If I didn't need to drop off my car 3 times and travel 4 hours total to get there/back I would have given this business more stars. With that being said, I wish that my initial car windshield replacement went smoother. My car needed calibration, so I had to bring it in versus being able to use their mobile services. The first time there was a defect in the glass that was causing a leak inside. The second time I brought it in, they repaired the leak versus replacing the windshield so it still had the visible defect. Third time is a charm I guess! But the important part is that it was made right, so I updated my review to reflect accordingly. Many team members reached out to make this right and I really appreciate the effort. read more

I had Brian Bixby from Caliber Auto Glass come to my vehicle at work to repair some rock chips, and he even found another one I didn't know about! He was friendly, efficient and explained what to look for in worsening of the chips as to when to get the windshield replaced. He texted to verify when was the best arrival time, and was right on time. He did the job quickly, it looked amazing! He then cleaned my entire windshield and it looked better than any time I did it! He then gave me a gift of TWO cans of glass cleaner he used to make it sparkle, and extra business cards to share. I already have 2 people needing his service. I highly recommend Brian and Caliber. Well, yesterday, Carlos, the technician, called and asked me to drop off my car when it was already there, when i told him this he said he didnt know where my car was, then when he found the car he said he didnt know where the keys were but he will find them later, I asked him can i know who has my keys he basically said he didnt know and he's working on someone else's car then hung up on me. So i called him back and said i would really like to know where my keys are, to which he replied with check the front desk and hung up on me again. Then i called the front desk, she was able to help me track down my keys. They were with the guy who helped me the day before, and he was going to carlos now to drop off my keys. Then at 2:25 p.m. as I'm on my way to my job i get a call from Carlos saying my cars done no hello or anything just your cars done so i say oh well im on my way to work is it fine for my wife to pick up the car to which he just say your cars done thank you and hangs up on me very disrespectfully. Before I could even ask any further questions or even get an answer to the question i already asked. I was busy, so I just went on with my day and decided I would just pick up my car today. Then when I went to pick up my car today I went into the office and asked for my keys they handed me my keys i walked out front couldn't find my car so I walk to the side of the building and still couldn't find my car. I went back inside and asked what's going on then front desk said oh I guess it's still in the garage someone will come take it out front and to wait out front so I go wait out front for 10 min or more the guy pulls up front i walk to the car, he's on his phone while driving my car and drives right past me and park in the furthest spot away from me hops out of the car. I address him saying hey this is my car. He says cool I like the seats, doesn't give me my keys and walks inside. So then I walk inside and ask for my keys front desk says sorry gives me my keys i ask to make a complaint and they told me to contact you. Overall, the customer service except for you was horrible and made the overall experience dissaifactory. But the window looks great read more
