excellent service at Big O'Tires a few weeks ago. I had a flat tire, and took my Honda Odyssey vehicle to their shop at around 5:15 pm (45 minutes before closing). Unfortunately, because the tire was old, I did have to replace it, and decided to purchase new tires for the car. The tires that I chose were out of stock at the store, and Tim was so kind to call around until they found the ones for my vehicle. They stayed at the store and waited for the tires, and installed them, even after closing time. I commend them for having some of the best customer service I had seen in a long time. I would definitely go back to their store again, and bring in our other vehicle. The only reason I give their establishment four stars is because of the cryptic nature of their invoice. I still don't understand the math on it. Lol! This is probably a complaint that has nothing to do with the local establishment, but their corporate office and their software. The total comes about right for a set of four tires, but the math arriving to such total is fuzzy. Lol! Overall, I was very, very satisfied. Thank you for keeping my car running. read more

I took my van in to have them find out why it was making noise from the rear when releasing the break. Alex immediately got in the van and took it for a test drive. He then pulled it into one of the bays and had another tech push and release the break peddle several times while up on the lift. Alex determined that break dust was trapped in the drum. He pulled off both rear wheels and drums, cleaned the drums in a tank, blew the dust off the break assembly, spray cleaned the break assembly, and applied grease to a few areas. All was quiet after the assembly. All this and I was not charged anything! This is an example of a business that is not taking advantage of every opportunity to make a buck. This is the way it should be - a business that takes care of minor issues, without charge, to gain loyal customers. I will be coming back! read more

We have gotten our cars serviced here for years and they have always been straight up and honest. We brought in both of our cars to get an oil change, and unfortunately with one of them, there were numerous things wrong with it. Jim took his time to explain each problem and why it should be fixed. He provided incredible service and did everything in his power to help me out. They fixed up both of our cars perfectly, and I thank Jim and his team for the best car service out there. I don't even bother going to car dealerships because I don't get the personalized and quality care there compared to this Big-O on Rancho. The mechanics, Jim, and the whole team at this location are the best and will continue to go to them for years to come. I just wanna say that I never write reviews and i made a yelp account just to give a big thumbs up to Jay. I must say he is the best guy in your company. He took customer service and pride in what he does to the next level. After a long hot day working i got a flat and got stuck on the side of the road in searchlight for a few hours and to my luck Jay stops in his big ole jeep and rescues me. I mean talk about prepared he had all the tools to.pick up and change the flat he even had an air tank in the back of the truck for his tools and he was done so quick. I can not say enough how amazing he is. I live in Henderson and normally get tires from discount tire co. but I drove all the way to Jays store just to get new tires from him. I was having a problem with my brakes and went into "Big O Tires" on Rancho and Craig. I needed them fixed as soon as possible, as I was leaving to drive back to AZ. I'm a 65 year old woman, alone and didn't want to have an issue and wanted to get on the road before I had to drive in the dark. Jasmine Jones was so sweet and was quick to wait on me. David Mackey the store manager made sure to help me also. I can't put into words the care they gave me after hearing the kind of year I've been having. I lost my husband in January. David lost his wife in July and is raising two teenage daughters alone. He truly is a good man. Hugs again to him. My brakes are great, I didn't realize how bad they were. My wife's car needed an oil change this morning so we initially went to Pep Boys. There was no one in line, and 3 people behind the counter. It took nearly 10 minutes for anyone to greet us, only to be told they wouldn't have time for an oil change until late the next day. We stopped at Big O on Rancho on the way home, and wow, what a difference. Eddie Comick was behind the counter greeted us with a smile immediately. He listened patiently to all our concerns and explained the shop specials. On the way home my wife and I discussed how we will be returning to see Eddie the next time we need tires or service. We'd like management to know that Eddie is going above and beyond to build business at this Big O! read more

This lazy asses don't want to work, i own a car repair shop and i took my truck for an alignment after replacing front suspension and both times they made excuses that something was wrong with front end suspension and they "couldn't" get the alignment done, actually they are so F#%*ING LAZY that didn't want to take the time to get alignment done, after i left their shop pissed off for wasting my time TWICE , i went to rancho/decatur theres other alignment shop and got the alignment done in 1 hr, truck runs straight as an arrow and they only charge me 59$ not 120$ that BIG O TIRE wanted, thank you lazies asses to save me $$ read more

I really appreciate the service I was provided with at this location. Jose was knowledgeable & professional about expressing information on the tire deals they had going on. As an uber driver it was important to me to get up to date with the safety in my car and invest into some quality tires, and Jose was awesome at recommending me a variety of options with different price ranges to help me pick the best fit for me. I enjoyed my overall experience and I was very receptive to the approach given especially being a female in a more masculine industry per se. Had to take my car in to have it looked at unexpectedly for some transmission issues. These guys were great! Pat in the front was super nice and amazing to deal with. The tech Aaron who looked at my car was extremely helpful, he was able to diagnose the problem and instead of charging me stupid amount of money told me it was under warranty. I was able to take my car in and knew exactly what to tell the mechanic. Aaron was spot on with his diagnoses. I will take my car here every time in the future, nice to know there is somewhere to go that won't rip me off! read more
