My first instinct was to find a Firestone because it was familiar, but something told me to look for a local mechanic instead. That's how I found Rick's. Even though they were absolutely slammed that morning, the staff welcomed me as a walk-in. The lady at the front desk quickly found someone--who I believe was Rick himself--to take my car for a test drive. When he returned, he asked me to give him a few minutes to find an open lift. About twenty minutes later, they had diagnosed the problem, made a minor adjustment to the subframe, and had me safely back on the road. While I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice how the service advisors treated their customers, especially several elderly folks who came in. They were patient, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. That kind of customer service has become all too rare, and it created an atmosphere that immediately put people at ease. What impressed me most wasn't just that they fixed my car. It was that, despite being incredibly busy, they were willing to stop what they were doing to help a stranded traveler they had never met. That says a lot about the character of this business. I'm truly grateful for Rick's. If they were in my hometown, they'd have my business for life.

We have become loyal customers to an honest and reputable team of mechanics at Thomas Auto. I honestly couldn't ask for better. They are the BEST. I truly appreciate them especially having little ones to haul around on road trips. Nothing makes a parent feel safer than having a roadworthy vehicle and they always make sure we are. My Nissan Titan was totaled and I bought a 2022 Subaru Ascent. I went in and spoke to Dylan and asked would they be able to service it or should I take it to the dealership. He said they would be able to service it and said if it's something they cannot then they can make recommendations like the dealership. They service our 2019 RAM 2500, my sisters 2018 Toyota 4Runner, my nephews old Mazda truck and my nieces Hyundai Sonata. We love Thomas Auto. Thank you guys for being a great team!
